INTENDED USE STATEMENT

The Pillo Medication Reminder and Dispenser System is intended for the medical purposes of:
a) providing alerts to the user, patients, or healthcare providers for pre-determined medication and
nutritional supplement dosing schedules, and b) dispensing the appropriate oral dosage forms (pills,
capsules, etc.) of solid medication and nutritional supplements.

SAFETY INFORMATION

1. Do not let power supply cord touch hot surfaces.

2. Do not mount near gas or electric heaters.

3. The use of accessory equipment not recommended by the manufacturer may
cause an unsafe condition and void product warranty.

4. Do not use for other than intended purpose.

5. All servicing should be performed by qualified service personnel.

6. This device is not intended to be a diagnostic device.

7. Always check dispensed medication dose for accuracy.

8. Read all the information in the instruction manual and any other literature in
the box before operating the unit.

9. To reduce the risk of injury keep hands off moving parts when in motion.

10. Wash pill-wheel and cup using water and soap, do not place in a dishwasher.

CAUTION

Do not overload power outlets. Plug the device into the appropriate voltage outlet.

WARNING

Do not remove battery.

Do not plug or unplug the power cord into the electrical outlet with wet hands.

Equipment should be mounted in locations and at heights where the camera has enough field of view
to allow face detection and where the camera has enough light to operate.
