The drive coupling has been screwed onto the rotor shaft by
means of a left-handed thread.
The drive coupling can be disconnected from the rotor shaft
without opening the appliance by fi rst removing the lid of the
housing (item 12) and then using the slot in the rotor shaft to
block the rotor (see drawing).

The following spacers have been placed on the rotor shaft:

The Service Manual for version HR 2828/BC code number
4322 277 00314, has been replaced by this Manual which
included the /EC version.
The parts with item nos. 15 and 20 have been modifi ed for
safety reasons and are not interchangeable with the spare
parts of the previous /BC version, only as a set.

The correct tolerance between feeding tube and grater is
1.3 + 0.8 mm.
