初めてご使用になる際は、ご使用前に充電してください。

●洗浄充電器に関して

出荷時はシェーバーホルダーが下がっているため、シェーバーをセットできません。一度通電しホルダーの位置を上げてからシェーバーをセットしてください。

●クリーニング液に関して

フィリップスの専用クリーニング液であれば、どのタイプの製品もご使用いただけます。

初期充電時は、満充電の表示は「60分」ですが、ご使用状況（1回あたりの使用時間・ヒゲの濃さ・ヒゲの長さ・肌への製品のあて方）による自動学習機能が働き、その状況で継続使用された場合の使用可能時間を本体に表示

します。ご使用状況が変わると表示される数字も変化しますが、これは故障

ではありません。

●シェーバー本体・洗浄充電器ならびに充電アダプタは改造しない。また、修理技術者以外の人は、分解したり修理をしない。火災、感電、ケガの原因となります。修理はお買い上げの販売店または小泉成器修理センターにご相談ください。

●お手入れの際は必ず充電アダプタの電源プラグをコンセントから抜く。また、濡れた手で抜き差ししない。感電やケガをすることがあります。

●充電アダプタが傷んだり、コンセントの差込みが緩いときは使用しない。感電・ショート・発火の原因になります。

●充電アダプタ、洗浄充電器および充電スタンドを水につけたり、水をかけたりしない。故障や、ショート・感電の原因になります。

●充電アダプタを傷付けたり、電源コードを無理に曲げたり、引っ張った

本製品はヒゲ（あごヒゲ、口ヒゲ、もみあげなど）の長さを整えたり、シェービングするためのものです。それ以外の目的で使用しないでください。

使用上のご注意

本製品の使用、充電、保管は室温5℃〜35℃の環境下で行ってください。（尚、低温や高温で充電すると、充電池の寿命が短くなります。）

シェービングユニットの清掃や着脱は、必ずスイッチを切ってから行ってください。

切れ味が衰えてきたり、刃が破損した場合は、使用せず必ず新しいシェービングユニットと交換してください。

極端に高温または低温の場所、直射日光の当たる場所には保管しないでください。夏場、車の中に放置しないでください。

充電アダプタは付属の専用アダプタを使用してください。

充電アダプタが破損、故障した場合は、事故を避けるために必ずフィリップス社製の同型充電アダプタをお求めください。

乳幼児の手の届かないところに保管してください。

外刃は、薄く仕上げてありますので、刃部を強く押さえたり、硬いものに当てないよう、ていねいに扱ってください。

注意

●充電アダプタの電源プラグを抜くときは、電源コード部を持たずに必ず先端の電源プラグ部を持って引き抜く。感電やショートして発火することがあります。

●充電時または洗浄充電器の使用時以外は、充電アダプタをコンセントから抜く。ケガややけど、絶縁劣化による感電・漏電・火災の原因となります。

●刃は強く押さえない。破損して皮膚を傷つけることがあります。

●刃が破損または故障した場合は、本製品を使用しないでください。ケガの原因になります。交換の際には必ずフィリップス社製の同型部品とお取り替えください。

●電源コネクタ受部にピンやごみを付着させない。感電・ショート・発火の原因になります。

シェーバー本体は防水加工をしておりますが、水や液体の中に浸けないでください。

初めてお使いになるときや、長い間ご使用にならなかったときは、

るまでに時間がかかる場合があります。

の主な表示（本体）

MINUTES LEFT

●

ロック機能（カギマークが表示されていると電源は入りません）

スイッチを約3秒長押しすると、カギマークが表示されてロックがかかります。再度約3秒長押しすると解除できます。電源アダプタを接続し、通電した充電スタンドや洗浄充電器にシェーバー本体を置くと、ロックは自動的に解除されます。

●残量表示充電残量はディスプレイ上に使用可能時間（分）として表示されます。スイッチの

ON/OFF

の際に数秒間点灯します。

●充電表示（充電スタンドで充電の場合）

充電中は、使用可能時間（分）の表示が点

滅します。使用可能時間が5分以下は、「

MINUTES LEFT

」の表示が赤色に点滅し、

分に達すると白色の点滅になります。

※洗浄充電器で充電の場合は「

MINUTES LEFT

」の表示が白色に点滅します。

●充電完了表示充電が完了すると、使用可能時間（分）の表示が点灯し続けます。満充電後、約30分経過すると充電表示ランプが消えます。

※

満充電後に本体を再び充電スタンドに置くと、充電表示ランプが点灯しますが、故障ではありません。

※ 初期充電時は、満充電の表示は「60分」ですが、ご使用状況（1回あたりの使用

時間・ヒゲの濃さ・ヒゲの長さ・肌への製品のあて方）による自動学習機能が働き、その状況で継続使用された場合の使用可能時間を表示しています。ご使用状況が変わると表示される数字も変化します。

●充電催促表示充電残量が少なくなると、「

MINUTES LEFT

」の表示が赤色に点滅します。スイッチを切ると、使用可能時間（分）の表示が数秒間点滅後、消灯すると電子音が鳴ります。

●クリーニング表示 3分以上使用し「

OFF

」にすると、クリーニングをうながすために蛇口マークが点滅します。表示されるタイミングは使用時間・状況により異なります。お手入れ方法（

P19〜25

）をご参照ください。

●シェービングユニット交換表示

シェービングユニットの交換マークが点滅すると、

交換時期です。シェービングユニットを交換してください（

P26

参照）。この表示は約

年間（1日3分）ご使用いただくと自動的に表示されます。

●ブロック表示シェービングユニットに長いヒゲがからまっていたりシェービングユニットが破損していると、クリーニング表示と「！」マーク、シェービングユニットの交換表示が同時に点滅し、スイッチをONにすることができません。シェービングユニットをお手入れするか、交換してください（

P24〜26

参照）。

● ロック機能（カギマークが表示されていると電源は入りません）スイッチを約

秒長押しすると、カギマークが表示されてロックがかかります。再度約3秒長押しすると解除できます。電源アダプタを接続し、通電した充電スタンドや洗浄充電器にシェーバー本体を置くと、ロックは自動的に解除されます。

● 残量表示満充電の時は全てのランプが点灯し、充電残量が少なくなるとともに充電表示ランプの表示が下がっていきます。スイッチの

ON /O FF

の際

に充電表示ランプが数秒間点灯します。

● 充電表示（充電スタンドで充電の場合）充電残量が6分未満の場合、一番下のオレンジ色と白色のランプが交互に点滅します。充電残量が6分以上の時間経過とともに白色ランプが点滅〜点灯に変わり、1つ上の白色ランプが順次、点滅〜点灯に変わります。

※洗浄充電器で充電の場合は、白色ランプの点滅のみです。

● 充電完了表示充電が完了すると、全ての充電表示ランプが点灯します。満充電後、約30分経過すると充電表示ランプが消えます。

※ 満充電後に本体を再び充電スタンドに置くと、充電表示ランプが点灯しますが、故障ではありません。

● 充電催促表示充電残量が少なくなると、一番下の充電表示ランプがオレンジ色に点滅し始めます。スイッチを切ると、一番下の充電表示ランプが数秒間オレンジ色に点滅後、消灯します。

● クリーニング表示 3分以上使用し「

● シェービングユニット交換表示シェービングユニットの交換マークが点滅すると、交換時期です。シェービングユニットを交換してください（

択スイッチで選べます。洗浄から乾燥終了までの時間は、下記が目安です。

用洗浄充電器）

RQ1008

と同様に3つの洗浄モードがあり、シェーバーの使用時間によっ

て自動的に選択します。洗浄から乾燥終了までの時間は約2時間です。

※モード選択スイッチはありません。 ※洗浄時間や乾燥時間は前後することがあります。

洗浄中は洗浄ランプが点滅します。洗浄が終わるとドライランプが点滅します。

シェーバーの乾燥中はドライランプが点滅します。

クリーニング液が入っていない場合や量が少ない場合、または専用クリーニング液以外をご使用の場合、クリーニング液補充ランプが点滅し、クリーニング液の補充を促します。

※ 専用クリーニング液以外をご使用の場合、クリーニング室に

ある液体を全て捨ててから、新しいクリーニング液を入れて

ください。

●当社専用の充電アダプタ以外での充電は行わないでください。

●長期間使用しない場合や、使ったり使わなかったりして保管しておくと、充電池が過放電し液漏れして使えなくなります。

注意

お客様による充電池の交換はできません。

出荷時はシェーバーホルダーが下がっているため、

シェーバーをセットできません。一度通電しホルダーの

位置を上げてからシェーバーをセットしてください。

表示を正面にして、シェービングユニットを下向きにし（図❶）、シェーバーをカチッと音がするまで押し込み（図❷）、シェーバーホルダーにセットします。

充電アダプタの電源コネクタ部を洗浄充電器の電源コネクタ受部につないで、ご家庭のコンセントに電源プラグ部を差し込みます。

洗浄充電器で充電する場合

充電池の寿命

満充電後の使用時間が3分の2程度になったら充電池の交換時期です。お買い求めの販売店へ充電池の交換を依頼してください（有料になります）。

充電スタンドで充電する場合

シェーバーを充電スタンドに置きます。充電中は充電表示ランプが点滅します。

をご参照ください）

充電スタンドを開きます。

充電アダプタの電源コネクタ部を充電スタンドの電源コネクタ受部につなぎます。

ご家庭のコンセントに電源プラグ部を差し込みます。

この商品は通常約1時間充電です。

：満充電で約60分使用できます。

RQ1251CC／RQ1251

：満充電で約50分使用できます。

初めてお使いになるときや、長い間ご使用にならなかったときは、充電しないと使用できません。ご使用前に充電してください。充電時間は約1時間です。充電開始後数分間、充電表示ランプが点滅しないことがありますが、そのまま充電すると充電表示ランプが点滅します。海外（

100〜240V

）でのご使用

も可能です。ただし、コンセントの形状や電圧など現地で充分お確かめのうえご使用ください。

※本製品はリチウムイオン電池を使用していますが、ご使用の都度充電をしても充電池の寿命には影響ありません。

刃を肌に軽く押しあて、円を描くように動かしながら剃ります。

肌が乾いた状態でのシェービングの仕方です。

シェーバー本体は防水加工をしており、浴室でも使用できますが、水や液体の中に浸けないでください（故障の原因となります）。

警告

●モーターの始動時、微弱の振動がシェーバー本体に伝わりますが、問題はありません。

●ほこりなどで肌が汚れている場合、ふきとってからご使用ください。

●ご使用の前に外刃の破れや変形がないか確認してください。（外刃に破れや変形があると肌を傷つける原因になります）

●ヒゲ剃り以外の目的（頭髪など）には、使用しないでください。

肌を伸ばし、ヒゲを立たせるように小さく回

しながら剃ります。

あごの裏側

刃を肌に軽くあて、図のようにあごを上げて回転させながら剃ります。

ほおの奥から首筋

片方の手で肌を後ろに引っ張り小さく回しな

がら剃ります。

鼻の下

鼻の下を伸ばし、小さく回しながら剃ります。

フィリップスのシェーバーを初めてお使いの方は、剃り方に慣れるまで2〜3週間かかることがあります。

肌に強く押しつけるのではなく、軽く押しあてるのがコツです。

シェービングの

仕方（ウェット）

シェービングフォームやシェービングジェルを使ったシェービングの仕方です。剃った部分を実感しながら、なめらかなシェービングができます。

顔を濡らし、市販のシェービングフォームまたはシェービングジェルを付けます。

［重要］

シェービング後は、シェービングフォームやシェービングジェルがしっかりと洗い流されているかを確認してください。お手入れが不十分な場合、臭いが出るばかりでなく、故障の原因にもなります。

シェービングヘッドを水で濡らし、肌の上でなめらかに動くようにします。

スイッチを押し電源をONにします。

刃を肌に軽く押しあて、円を描くように動かしながら剃ります。シェービングフォームやシェービングジェルにより、鏡を見た時に剃った部分を確認しやすくなります。

※途中、よりなめらかにシェービングするため

に、シェービングヘッドを水で濡らすと効果的です。

シェービング後はスイッチを押し、電源を

OFF

にします。

シェーバーをきれいに洗います（

P22

「お手入れ方法」）。

※洗浄充電器を使う前に水洗いによるお手入

れ（

P22

）を行うと、クリーニング液が長もちします。シェービングフォームやシェービングジェルがしっかりと洗い流されているかを確認してください。

シェーバー本体は防水加工をしており、浴室でも使用できますが、水や液体の中に浸けないでください（故障の原因となります）。

トリマーの使い方

シェービングユニットのはずし方

シェービングユニットを本体からはずします。（髪の毛を巻き込む恐れがあるため）

鏡を見ながらトリマーをカットしたいところに直角にあたるようにしてください。一度に切らずに、少しずつカットしてください。

トリマースライドノブを矢印の方向に

動かすとトリマーが出ます。スイッチを

にすると、トリマー先端の刃が往復

してカットします。

カチッ

ご使用ごとに、必ずスイッチを

OFF

にしてからクリーニングブラシの短い方の毛で刃の部分を軽く掃除してください。

※トリマーの切れ味を保つため、使用後は必ず

ぬるま湯ですすぎ洗いをしてください（

P23

「トリマーのお手入れ方法」）。

シェービングユニットのつけ方

トリマーを戻し、シェービングユニット

の突起部（図❶）をシェーバー上部の溝（図❷ ）に合わせ、カチッと音がするまで押し込み（図❸）、本体に取りつけます。

注意：あまり押し当て過ぎると肌を傷

めますのでご注意ください。

スライドノブ

※シェービングユニット

は、回さずにまっすぐ引き抜いてください。

トリマーはヘアーライン、もみあげ、

ヒゲなどを整えるのに便利です。

シェービングユニットを本体からはずします。

ヒゲスタイラーアタッチメントの突起部

（図❶ ）をシェーバー上部の溝（図❷ ）

に合わせ、カチッと音がするまで押し込み（図❸）、本体に取り付けます。

スタイラーコームをヒゲスタイラーアタッチメントの両側にある溝にそって、カチッと音がするまでスライ

ヒゲスタイラーアタッチメントにコームを取り付けて、カットの仕上がりが均一になるようにしたり、違った長さでそろえたりすることができます。スタイラーコームを使用し、カット後の仕上がり

の長さを1−

にそろえることができます。

お手入れ方法

クリーニング液をクリーニング室のウェーブマークが見えなくなるまで

）注ぎます。

洗浄充電器を図のようにクリーニング室の上にセットしてカチッと音がしたことを確認してください。

●クリーニング液のご使用期間は約2週間です。

※クリーニング室に注がれたクリーニング液は、洗浄回数にかかわらず、2週間毎に取り替え

てください。また、クリーニング液の交換時には、クリーニング室を水洗いしてください。

※クリーニング液が減ったら必ずウェーブマークが見えなくなるまで補充してください。

●クリーニング液がこぼれた場合にはすぐ拭き取ってください。皮革製品やフローリングなどに付くと変色する場合がありますので、ご注意ください。

注意

充電アダプタの電源コネクタ部を洗浄充電器の電源コネクタ受部につないで、ご家庭のコンセントに電源プラグ部を差し込みます。

シェービング後は、水洗いのお手入れもできますが、洗浄充電器によるお手入れもできます。水洗いの場合は、

洗浄充電器を水平な場所に設置します。洗浄充電器両サイドにあるクリーニング室の着脱ボタンを同時に押して

●洗浄中に電源プラグが抜けて洗浄が中断された場合、シェーバーホルダーはそのままの位置で止まります。再び電源プラグを接続するとシェーバーホルダーが元の位置に戻ります。洗浄するには、再び洗浄

クリーニング室のお手入れ方法

クリーニング液がこぼれないように注意しながら、洗浄充電器両サイドにあるクリーニング室の着脱ボタンを同時に押して（図❶）、洗浄充電器を持ち上げクリーニング室を外します（図❷）。

クリーニング室にあるクリーニング液とヒゲクズを洗い流してください。

クリーニング室は2週間に一度お手入れしてください。

クリーニング室をきれいに水洗いして、乾いた布で水分を拭き取ってください。

洗浄充電器を水平な場所に設置します。クリーニング液をクリーニング室のウェーブマークが見えなくなるまで

※洗剤は使用しないでください。 ※ぬるま湯（40℃前後）でのお手入れをおすすめします。臭いのもととなる皮脂や汗などが取れやすくなり

ます。ただし、熱湯はお止めください。故障の原因となります。

※お手入れ中にシェ−バーの底から水が漏れてくる場合がありますが、これは正常な状態です。電子部品

はすべてシェーバー内部の密閉された部分に内蔵されているので、危険はありません。

お手入れの際は、スイッチを

にしてから外刃を開けて水洗いしてください。

シェービングユニットは水洗いできますが、本体は水中に浸けないでください。

●シェービングユニットを乾燥させる時に、タオルやティッシュペーパーを使用しないでください。刃を傷める場合があります。

シェービングユニットにたまったヒゲクズをぬるま湯または水で約30秒洗い流します。

分解掃除の仕方

●分解掃除は約1カ月に1回が目安です。

● 分解掃除される場合は、内刃と外刃の組み合わせを変えないようにご注意ください。組み合わせが変わると、刃の状態が元通りになるまで数週間かかる場合があります。

刃の取り外し方

シェービングユニットを本体からはず

外刃を開けます。外刃と内刃の組み合わせが変わるのを防ぐために、複数の刃を同時に分解せず、1つずつお手入れしてください。

取りはずした内刃を1つずつぬるま湯

をクリーニングブラシで掃除します。

外刃の内側をクリーニングブラシで掃除します。

このシェーバーはリチウムイオン電池を使用しています。リチウムイオン電池はリサイクル可能な貴重な資源です。ご使用済みの製品の廃棄に際しては、リチウムイオン電池を取り出し、各自治体の処理方法に従い、リサイクル協力店にお持ちください。

スイッチをONにして、完全に動作しなくなるまで充電池を放電させてから、行ってください。

シェービングユニットをはずし、本体下部の穴にドライバーをこじ入れて、ユニッ

トカバーをはずします。

※充電池を取り外した後は、通電しないでください。

●製品を廃棄するとき以外は、絶対に本体を分解しないでください。

●本体内部の金具は鋭いので、ご注意ください。

※お客様による充電池の修理交換はできません。

フロントカバーとモーターユニット（灰色の部分）を固定している2つの金具をはずして、フロントカバーを取りはずします。

These appliances are not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliances. Be careful with hot water when you clean the appliances. Always check if the water is not too hot, to prevent your hands from getting burnt.

Caution

Never immerse the Jet Clean System and the charger in water nor rinse them under the tap. The appliances and accessories are not dishwasher-proof. Always place and use the appliances on a surface

that is uid-resistant.

Use, charge and store the appliances at a temperature between 5°C and 35°C. Only use the accessories supplied. The adapter transforms 100-240 volts to a safe low voltage of less than 24 volts. Do not use the appliances and accessories if they are damaged. If the adapter or any of the other accessories is damaged, always have it replaced with one of the original type in order to avoid a hazard. Water may leak from the socket at the bottom of the shaver when you rinse it. This is normal and not dangerous because all electronics are enclosed in a sealed power unit inside the shaver.

Jet Clean system (specic types only)

Caution

Only use the Jet Clean System with the original

HQ200 cleaning uid.

Always place the Jet Clean System on a stable, level and horizontal surface to prevent leakage. Never immerse the Jet Clean System in water. Empty the cleaning chamber and clean it thoroughly by rinsing it with hot tap water every 15 days. The Jet Clean System thoroughly cleans but does not disinfect your shaver, therefore do not share the shaver with others. The cleaning chamber of the Jet Clean System is not dishwasher-proof. When the Jet Clean System is ready for use, do

not move it to prevent leakage of cleaning uid.

Compliance with standards

This shaver complies with the internationally

approved safety regulations and can be safely used in the bath or shower and cleaned under the tap. These Philips appliances comply with all standards

repeated at 9 successive shaves (specic types only) or until you reset the shaver (specic types

You can lock the shaver when you are going to travel. The travel lock prevents the shaver from being switched on by accident.

1 Press the on/off button for 3 seconds to enter

the travel lock mode.

RQ128x: The display starts to count down from 3. At 1, the appliance beeps to indicate that it is locked. The lock symbol lights up on the display. After a few seconds it goes out.

Deactivating the travel lock

1 Press the on/off button for 3 seconds.

The motor starts running to indicate that the travel lock has been deactivated.

The shaver is now ready for use again.

Note: When you place the shaver in the pluggedin charger or Jet Clean System, the travel lock is automatically deactivated.

Power-saving mode (RQ129x only)

The appliance is equipped with an automatic powersaving mode. When the shaver enters the powersaving mode, the light in the on/off button goes out to save energy.

When the appliance is switched off but detects movement for 5 minutes (for instance when you are travelling with the shaver in your suitcase), it automatically goes into power-saving mode. This mode prevents the shaver from being switched on by accident.

The lock symbol ashes on the display to

Blocked shaving heads

Note: The displays of the various shaver types look different, but show the same symbol.

If the shaving heads are blocked, the shaving unit symbol, the tap symbol and the exclamation mark

ash. In this case, the motor cannot run because

the shaving heads are soiled or damaged. When this happens, you have to clean the shaving unit or replace it. The shaving unit symbol, the tap symbol and

the exclamation mark continue to ash until you

unblock the shaving heads.

Charging

Charging takes approx. 1 hour. RQ129x/RQ128x/RQ127x/RQ126x: A fully charged shaver has a shaving time of up to 60 minutes or 20 days.

Note: RQ129x/RQ128x: When the battery is fully charged, the display shows the actual remaining shaving minutes (see section ‘Battery fully charged’ in chapter ‘The display’).

RQ125x: A fully charged shaver has a shaving time of up to 50 minutes or 16 days.

Charge the shaver before you use it for the rst

Shaving

Skin adaptation period

Your rst shaves may not bring you the result you

expect and your skin may even become slightly irritated. This is normal. Your skin and beard need time to adapt to any new shaving system. We advise you to shave regularly (at least 3 times a week) for a period of 3 weeks to allow your skin to adapt to the new shaver. During this period, use your new electric shaver exclusively and do not use other shaving methods. If you use different shaving

methods, it is more difcult for your skin to adapt to

the new shaving system.

1 Press the on/off button once to switch on the

shaver.

The display lights up for a few seconds.

2 Move the shaving heads over your skin in

circular movements.

Do not make straight movements.

3 Press the on/off button once to switch off the

shaver.

The display lights up for a few seconds and then shows the remaining battery capacity.

Wet shaving

You can also use this shaver on a wet face with shaving foam or shaving gel. To shave with shaving foam or shaving gel, follow the steps below:

1 Apply some water to your skin.

2 Apply shaving foam or shaving gel to your skin.

3 Rinse the shaving unit under the tap to ensure

that the shaving unit glides smoothly over your

skin.

4 Press the on/off button once to switch on the

shaver.

5 Move the shaving heads over your skin in

circular movements.

Note: Rinse the shaver under the tap regularly to ensure that it continues to glide smoothly over your skin.

6 Dry your face and thoroughly clean the

shaver after use (see chapter ‘Cleaning and

The best and most hygienic way to clean the

Type RQ1008 has three cleaning programs: the

eco program, the auto program and the intensive program. Press the up/down button to select the cleaning program you prefer.

Note: The eco program has a shorter drying time, to save energy. The intensive program is a more thorough cleaning program.

Type RQ1007 has one automatic cleaning

program. When you press the on/off button, the Jet Clean System starts cleaning in the automatic cleaning program.

Preparing the Jet Clean System for use

Fill the cleaning chamber before rst use.

1 Put the small plug in the Jet Clean System.

2 Put the adapter in the wall socket.

The holder automatically moves to the highest position.

3 Simultaneously press the release buttons on

both sides of the cleaning chamber (1). Then lift

the Jet Clean System off the cleaning chamber

(2).

The cleaning chamber remains behind.

4 Unscrew the cap from the bottle with HQ200

cleaning uid.

5 Fill the cleaning chamber with HQ200 cleaning

uid to a level between the two lines.

6 Place the Jet Clean System back onto the

During the second phase of the cleaning program, the shaver is placed in the drying

position, indicated by the ashing drying symbol.

This phase takes approx. 2 hours. The shaver stays in this position until the end of the program.

Note: RQ1008: The drying phase takes 1 hour when you have selected the eco program.

After the cleaning program, the charging indication appears on the shaver display (see chapter ‘The display’).

The Jet Clean System does not work when I press the on/off button.

The Jet Clean System is not connected to the mains.

Put the small plug in the Jet Clean System and put the adapter in the wall socket.

You have not placed the shaver in the Jet Clean System properly, so there is no electrical connection between the Jet Clean System and the shaver.

Press the shaver tightly into the holder to lock it into place.

The shaver is not fully charged after I charge it in the charger/ Jet Clean System.

RQ129x/ RQ128x: The shaver is fully charged, but the display shows less than 60 shaving minutes.

The shaver is equipped with an intelligent self-learning system that monitors the shaver’s energy consumption and converts the remaining battery capacity into shaving minutes. The energy consumption and therefore the remaining number of shaving minutes depend on your skin and beard type and your shaving behaviour (e.g. the use of shaving gel).

If the number of shaving minutes of the fully charged shaver is less than 60 minutes, this is completely normal and does not mean that the battery capacity of the shaver has diminished.

RQ1008: The operating time of the Jet Clean System is suddenly shorter or longer than it used to be.

You have selected another cleaning program. The Jet Clean System has three cleaning programs: the eco program, the normal program and the intensive program. Each of these programs has a different operating time.

Press the up/down button on the Jet Clean System to select the cleaning program of your preference (see chapter ‘Cleaning and maintenance’).

取扱説明書、本体貼付ラベル等の注意書に従った正常な使用状態で保証期間内に故障した場合には、無料修理します。

保証期間内に故障して無料修理をお受けになる場合には、商品と保証書をご持参、ご提示のうえ、お買い上げの販売店にご依頼ください。なお、商品を直接メーカーへ送付した場合の送料等はお客様の負担となります。

ご贈答、ご転居でお買い上げの販売店に修理を依頼できない場合は、小泉成器修理センターにご依頼ください。

保証期間内でも次の場合には有料修理になります。 ○

使用上の誤り及び不当な修理や改造による故障及び損傷。

お買い上げ後の輸送、移動、落下等による故障及び損傷。

火災、地震、水害、落雷、その他の天災地変、公害や異常電圧による故障及び損傷。
