Connecting Switches
Each port on the XK-12 accepts a 3.5mm (or 1/8”) plug such as those found on most Assistive Technology switches. Each is also a stereo port which can accept two independent switches with a 3.5mm left and right splitter. We sell this adapter on our website (#XK-A-1182-35Y-R). Please be aware that the splitter must separate the left and right channels and that a standard stereo splitter will make the two switches trigger the same action (see below).
Support
Should you encounter difficulty with the installation or programming, please open the MW3 or ControllerMate Help File or check the troubleshooting guide on our web site. You may also contact technical support.

Compatibility
X-keys USB devices require MacroWorks 3 for Windows XP, Vista, or 7 or ControllerMate for Mac OS-X. The X-keys Switch Interface also has a
“Hardware Mode” which gives it the ability to mimic a USB keyboard or mouse
on any USB enabled operating system (including Linux). Learn more about Hardware Mode on our web site or contact our Technical Support Department (tech@xkeys.com).
