effects during ignition.
For this reason,TLX XL lamps are
used in flameproof and
increased-safety luminaires, both
for indoor and outdoor
applications: chemical and
petroleum industries, offshore
industries, mines, and any industry
where traces of explosive gases
may be found.
TLX XL lamps have an extended
lifetime compared to normal TL
lamps.
Fluorescent lighting is efficient and
economical.The efficacy
(lumen/watt) of all fluorescent
lamps is high compared to most
other light sources.
TLX XL lamps are low-pressure
mercury discharge lamps with a
clear tubular 38 mm envelope.
The tube wall is internally
covered with a mixture of
fluorescent powders.TLX XL
40W and 65W lamps have an
internal ignition strip for instantstart, non-preheat, star terless
operation.
The lamps are provided with a
special Fa6 lamp cap.This lamp
cap has a long and thick pin.
It excludes all possible sparking
