Safety

Warning
To reduce the risk of re or electric shock, this
apparatus should not be exposed to rain or moisture
and objects lled with liquids, such as vases, should
not be placed on this apparatus.
This manual contains important information about the Philips indoor television antenna. Read it carefully before you start the installation and setup.
The product shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects
lled with liquids, such as vases, shall be
placed on the product. To completely disconnect the power
input, the mains plug of the product shall
be disconnected from the mains. Where the mains plug is used as the
disconnect device, the disconnect device
shall remain readily operable.
No naked ame sources, such as lighted • candles, should be placed on the product.
Know these safety symbols
This ‘bolt of lightning’ indicates uninsulated material within your unit may cause an electrical shock.
The ‘exclamation mark’ calls attention to features for which you should read the enclosed literature closely to prevent operating and maintenance problems.
