1 The batteries are pre -ins talled in the handset. Pull the batter y tape off fr om the
battery door before charging.
2 Place the handset on the base s tation to power up.
Note:
Charge the batteries for 16 hours before rst use.

Enjoy
Make a call
1 Press and dial the phone number; or
2 Dial the phone number and press to dial out the call.
Congure your phone (if necessary)
1 When you see the welcome message, press [OK], selec t your country, press
[SELECT] to conrm.
The country setting is saved.

2 Set the date and time.
The phone is now ready to use.

Answer a call
When the phone rings, press or to answer the call.
End a call
Press .
Adjust the earpiece volume
Press or to adjust the volume during a call.
The adjusted volume level is shown on the screen.

Set the handset’s ringtone
1 Press menu.
2 Select [PERSONAL SET] > [HANDSET TONES] > [RING TONES],
then press [SELECT] to conrm.
3 Select a ring tone, then press [SELECT] to conrm.
The setting is saved.

Add a record
1 Press menu.
2 Select [PHONEBOOK] > [NEW ENTRY ], then press [SELECT] to con -
rm.
3 Enter the name then press [OK] to conrm.
4 Enter the number, then press [SAVE] to conrm.

Check the battery level
When t he handset is of f the base station /
charger, the icon indicates the battery
level:
Full (steady on)
Medium (ashing)
Low (empty)
When you see the empty battery icon and
hear an aler t tone from the handset, the
battery level is low and needs recharging.
When the handset is on the base
station/charger, the bat tery icon keeps
ashing until charging completes.
When the charging completes, the
battery icon keeps steady on.
