2. Descrição breve

A fixação rápida do conversor serve para a instalação sem
ferr amenta s de con versor es de co rrente e m trilh os de co rrente e
está disponível em quatro variantes.
Os canais guia para a fixação das abas de apoio possuem
largura diferente de acordo com o tipo de conversor de corrente.
Assim, há abas de apoio nas larguras de 13mm e 16mm.
As caixas dos conversores de corrente possuem diferentes
alturas. Por isso é possível montar os trilhos de corrente não
apenas em 1 camada, mas para aumentar a capacidade de
carga de corrente também em vári as camadas no orifício interno
do conversor. Assim, há pinos de fixação nos comprimentos de
40mm e 65mm.
Dependendo do espaço restante entre a borda superior do trilho
de corrente e a borda inferior da aba de apoio, pode ser usado o
comprimento ideal dos pinos de fixação para alcançar um
mínimo de sobressalência do conversor de corrente. Os pinos de
fixação se sobressaem no máx. 16mm ou 41mm abaixo da aba
de apoio.

A fixação rápida do conversor de corrente com largura de 16mm
pode ser usada também para conversores de corrente maiores
se o comprimento dos pinos de fixação for suficiente.

4. Montagem (Abb./Fig. 2 - Abb./Fig. 6)

• Inserir a aba de apoio de no trilho guia do conversor de

corrente e apertar a aba de apoio para cima até engatar.

• Conduzir o conversor de corrente com a aba de apoio

instalada sobre o trilho de corrente.

• Pressionar o conversor de corrente para cima até o trilho de

corrente estar em contato paralelo na área inferior do orifício
interno.

• Inserir os pinos de fixação por cima nas aberturas das abas de

apoio até as pontas dos parafusos tocarem no trilho de
corrente.

• Girar as cabeças com manopla em 90° para fixar os pinos de

fixação nas abas de apoio.

• Girar as cabeças giratórias pretas manualmente para a direita

para fixar o conversor de corrente no trilho de corrente.
Alternativamente, pode ser usada uma chave Philips.

Para soltar a fixação rápida do conversor de corrente
depois de fixar, observar que precisa girar os parafusos do
pino de fixação de novo para a posição inicial (limite). Isso
garante que na nova instalação haja giros de rosca
suficientes disponíveis.

2. Breve descrizione

Il fissaggio rapido serve a installare i trasformatori di corrente
senza utensili sulle barre conduttrici ed è disponibile in quattro
varianti.
I canali di guida per il fissaggio delle linguette di arresto hanno
una larghezza diversa a seconda del tipo di trasformatore di
corrente. Sono disponibili linguette di arresto con larghezze di
13mm e 16mm.
L'altezza delle custodie dei trasformatori di corrente varia. È
quindi possibile disporre le barre conduttrici nel foro interno del
trasformatore non solo su un 1 piano, bensì su più piani,
aumentando così la portata di corrente. Sono disponibili perni di
fissaggio di lunghezza corrispondente di 40mm e 65mm.
A seconda dello spazio rimanente tra il bordo superiore della
barra conduttrice e il bordo inferiore della linguetta, si può
utilizzare la lunghezza ottimale dei perni di fissaggio, per ottenere
una sporgenza minima sul trasformatore di corrente. I perni di
fissaggio sporgono di max. 16mm o 41mm dalla linguetta di
arresto.

È possibile utilizzare i fissaggi rapidi per trasformatore larghi
16mm anche per trasformatori di corrente più grandi, se la
lunghezza dei perni di fissaggio è sufficiente.

• Inserire la linguetta di arresto nella guida del trasformatore di

corrente e spingere la linguetta verso l'alto finché non si
innesta.

• Far scivolare il trasformatore di corrente con la linguetta di

arresto installata sulla barra conduttrice.

• Spingere il trasformatore di corrente verso l'alto finché la barra

conduttrice non giace parallela nella parte inferiore del foro
interno.

• Inserire i perni di fissaggio dall'alto nei fori delle linguette di

arresto finché le punte delle viti non toccano la barra
conduttrice.

• Ruotare le teste zigrinate verdi di 90°, per fissare i perni di

fissaggio nelle linguette di arresto.

• Ruotare le manopole nere a mano verso destra, per fissare il

trasformatore di corrente sulla barra conduttrice. In alternativa
si può utilizzare anche un cacciavite con punta a croce.

Quando si allenta il fissaggio rapido dopo il fissaggio del
tra sform ator e di co rrent e, fa re in m odo ch e le v iti de l pern o
di fissaggio tornino nella posizione di partenza (finecorsa).
In questo modo si garantisce che in caso di una nuova
installazione sia disponibile una parte sufficiente della
filettatura della vite.

Fixation rapide pour transformateur

confiées à un personnel spécialisé dûment qualifié en
électrotechnique. Se référer aux instructions d’installation
décrites. Lors de l’exécution et de l’exploitation, respecter les
dispositions et normes de sécurité en vigueur (ainsi que les
normes de sécurité nationales) de même que les règles
générales relatives à la technique. Les caractéristiques
relatives à la sécurité se trouvent dans la notice fournie et les
certificats (attestation de conformité, voire autres
homologations).

2. Brève description

La fixation rapide pour transformateur sert à fixer rapidement et
sans outil des transformateurs de courant sur des barres
d'alimentation; elle est disponible en quatre modèles.
La largeur des canaux de guidage destinés à fixer les languettes
de maintien varie selon le type de transformateur. Les largeurs
disponibles sont 13mm et 16mm.
Le boîtier du transformateur peut aussi être de différentes
hauteurs. Ceci permet de disposer l es barres d'alimentation non
seulement en une seule couche dans l'ouverture intérieure du
transformateur, mais également en plusieurs couches si une
intensité maximale admise plus importante est requise. Les tiges
de fixation sont par conséquent disponibles en longueur de
40mm et de 65mm.
Selon l'écart existant entre le bord supérieur de la barre
d'alimentation et le bord inférieur de l languette de maintien, il est
possible d'utiliser des tiges de fixation de longueur appropriée
afin de réaliser un rebord minime sur le transformateur de
courant. Les tiges de fixation ne dépassent pas de plus de
16mm ou 41mm, sous la languette de maintien.

La fixation rapide du transformateur, large de 16mm peut
également être utilisée pour des transformateurs de dimensions
plus importantes si la longueur des tiges de fixation est
suffisante.

• Enfiler la languette de maintien en biais dans une arête de la

barre de guidage du transformateur de courant puis pousser la
languette vers le haut jusqu'à ce qu'elle s'encliquète.

• Enfiler le transformateur de courant et la languette positionnée

sur le profilé.

• Soulever le transformateur de courant vers le haut jusqu'à ce

que le profilé soit superposé avec la partie inférieure de
l'ouverture intérieure.

• Introduire les tiges de fixation par le haut dans les alésages des

languettes de maintien, l'extrémité des vis doit se trouver au
contact de la barre d'alimentation.

• Tourner les têtes moletées de 90° pour que les tiges de fixation

soient fixées dans les languettes de maintien.

• Tourner les molettes noires à la main dans le sens horaire pour

fixer le transformateur de courant sur la barre d'alimentation.
Ou alors, utiliser un tournevis cruciforme.

S'il est nécessaire de desserrer ensuite la fixation rapide,
veiller à ce que les vis de la tige de fixation soient
ramenées en leur position initiale après avoir été
dévissées (butée). Ainsi, les vis conservent un pas
suffisant pour être réutilisées dans le cadre d'une nouvelle
installation.

2. Short description

Die quick-action converter is used for tool-free installation of
current transformers onto power rails and is available in four
different versions.
The guide channels for fixing the holding latches have different
widths depending on the current transformer type. The holding
latches are correspondingly available with widths of 13mm and
16mm.
The current transformer housings have different heights. To
increase the current carrying capacity in the inner hole of the
converter, is is possible not only to arrange the power rails on one
level but on several levels. The corresponding fixing pins are
available with lengths of 40mm and 65mm.
Depending on how much space remains between the upper
edge of the power rail and the lower edge of the holding latch, you
use the ideal length of the fixing pins to achieve a minimum
protrusion at the current transformer. The fixing pins protrude out
to a maximum of 16mm or 41mm below the holding latch.

The 16mm wide quick-action transformer can also be used for
larger current transformers if the length of the fixing pins is
sufficient.

4. Mounting (Fig. 2 - Fig. 6)

• Insert the holding latch into an edge of the guide rail of the

current transformer at an angle and push the holding latch
upwards as far as possible until it snaps in.

• Guide the current transformer with the installed holding latch

onto the power rail.

• Push the current transformer upwards far enough until the

power rail is lying parallel to the inside hole in the lower area.

• Insert the fixing pins into the openings of the holding latches

from above until the screw points touch the power rail.

• Rotate the green knurled knobs 90° to secure the fixing pins in

the holding latches.

• Turn the black rotary knobs by hand to the right to fix the

current transformer to the power rail. Alternatively, you can use
a Phillips screwdriver.

When you release the quick action mechanism after fixing
the current transformer, make sure that you turn the fixing
pin screws back to the initial position (stop). This ensures
that sufficient screw thread is available for a new
installation.

2. Kurzbeschreibung

Die Wandlerschnellbefestigung dient zur werkzeugfreien
Installation von Stromwandlern auf Stromschienen und ist in vier
Varianten erhältlich.
Die Führungskanäle zur Fixierung der Haltelaschen sind je nach
Stromwandlertyp unterschiedlich breit. Entsprechend gibt es die
Haltelaschen in den Breiten 13mm und 16mm.
Die Stromwandlergehäuse sind unterschiedlich hoch. Daher ist
es möglich, die Stromschienen nicht nur 1-lagig, sondern zur
Erhöhung der Stromtragfähigkeit auch mehrlagig im Innenloch
des Wandlers anzuordnen. Entsprechend gibt es die Fixierstifte
in den Längen 40mm und 65mm.
Je nach dem wie viel Platz zwischen der Oberkante der
Stromschiene und der Unterkannte der Haltelasche bleibt,
können Sie die optimale Länge der Fixierstifte verwenden, um
einen minimalen Überstand am Stromwandler zu erreichen. Die
Fixierstifte ragen max. 16mm bzw. 41mm unterhalb der
Haltelasche heraus.

Die 16mm breite Wandlerschnellbefestigung können Sie auch
für größere Stromwandler verwenden, wenn die Länge der
Fixierstifte ausreichend ist.

3. Bedienelemente (Abb./Fig. 1)

• Setzen Sie die Haltelasche in die Führungsschiene des

Stromwandlers ein und drücken Sie die Haltelasche soweit
nach oben, bis sie einrastet.

• Führen Sie den Stromwandler mit der installierten Haltelasche

auf die Stromschiene.

• Drücken Sie den Stromwandler soweit nach oben, bis die

Stromschiene parallel im unteren Bereich des Innenlochs
aufliegt.

• Setzen Sie die Fixierstifte von oben in die Öffnungen der

Haltelaschen ein, bis die Schraubenspitzen die Stromschiene
berühren.

• Drehen Sie die grünen Rändelköpfe um 90°, um die Fixierstifte

in den Haltelaschen zu fixieren.

• Drehen Sie die schwarzen Drehknöpfe per Hand nach rechts,

um den Stromwandler auf der Stromschiene zu fixieren.
Alternativ können Sie auch einen
Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher benutzen.

Wenn Sie die Schnellbefestigung nach dem Befestigen
des Stromwandlers wieder lösen, achten Sie darauf, dass
Sie die Schrauben des Fixierstiftes wieder in die
Ausgangsposition (Anschlag) zurückdrehen. Dadurch
wird gewährleistet, dass bei einer Neuinstallation
genügend Gewindegänge der Schraube zur Verfügung
stehen.

2. 概述

速动转换器用于将电流互感器安装到电源轨线上，而无需工具，有不同的型号可
供选择。
用于固定扣夹的导槽有不同的宽度，这取决于电流互感器的具体型号。相应地有

2. Краткое описание

Быстросъемное крепление преобразователя служит для монтажа
преобразователя тока на токовой шине без применения инструментов и
имеется в четырех вариантах исполнения.
Направляющие каналы для фиксации лапок-держателей имеют разную
ширину в зависимости от типа преобразователя тока. Соответственно тому
имеются лапки-держатели шириной 13 мм и 16 мм.
Высота у корпусов преобразователей тока разная. Поэтому токовые шины
можно укладывать во внутреннем проеме преобразователя не только в 1
слой, но и - для большей силы тока - в несколько слоев. Соответственно и
фиксирующие штифты имеются длиной 40мм и 65мм.
В зависимости от того, как много места остается между верхней кромкой
токовой шины и нижним краем лапки-держателя, можно использовать

4. Монтаж (Рис./Фиг. 2 - Рис./Фиг. 6)

• Ввести лапку-держатель в направляющую шину токового

преобразователя и подать ее вверх до щелчка.

• Преобразователь стока с установленной лапкой-держателем навести на

токовую шину.

• Подать преобразователь тока вверх настолько, чтобы токовая шина легла

параллельно в нижней части внутреннего проема.

• Сверху вставить в отверстия лапки-держателя фиксирующие штифты до

касания острия винтов с токовой шиной.

• Зеленые рифленые головки повернуть на 90°, чтобы закрепить

фиксирующие штифты в лапках-держателях.

• Вручную повернуть черные ручки направо, чтобы зафиксировать

преобразователь тока на токоведущей шине. Как вариант, можно
воспользоваться крестовой отверткой.

Если быстроразъемное соединение после закрепления
преобразователя тока снова отпустить, не забывать повернуть винты
фиксирующего штифта в исходное положение (до упора). Этим
достигается, что при новой установке еще в запасе будет достаточно
витков резьбы.

yönetmelikler gözetilmelidir. Teknik güvenlik verileri paket içeriğinde ve sertifika
üzerinde verilmektedir (uygunluk belgesi, gerekli durumlarda ek onaylar).

Gecikmesiz konvertör akım trafolarının güç raylarına alet kullanmadan takılması
için kullanılır ve dört farklı tipi mevcuttur.
Tutma mandallarını sabitlemeye yarayan kılavuz kanallar akım trafosunun tipine
bağlı olarak farklı genişliklere sahiptir. Tutma mandalları bun auygun olarak 13 mm
ve 16 mm genişlik ölçülerinde sunulmaktadır.
Akım trafolarının gövde yükseklikleri farklılk gösterir. Konvertörün iç boşluğunda
akım taşıma kapasitesini artırmak için, güç rayları bir seviyede yerleştirilebileceği
gibi muhtelif seviyelerde de yerleştirilebilir. Buna uygun olarak, tespit pimleri de 40
mm ve 65 mm uzunluk ölçülerinde sunulmaktadır.
Güç rayının üst kenarı ile tutma mandalının alt kenarı arasında kalan boşluk
miktarına bağlı olarak, akım trafosunda çıkıntı miktarını minimumda tutacak şekilde
uygun uzunlukta tespit pimi kullanılmalıdır. Tespit pimleri tutma mandallarının
altında maksimum 16 mm veya 41 mm çıkıntı oluşturur.

• Tutma mandalını akım trafosu kılavuz kanalının ağzına belli bir açıda girdirin ve

tutma mandalı yerine oturana kadar yukarıya doğru mümkün olduğunca itin.

• Akım trafosunu yerine yerleştirilen tutma mandalının yardımıyla güç rayı üzerine

oturtun.

• Akım trafosunu güç rayının alt bölgede bulunan iç deliğe paralel duruma

gelmesini sağlayacak noktaya ulaşana kadar yukarıya doğru itin.

• Tespit pimlerini tutma mandalları üzerindeki deliklere yukarıdan sokun ve vida

noktaları güç rayına temas edene kadar itin.

• Yeşil renkli tırtıllı kontrol düğmesini 90° döndürerek tespit pimlerini tutma

mandallarına sıkıca bağlayın.

• Siyah döner kontrol düğmesini elinizle sağa doğru çevirerek akım trafosunu güç

rayına sabitleyin. Alternatif olarak, bir yıldız tornavida kullanabilirsiniz.

Akım trafosunu sabitledikten sonra gecikmesiz mekanizmayı serbest
bıraktığınızda, tespit pimi vidalarını ilk konuma (durma) getirdiğinizden emin
olun. Bu yeni bir montaj için yeterli vida dişinin kalmasını sağlar.

Fijación rápida de transformador

2. Descripción resumida

La fijación rápida de transformador sirve para la instalación sin herramientas de
transformadores de intensidad en barras colectora y está disponible en cuatro
variantes.
Las canaletas guía para la fijación de las bridas de sujeción tienen diferentes
anchuras, dependiendo del tipo de transformador de intensidad. De forma
correspondiente, hay bridas de sujeción de 13mm y 16mm de anchura.
Las carcasas de los transformadores de intensidad tienen diferentes alturas. Por
ello, es posible disponer las barras colectoras en el agujero interior del
transformador no sólo en una sola capa, sino en varias capas, para mejorar así la
capacidad de corriente. De forma correspondiente, hay disponibles pasadores de
fijación de 40mm y 65mm de longitud.
Dependiendo del espacio que quede entre el borde superior de la barra colectora
y el borde inferior de la brida de sujeción, es posible utilizar la longitud óptima de
los pasadores de fijación para conseguir que éstos sobresalgan lo menos posible
del transformador de intensidad. Los pasadores de fijación sobresalen máx.
16mm o 41mm por debajo de la brida de sujeción.

La fijación rápida de transformador de 16mm de anchura puede emplearse para
transformadores de intensidad de mayor tamaño si la longitud de los pasadores
de fijación es suficiente.

4. Montaje (Fig. 2 - Fig. 6)

• Coloque la brida de sujeción en el carril guía del transformador de intensidad y

apriétela hacia arriba hasta que encaje.

• Coloque el transformador de intensidad en la barra colectora, junto con la brida

de sujeción previamente instalada.

• Presione el transformador de intensidad hacia arriba hasta que la barra

colectora esté paralela en la parte inferior del agujero interior.

• Coloque los pasadores de fijación desde arriba en las aberturas de las bridas de

fijación hasta que las puntas de los tornillos toquen la barra colectora.

• Gire 90° las cabezas moleteadas verdes para apretar los pasadores de fijación

en las bridas de sujeción.

• Gire manualmente los botones giratorios negros hacia la derecha para fijar el

transformador de intensidad a la barra colectora. De forma alternativa, es
posible utilizar un destornillador de estrella.

Si quiere soltar la fijación rápida después de haber fijado el transformador
de intensidad, tenga cuidado de que los tornillos de los pasadores de
fijación se vuelvan a girar a su posición inicial (hasta el tope). Con ello se
garantiza que haya suficientes vueltas de rosca del tornillo para una nueva
instalación.
