PRODUCT INFORMATION

- This product meets the requirements regarding
interference suppression on radio and TV.

- After the product has been repaired, it should function
properly and has to meet the safety requirements as
officially laid down at this moment.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

- Operating Voltage : 4,5 Volt

- Power supply : 3 x AA / LR6 battery
External 4,5 V / 500 mA

- Shaving heads : 2 x HQ4

- SAP coding : HQ422

DISASSEMBLY- AND RE-ASSEMBLY ADVISE

Disassembly:

- Remove the shaving unit, to prevent damages during repairs

- Remove battery lid assy
(see figure 1)

- Remove screws (2x)

- Remove cover

- Remove screw (1x)

- Remove battery holder assy

- Unlock the peg-clamping
“Z” (4x) between frame
(item 11) and hairchamber
(item 8)

- Remove the gear assy (2x)

- Remove pinion

- Remove screws (2x) for disconnecting motor from frame

- To remove the trimmer, first disassemble the trimmerslide
by pushing down the locking pegs “V” (2x) and move slide
slightly outwards

- Make room between trimmer and cover with a small
screwdriver, to release the peg fastening “Y”

Assembly:

- The assembly must be carried out in the reverse order of
what is discribed under disassembly

- When fitting the shaver it must be checked if wiring is
correctly positioned
