SERVICE INFORMATION
-This appliance is intended for household use only.
-Always check the sieve. If any cracks or damage are detected, replace the sieve.
-Do not let the appliance run for more then two minutes without interruption, allow it to cool down for two minutes before you continue.
-Do not clean any of the parts in a dishwasher.
-Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, scourers, wiretool, acetone, alcohol etc.
-The appliance is provided with a safety system. If all parts are not properly mounted together; the appliance will not work.
Check whether the parts have been connected in the right way. But turn off the power first.
This product meets the requirements regarding interference suppression on radio and TV.
The intended sequence of putting the appliance together by user is as follows:
1.Snap juice spout onto pulp collector
2.Place pulp collector in position
3.Place sieve
4.Place lid on pulp collector (by aligning the hook on lid and the corresponding rectangluar hole on pulp collector)
5.Engage two locking latches
6.Put pulp container onto main housing
When probably placing lid on pulp collector, there will be a gap of about 9 mm between lid and pulp collector on the switch side. This is normal.
When pressing lid to close, a rib on lid will press onto a linkage pin in pulp collector, which in turn press onto another linkage pin (integrated with cover plate) on main housing. This then moves down the cover plate and exposes the safety microswitch. Upon engaging locking latch, the safety micro-switch is activated by a pin on the locking latch and the appliance can be switched on.
If pulp collector and lid are not probably assembled, the cover plate will prevent the activation of safety micro-switch.
Test the safety micro-switch by engaging and disengaging the locking latch on switch side.
The drive coupling is screwed onto the motor shaft by means of a right-handed thread.
The drive coupling can be disconnected from the motor shaft by blocking a slot in motor shaft, which is accessible through a slot on bottom cover.
After the product has been repaired, it should function properly and has to meet the safety requirements as officially laid down at this moment.
