2.5.1. GIT Integrator mode setup check
2.5.2. IRC, IGC, IBC Sub-contrast adjustment
2.5.3. IRB, IGB, IBB Sub-brightness adjustment
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2.5.0 How to Start the Integrator Mode
1. In the standby mode (with the main power ON but the standby LED lit in amber), press and hold the SET key.
2. The standby LED turns off in about 2 seconds. (No LED is lit now.)
3. Release the SET key; the standby LED blinks twice (in about 2 seconds). In this period, press the STANDBY/ON key to start up the set.
4. After the ordinary power ON processing ("STARTING UP" processing), a picture appears in the integrator mode. Note: If the status of item 4 does not occur, return to the standby mode and restart the procedure from step 1. Also restart the procedure from step 1 if the 2-second period has elapsed while you do not press the
STANDBY/ON
key.
5. Input AJY[CR] from RS-232C. (This terminates the integrator mode picture display and initiates the RS-232C adjustment in the integrator mode.)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note: It is not possible to start the integrator mode using an RS-232C command.

Accumulated lamp operating hours since the information was last reset using the "LAMP LIFE COUNTER" menu in the menu mode after the lamp replacement.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note: The "vivid color" values are displayed even when the color mode of the current display is "STANDARD". This command is available only in the AJY status when the menu is OFF after the set has been started in the integrator mode. The adjustment values for the COMP. inputs are displayed even when the video input is selected.

3. NOTES
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(1) Note for communications 255 bytes are reserved for use as the internal buffer for RS-232C. In consideration of the connection, the buffer has been designed to always receive commands. Therefore, when issuing a longer command than 255 bytes, be sure to confirm "ACK".
(2) Usable characters The following characters can be used.
ACK (0x06) CR (0x0D) NAK (0x15) + (0x2B)
- (0x2D) 0 to 9 (0x30 to 0x39) A to Z (0x41 to 0x5A) a to z (0x61 to 0x7A)
(3) Caution for command input Be sure to input CR (0x0D) after every command.
(4) Echo-back When the echo is set to on, the characters input in the projector main unit are echoed back. However, certain characters including LF (0x0A) are not echoed back.
(5) Acknowledgment When the acknowledgment is set to on, ACK (0x06) is returned every time a command has been executed normally. NAK (0x15) is returned in case of a command error or when the adjustment limit is exceeded. NAK (0x15) is returned also when a command exceeding the capacity of the internal RS-232C buffer is exceeded.
(6) Message display When the message is set to on, the current status can be displayed in the form of messages by using the GST, GPP, GAD or a similar command.
(7) BS (0x08), cursor codes (0x1C to 0x1F), space (0x20) and DEL (0x7F) These keys cannot be used. An error occurs when any of these keys is input. Example: BRT20[CR]
(8) Bug With program Ver. 1.00A, the VON/VOF commands may sometimes be unable to deactivate video muting. In this case, the muting can be deactivated by switching the input selection. The Ver. information can be checked with the GST command (see 2.1.3). If this command displays that the version is "Ver. 1.00B", the above countermeasure is not required.
(9) Be sure to read the Instruction Manual before use so that you can use the system correctly.
