1 Important Information
Safety
Before using Philips EasyKey, please read and understand all instruct ions. Damage caused by non-compliance with the instructions will not be covered by warranty.
Use only the manufacturer-specied accessories/components.
Use only the alkaline batteries the product is equipped with, or use the same specification type of alkaline batteries.
Do not forcibly disassemble this product to avoid tr iggering an alarm or damaging the product.
Do not scrape the ngerpr int sensor with sharp objects, otherwise it may cause permanent damage.
Do not expos e product s to enviro nments where there is water leakage or spla shing.
Do not expose the product to corrosive substances to prevent damaging the protective cover.
Do not hang objects on the handle, in case it might aect the normal use of the lock.
Pleae clean t he product w ith a soft cloth .
Do not remove the battery during
sett ing up and operating.
Please let a professional technician to install the door lock and follow the installation guidelines provided.Do not disassemble the lock by yourself. Keep the relevant sealed stickers properly. Do not easily disclose the password informat ion.
Please modify the default master PIN code immediately after nishing installing and debugging, and keep the mechanical key properly.
Please replace all the batteries immediately if there is a low battery alarm. Please make sure to correctly match the poles (+/-) when installing the bat ter ies.
Caution
Do not place the battery near re sources to avoid explosion.
Do not use any emergency power supply that does not meet the safety requirement s to power up the product.
Do not connect the 2 poles of the batteries with metals to avoid short circuit which may lead to an explosion.
Please make sure any component replacement is executed by Philips, Philips authorized service center or professional technicians.
Do not use acces sories or p arts tha t have been produced by other manufacturers or have not been spec ically recommended by Philips. The use of such accessor ies and parts may void your warrant y.
Disposal of used products and batteries
You can have your locks reclaimed at Philips authorized service centers. You will receive corresponding compensation if your products meet our conditions.
Please familiarize yourself with the local electronic product collection system.

Pre-installation instructions
Step 1 | Conrm the door opening direction
This product can install on 4 directions: left-out pull,right-in push, left-in push and right-out pull.

Step 3 | Latch Bolt Direction Reversing
You can change the latch bolt direct ion according to dierent door opening directions: outward bevel for inward opening and inward bevel for out ward opening.

Attention
1. Choose di erent i nstalla tio n kit a s per d iere nt door thick ness range.
2. The default inst allatio n kit a ppli es to door thickness of 38 to 60 m m. If the door thickn ess is not within this range, plea se contact us.
Directional screw
1. Push the rever sing tailpiece upwards to the top.
2. Press the latch bolt into the mort ise and rotate it 180 degrees. Then pull it out.
3. Push the tailpiece downwa rds to the bottom.
4. Change the direction of the screws as needed (The direc tional screws must be xed on the inside of the door, namely towards the inner unit of the lock).
Installation steps
The following installat ion steps apply to right opening doors. For left opening type, please read the [Pre-installation Instructions] carefully and complete those necessary reversing operations.
Use the drilling template to drill

the needed holes on the door and mount the mortise into the door.

Hook the upper and bottom

poles when the mort ise is inserted(This step is not required when installing on the wooden door).
