Kawalan mainan asas

Semasa memainkan, tekan butang berikut untuk mengawal.

/ Hentikan main.

Tekan dan tahan (lebih daripada 4 saat) untuk membuka atau menutup petak cakera.

Lebih banyak pilihan tersedia bagi mainan video atau gambar daripada cakera atau peranti USB.

Akses lebih banyak pilihan sepanjang mainan video.

• [Bahasa Audio]: Pilih bahasa audio.

• [Bahasa Sari Kata]: Pilih bahasa sari kata.

• [Anjak Sari Kata]: Ubah kedudukan sari kata pada skrin. Tekan untuk melaraskan

kedudukan sari kata.

• [Maklumat]: Paparkan maklumat mainan.

• [Set Aksara]: Pilih set aksara yang menyokong sari kata video DivX (hanya bagi video DivX sahaja).

• [Carian Masa]: Langkau ke masa ter tentu melalui butang nombor pada alat kawalan jauh.

• [Bahasa Audio ke-2]: Pilih bahasa audio kedua (hanya bagi cakera Blu-ray yang menyokong

BonusView).

• [Taju k]: Pilih tajuk.

• [Bab]: Pilih bab.

• [Senarai Sudut]: Pilih sudut kamera.

• [Menu]: Paparkan menu cakera.

• [Pilihan PIP]: Paparkan tetingkap gambar dalam gambar. (hanya bagi cakera Blu-ray yang

menyokong BonusView).

• [Zum]: Zum ke dalam gambar video. Tekan untuk memilih faktor zum.

• [Ulang]: Ulangi bab atau tajuk.

• [Ulang A-B]: Tandakan dua titik dalam suatu bab untuk ulangan mainan, atau matikan mod

ulangan.

• [Tetapan Gambar]: Pilih tetapan warna yang dipratakrifkan.

• [Zum]: Zum ke dalam gambar. Tekan untuk memilih faktor zum.

• [Maklumat]: Paparkan maklumat gambar.

• [Tempoh setiap slaid]: Tetapkan selang masa paparan bagi tayangan slaid.

• [Animasi Slaid]: Pilih kesan peralihan bagi tayangan slaid.

• [Tetapan Gambar]: Pilih tetapan warna yang dipratakrifkan.

• [Ulang]: Ulang folder yang dipilih.

Pilihan audio

Tekan berulang kali untuk beralih antara fungsi-fungsi berikut.

• Ulang trek semasa.

• Ulangi semua trek pada cakera atau folder.

Video DivX

Anda hanya boleh memainkan video DivX daripada cakera atau peranti storan USB.

Kod VOD bagi DivX

• Sebelum membeli video DivX dan memainkannya pada pemain ini, daftarkan pemain ini di www.divx.com menggunakan kod DivX VOD.

• Tekan SUBTITLE untuk memilih bahasa.

• Jika sari kata tidak terpapar dengan betul, tukar set aksara yang menyokong sari kata DivX. Pilih

set aksara: tekan , dan pilih [Set Aksara].

Set aksara Bahasa [Standard] Inggeris, Albania, Denmark, Belanda, Finland, Perancis, Gaelic, Jerman,

Itali, Kurdistan (Latin), Nor way, Portugis, Sepanyol, Sweden dan Turki

Catatan

• Untuk memainkan fail yang dilindungi DivX DRM daripada peranti storan USB , sambung pemain ini kepada

TV melalui HDMI.

• Untuk menggunakan sari kata, pastikan fail sari kata mempunyai nama yang sama dengan fail video DivX.

Misalnya, jika video DivX dinamakan “movie.avi”, simpan fail sari kata sebagai “movie.srt” atau “movie.sub”.

• Pemain ini dapat memainkan fail sari kata dalam format berikut: .srt, .sub, .tx t, .ssa , dan .smi.

fail RMVB atau RM

Anda boleh memainkan fail RMVB atau RM daripada cakera atau peranti storan USB. Fail Real Media Variable Bitrate (RMVB) dan RealMedia (RM) mengandungi kedua-dua audio dan video. Anda boleh menyalin fail RMVB atau RM daripada komputer anda ke dalam cakera boleh rakam atau peranti storan USB. Dan mainkannya daripada pemain ini.

• Pastikan bahawa sambungan fail adalah “.RMVB” atau “.RM”.

Main pertunjukan slaid muzik

Main muzik dan gambar secara serentak untuk membuat pertunjukan slaid muzik.

1 Dari cakera atau peranti storan USB yang bersambung, mainkan fail muzik. 2 Tekan , dan pergi ke folder gambar. 3 Pilih gambar dari cakera yang sama atau USB, dan tekan OK untuk memulakan tayangan slaid. 4 Tekan untuk menghentikan per tunjukan slaid. 5 Tekan sekali lagi untuk menghentikan mainan muzik.

Bonus View pada Blu-ray

Tonton kandungan khas (seper ti komentar) dalam tetingkap skrin kecil.

Ciri ini hanya berlaku bagi cakera Blu-ray yang serasi dengan BonusView (juga dikenali sebagai gambar

dalam gambar).

1 Semasa mainan, tekan .

» Menu pilihan dipaparkan.

2 Pilih [Pilihan PIP] > [PIP], kemudian tekan OK.

» Pilihan PIP [1]/[2] bergantung kepada kandungan video. » Tetingkap video yang kedua dipaparkan.

3 Pilih [Bahasa Audio ke-2] atau [Bahasa Sari Kata ke-2], dan tekan OK.

BD-Live pada Blu-ray

Akses perkhidmatan dalam talian yang eksklusif, seperti gazet lem, permainan, nada dering dan

kandungan bonus yang lain. Ciri ini hanya berlaku bagi cakera Blu-ray yang berdaya BD-Live.

1 Sediakan sambungan Internet dan sediakan rangkaian (lihat “Sediakan rangkaian”). 2 Sambung peranti storan USB pada penyambung (USB) pada pemain ini.

• Peranti storan USB digunakan untuk menyimpan kandungan BD-Live yang dimuat turun.

• Jika anda menyambungkan pemain ini ke Internet melalui penyesuai USB Wi-Fi (dijual

berasingan), sambung hab USB (tidak dibekalkan) kepada pemain ini untuk menyediakan berbilang pangkalan USB.

• Untuk memadam BD-Live yang dimuat turun sebelumnya pada peranti storan USB untuk

membebaskan ruang memori, tekan dan pilih [Persediaan] > [Lanjutan] > [Kosongkan

turun.

Mainkan video 3D Blu-ray

Sebelum anda bermula, pastikan bahawa:

• TV patuh 3D, dan bersambung kepada pemain ini melalui HDMI

• cakera ialah cakera 3D Blu-ray

• anda mempunyai kaca mata 3D yang serasi dengan TV.

1 Pastikan bahawa output 3D dihidupkan: tekan , dan pilih [Persediaan] > [Video] > [Tontoni

video 3D]> [Auto].

2 Mainkan video 3D Blu-ray. 3 Pakai kaca mata 3D untuk kesan 3D.

• Untuk memainkan video 3D dalam mod 2D, matikan output 3D Blu-ray (tekan , dan pilih

[Persediaan] > [Video] > [Tontoni video 3D]> [Mati]).

Sediakan rangkaian

Sambung pemain ini kepada Internet untuk mengakses perkhidmatan:

• BD-Live: akses ciri-ciri bonus dalam talian (hanya berlaku bagi cakera Blu-ray yang berdaya BDLive)

• Kemas kini perisian: kemas kini perisian pemain ini melalui Internet.

• YouTube: akses laman web YouTube.

• Picasa: akses laman web Picasa.

Catatan

• Untuk sambungan tanpa wayar, anda perlu menggunakan penyesuai opsyenal Wi-Fi USB Philips (yang

di nama k a n WU B 1110).

• Penyesuai Wi-Fi USB (WUB1110) tidak disertakan. Untuk membeli penyesuai ini, lawati shop.philips.com.

Bahasa Melayu

1 Sambung pemain ini kepada Internet melalui sambungan berwayar (Ethernet) atau wayarles.

• Untuk sambungan berwayar, sambung kabel rangkaian (tidak dibekalkan) ke pangkalan LAN

di panel belakang pemain ini.

• Bagi Wi-Fi, sambung penyesuai USB Wi-Fi Philips (yang dinamakan WUB1110) kepada

penyambung (USB) pada panel hadapan pemain ini.

2 Lakukan pemasangan rangkaian.

1) Tek a n .

2) Pilih [Persediaan], dan tekan OK.

3) Pilih [Rangkaian] > [Pemasangan Rangkaian], dan tekan OK.

4) Ikut arahan pada skrin TV untuk menyelesaikan pemasangan. Jika perlu, gunakan butang abjad

angka pada unit kawalan jauh untuk memasukkan kata laluan.

Awas

• Sebelum anda menyambung kepada rangkaian, biasakan diri anda dengan penghala rangkaian, dan prinsip

perangkaian. Jika perlu, baca dokumentasi yang diser takan bersama komponen rangkaian. Philips tidak

ber tanggungjawab atas data yang hilang, rosak atau tercemar.

Video YouTube

Dengan menyambungkan pemain ini kepada Internet, anda boleh menyemak imbas, membuat carian dan menonton video YouTube.

1 Sambung pemain ini kepada Internet (lihat “Sediakan rangkaian”). 2 Tekan . 3 Pilih [YouTube], dan tekan OK.

» Halaman lalai YouTube dipaparkan pada skrin TV.

4 Gunakan alat kawalan jauh untuk menavigasi dan memilih pilihan.

• Untuk keluar dari YouTube, tekan .

Butang Tindakan

Tekan untuk memaparkan papan kekunci atas skrin untuk carian video.

Tekan untuk memaparkan butang mainan atas skrin. Tekan untuk menavigasi butang mainan atas skrin atau senarai main video.

OK Sahkan entri atau pemilihan.

Mulakan atau sambung semula main. Jedakan main.

Hentikan main.

/ Langkau ke video sebelum atau seterusnya.

/ Langkau ke belakang atau ke hadapan semasa memainkan video.

• Jika anda tidak menekan sebarang butang buat beberapa saat, butang dan menu atas skrin akan hilang.

Picasa (foto dalam talian)

Dengan pemain ini, anda dapat mengakses, mencari dan melihat foto yang disimpan dalam Album Web Picasa anda.

Apa yang anda perlukan

• Pada komputer anda, lawati www.picasa.com untuk membuat akaun pada Album Web Picasa.

• Sambungkan pemain ini ke Internet.

1 Sambung pemain ini kepada Internet (lihat “Sediakan rangkaian”). 2 Tekan . 3 Pilih [Picasa], dan tekan OK.

» Halaman lalai Picasa dipaparkan pada skrin TV.

4 Log masuk ke Album Web Picasa dengan akaun web Picasa anda.

• Pada kali per tama anda log masuk, pilih “Pengguna Baru”.

• Untuk memasukkan nama pengguna dan kata laluan anda, tekan kekunci abjad angka pada

alat kawalan jauh.

5 Gunakan alat kawalan jauh untuk menavigasi bagi memilih:

• My Photos: paparkan foto yang disimpan dalam Album Web Picasa anda.

• Featured: paparkan foto yang disoroti daripada laman web Picasa.

• Friends: paparkan senarai rakan-rakan.

• Search: buat carian foto berdasarkan kata kekunci.

• Favorites: paparkan foto yang digemari daripada Album Web Picasa anda.

• Tag: paparkan foto yang telah ditag dalam Album Web Picasa anda.

6 Untuk keluar dari halaman Picasa, tekan .

Bahasa Melayu

Mainkan tayangan slaid

1 Gunakan alat kawalan jauh untuk memilih “My Photos” daripada halaman Picasa, dan tekan OK.

» Foto dalam Album Web Picasa anda akan dipaparkan dalam imej kecil.

2 Pilih foto, dan tekan OK untuk melihat foto dalam skrin penuh. 3 Tekan OK sekali lagi untuk memulakan tayangan slaid foto. 4 Semasa tayangan slaid, tekan untuk mengakses pilihan berikut, dan kemudian tekan OK

untuk memilih pilihan:

• Current playing: paparkan indeks foto semasa.

• Slideshow pause/ play: jeda atau mainkan tayangan slaid.

• Rotate: putar foto semasa.

• Zoom: zum masuk atau keluar dari foto.

• Effect: pilih kesan tayangan slaid.

• Speed: pilih kelajuan tayangan slaid.

• Friends: tambah pemilik foto semasa kepada senarai rakan.

Gunakan Pautan Mudah Philips

Pemain ini menyokong EasyLink Philips, yang menggunakan protokol HDMI CEC (Kawalan Elektronik Pengguna). Anda boleh menggunakan alat kawalan jauh yang sama untuk mengawal peranti yang patuh EasyLink yang bersambung melalui HDMI. Philips tidak menjamin 100% kesalingfungsian dengan semua peranti HDMI CEC.

1 Sambung peranti yang mematuhi HDMI CEC melalui HDMI, dan hidupkan operasi HDMI CEC

pada TV dan peranti lain yang bersambung (lihat manual pengguna TV atau peranti lain untuk

maklumat lanjut).

2 Tekan . 3 Pilih [Persediaan]> [EasyLink]. 4 Pilih [Hidup] di bawah pilihan: [EasyLink], [Main Satu Sentuhan] dan [Siap Sedia Satu Sentuhan].

» Fungsi EasyLink dihidupkan.

Mainan Satu Sentuhan

Apabila anda memainkan cakera pada pemain ini, TV secara automatik akan beralih kepada sumber input video yang betul.

Siap Sedia Satu Sentuhan

Apabila peranti yang bersambung (seperti TV) diletakkan pada keadaan siap sedia dengan alat

kawalan jauhnya sendiri, pemain ini akan berada pada keadaan siap sedia secara automatik.

3 Tukar tetapan

Bahagian ini membantu anda mengubah tetapan pemain ini.

Catatan

• Anda tidak boleh mengubah tetapan yang dikelabukan.

• Untuk kembali ke menu sebelumnya , tekan . Untuk keluar daripada menu, tekan .

Bahasa Melayu

1 Tekan . 2 Pilih [Persediaan] > [Video] untuk mengakses pilihan persediaan video.

• [Paparan TV]: Pilih format paparan gambar yang muat pada skrin TV.

• [Video HDMI]: Pilih resolusi video HDMI.

• [Warna Tua HDMI]: Paparkan warna dengan lebih banyak nada apabila kandungan video

dirakam dalam Deep Color, dan TV menyokong ciri ini.

• [Tetapan Gambar]: Pilih tetapan warna yang dipratakrifkan.

• [Tontoni video 3D]: Tetapkan pada output 3D atau 2D apabila memainkan cakera 3D Blu-ray. Teater rumah hendaklah disambungkan ke TV 3D melalui HDMI.

Catatan

• Jika anda hendak menukar tetapan, pastikan bahawa TV menyokong tetapan baru ini.

• Bagi tetapan berkaitan HDMI, TV mesti disambungkan melalui HDMI.

• Bagi sambungan komposit (melalui penyambung VIDEO ), pilih resolusi video 480i/576i atau 480p/576p di

bawah [Video HDMI] untuk mendayakan output video.

Bunyi

1 Tekan . 2 Pilih [Persediaan] > [Audio] untuk mengakses pilihan persediaan audio.

• [Mod Malam]: Pilih bunyi diam atau dinamik penuh. Mod malam mengurangkan kelantangan bunyi yang kuat dan menaikkan kelantangan bunyi yang lembut (seper ti pertuturan).

• [Neo 6]: Dayakan atau nyahdaya kesan bunyi keliling yang diubah daripada audio saluran 2.0.

• [Audio HDMI]: Tetapkan format audio HDMI apabila pemain ini disambung melalui HDMI.

• [Audio Digital]: Pilih format audio bagi output bunyi apabila pemain ini disambung melalui

penyambung digital (sepaksi).

• [Pensampelturunan PCM]: Tetapkan kadar pensampelan bagi output audio PCM apabila pemain ini disambung melalui penyambung digital (sepaksi).

Catatan

• Bagi tetapan berkaitan HDMI, TV mesti disambungkan melalui HDMI.

• Mod malam hanya tersedia bagi cakera DVD dan Blu-r ay berkod Dolby.

Rangkaian (pemasangan, status...)

1 Tekan . 2 Pilih [Persediaan] > [Rangkaian] untuk mengakses pilihan persediaan rangkaian.

• [Pemasangan Rangkaian]: Mulakan pemasangan berwayar atau wayarles agar rangkaian berfungsi.

• [Lihat Tetapan Rangkaian]: Paparkan status rangkaian semasa.

• [Lihat Tetapan Wayarles]: Paparkan status Wi-Fi semasa.

Keutamaan (bahasa, kawalan ibu bapa...)

1 Tekan . 2 Pilih [Persediaan] > [Keutamaan] untuk mengakses pilihan persediaan keutamaan.

• [Bahasa menu]: Pilih bahasa menu paparan atas skrin.

• [Audio]: Pilih bahasa audio untuk video.

• [Sari Kata]: Pilih bahasa sari kata untuk video.

• [Menu Cakera]: Pilih bahasa menu untuk cakera video.

• [Kawalan Ibubapa]: Mengehadkan akses kepada cakera yang dikodkan dengan pengadaran. Masukkan “0000” untuk mengakses pilihan pengehadan. Untuk memainkan semua cakera tanpa mengira pengkadaran, pilih tahap “8”.

• [Penyelamat Skrin]: Dayakan atau nyahdaya mod gambar skrin. Jika didayakan, skrin memasuki mod melahu selepas 10 minit tanpa aktiviti (contohnya, dalam mod jeda atau henti).

• [Anjak Sari Kata Automatik]: Dayakan atau nyahdaya anjakan sari kata. Jika didayakan,

kedudukan sari kata ditukar secara automatik untuk muat pada skrin TV (ciri ini berfungsi pada

TV Philips yang ter tentu sahaja).

• [Tukar Kata Laluan]: Tetapkan atau tukar kata laluan anda untuk memainkan cakera terhad. Masukkan “0000” jika anda tidak mempunyai kata laluan atau anda terlupa kata laluan anda.

• [Panel Paparan]: Ubah kecerahan panel paparan pemain.

• [Auto Siap Sedia]: Dayakan atau nyahdaya siap sedia automatik. Jika didayakan, pemain beralih kepada siap sedia selepas tiada aktiviti selama 30 minit (contohnya, dalam mod jeda atau henti).

• [VCD PBC]: Paparkan atau langkaui menu kandungan bagi VCD dan SVCD.

Catatan

• Jika bahasa cakera, audio atau sari kata yang anda kehendaki tidak tersedia, anda boleh memilih [Lain-lain]

Philips dan pemberi lesennya memegang semua hak, hak milik, dan kepentingan dalam dan atas Perisian, ter masuk semua paten, hak cipta , rahsia perdagangan, dan hak har ta intelektual lain yang digabungkan di dalamnya. Perisian ini dilindungi oleh undang-undang hak cipta , per untukan perjanjian antarabangsa dan undangundang har ta intelektual lain. Oleh itu, kecuali yang dikemukakan dengan jelas di sini, anda tidak boleh menyalin Perisian tanpa mendapat kebenaran bertulis terlebih dahulu daripada Philips, tetapi anda dibenarkan membuat satu (1) salinan Perisian untuk tujuan sandaran anda sahaja. Anda tidak boleh menyalin sebarang bahan cetak yang diser takan bersama Perisian, ataupun mencetak lebih daripada satu (1) salinan sebarang dokumentasi pengguna yang dibekalkan dalam bentuk elek tronik , tetapi anda dibenar kan membuat satu (1) salinan bahan cetak itu untuk tujuan sandaran anda sahaja.

3. Sekatan Lesen. Melainkan seperti yang nyatakan sebaliknya di sini, anda tidak boleh menyewakan, memajakkan, memberi sublesen, menjual, menyerah hak, meminjamkan atau memindahkan Perisian. Anda tidak boleh, dan anda tidak boleh membenarkan mana-mana pihak ketiga, menjurutera undur, menterbalik kompil, atau menyahhimpun Perisian, kecuali setakat larangan jelas sekatan di atas oleh undang-undang yang terpakai. Anda tidak boleh membuang atau memusnahkan sebarang pengenalan produk, notis hak cipta atau penanda hak milik atau sekatan lain daripada Perisian. Semua hak milik, tanda dagangan dan notis hak cipta dan hak terbatas akan dihasilkan semula pada salinan sandar Perisian anda. Anda tidak boleh mengubah suai atau menyesuaikan Perisian, menggabungkan Perisian ke dalam progr am lain atau mewujudkan kerja-kerja terbitan ber asaskan Perisian.

4. PenaanPERISIAN INI DIREKA BENTUK UNTUK MEMBANTU ANDA MEMINDAHKAN BAHAN YANG ANDA MILIKI HAK CIPTANYA ATAU TELAH ANDA PEROLEH KEBENARAN UNTUK DIAMBIL DAN DIPINDAHKAN DARIPADA PEMILIK HAK CIPTANYA. MEL AINKAN ANDA MEMILIKI HAK CIPTANYA ATAU MEMPUNYAI KEBENARAN UNTUK MENGAMBIL DAN MEMINDAHKAN DARIPADA PEMILIK HAK CIPTANYA, ANDA MUNGKIN MELANGGAR UNDANG-UNDANG HAK CIPTA DAN DIKENAKAN BAYARAN GANTI RUGI DAN REMEDI LAIN. SEKIRANYA ANDA TIDAK PASTI TENTANG HAK ANDA, ANDA HARUS MENGHUBUNGI PENASIHAT UNDANG-UNDANG ANDA. ANDA MENERIMA TANGGUNGJAWAB PENUH BAGI PENGGUNAAN PERISIAN SECARA SAH DAN BERTANGGUNGJAWAB.

5. PenaandanPembatasanPihakKetigaWM-DRM: WM-DRM: Pembekal kandungan menggunakan teknologi pengurusan hak digital Microsof t untuk Windows Media (“ WM-DRM”) bagi melindungi integr iti kandungan mereka (“Kandungan Selamat”) supaya hak intelektual mereka, termasuk hak cipta, dalam kandungan sedemikian tidak disalahgunakan. Beberapa bahagian Perisian ini dan aplikasi pihak ketiga lain (“Perisian WM-DRM”) menggunakan

WM-DRM untuk memindahkan atau memainkan Kandungan Selamat. Sekiranya keselamatan Perisian WM-DRM telah terjejas, pemilik Kandungan Selamat (“Pemilik Kandungan Selamat”) boleh memohon supaya Microsoft membatalkan hak Perisian WM-DRM untuk menyalin, memaparkan, memindahkan dan/atau memainkan Kandungan Selamat. Pembatalan tidak mengubah keupayaan Perisian WM-DRM untuk memainkan kandungan yang tidak dilindungi. Satu senarai Perisian WM- DRM yang telah dibatalkan akan dihantar ke komputer anda apabila anda memuat turun lesen untuk Kandungan Selamat daripada Internet. Microsoft juga mungkin, ber sama dengan lesen tersebut, memuat turun senar ai pembatalan ke dalam komputer anda bagi pihak Pemilik Kandungan Selamat. Pemilik Kandungan Selamat juga mungkin menghendaki anda meningkatkan beberapa komponen WM-DRM yang diedarkan dengan Perisian ini (“Peningkatan WM-DRM”) sebelum mengakses kandungan mereka. Apabila anda cuba memainkan kandungan sedemikian, Perisian WM-DRM yang dibina oleh Microsoft akan memaklumkan kepada anda bahawa Peningkatan WM-DRM diperlukan dan kemudian akan meminta persetujuan anda sebelum Peningkatan WM-DRM dimuat turun. Per isian WM-DRM yang digunakan oleh pihak ketiga mungkin akan melakukan perkara yang sama. Sekiranya anda menolak peningkatan, anda tidak akan boleh mengakses kandungan yang memerlukan Peningkatan WM-DRM; walau bagaimanapun, anda masih boleh mengakses kandungan yang tidak dilindungi dan Kandungan Selamat yang tidak memerlukan peningkatan.

6. Perisian Sumber Terbuka. (a) Perisian ini mungkin mengandungi komponen yang tertakluk kepada syarat sumber terbuka , seperti yang dinyatakan di dalam dokumentasi yang disertakan bersama Peranti. Perjanjian ini tidak ter pakai kepada perisian ini seperti itu. (b) Hak lesen anda di bawah Perjanjian ini tidak termasuk sebarang hak atau lesen untuk menggunakan, mengedar atau menghasilkan kerja-kerja terbitan Perisian ini dalam sebarang cara yang boleh mendedahkan Perisian kepada Syarat Sumber Terbuka . “Syarat Sumber Terbuka” bermaksud syarat sebarang lesen yang secara langsung atau tidak langsung (1) mewujudkan, atau bertujuan untuk mewujudkan, obligasi bagi Philips berhubung dengan Perisian dan/atau kerja-kerja terbitannya; atau (2) memberi, atau ber tujuan untuk memberi, manamana pihak ketiga sebarang hak atau kekebalan di bawah hak harta intelek tual atau hak tuan punya dalam Perisian atau kerja-ker ja terbitannya.

7. Penamatan. Perjanjian ini akan berkuat kuasa apabila Perisian dipasangkan atau digunakan buat per tama kalinya dan akan ditamatkan (i) mengikut budi bicara Philips, akibat kegagalan anda mematuhi mana-mana syarat Perjanjian ini; atau (ii) apabila semua salinan Perisian dan bahan berkaitan yang diberikan kepada anda oleh Philips di bawah ini dimusnahkan. Hak Philips dan obligasi anda akan terus kekal walaupun Perjanjian ini ditamatkan.

8. Peningkatan. Philips boleh, atas pilihannya sendiri, menyediakan peningkatan kepada Perisian melalui penyiaran umum pada tapak web atau melalui sebarang cara atau kaedah lain. Peningkatan sedemikian mungkin disediakan menurut syar at Per janjian ini atau pengeluaran peningkatan sedemikian kepada anda mungkin tertakluk kepada penerimaan anda terhadap perjanjian lain.

9. PerkhidmatanSokongan. Philips tidak diwajibkan untuk menyediakan sokongan teknikal atau sokongan lain (“Per khidmatan Sokongan”) bagi Perisian. Sekiranya Philips tidak menyediakan Per khidmatan Sokongan kepada anda, ini akan ditentukan oleh syarat berasingan yang per lu dipersetujui antara anda dan Philips.

10. Jaminan Perisian Terhad. Philips menyediakan Perisian secara ‘seper ti adanya’ dan tanpa sebarang waranti kecuali Perisian akan menunjukkan prestasi sebahagian besarnya menurut dokumentasi yang diser takan bersama Perisian untuk tempoh satu tahun selepas muat turun kali per tama, pemasangan atau penggunaan Perisian, yang mana berlaku dahulu. Liabiliti keseluruhan Philips dan remedi eksklusif anda atas pelanggaran waranti adalah, atas pilihan Philips, sama ada (i) pengembalian harga yang anda bayar untuk Perisian ( jika ada); atau (b) pembaikan atau penggantian Perisian yang tidak memenuhi waranti yang dikemukakan di sini dan ia dikembalikan kepada Philips dengan salinan resit anda . Waranti terhad ini akan menjadi tidak sah sekiranya kegagalan Perisian berpunca daripada kemalangan, penyalahgunaan atau pengaplikasian yang salah. Sebarang Perisian gantian akan dijamin untuk baki tempoh waranti asal atau tiga puluh (30) hari, yang mana lebih panjang. Waranti terhad ini tidak terpakai kepada anda sekiranya Perisian disediakan secara percuma kepada anda atas dasar penilaian sahaja.

11. TIADAWARANTILAIN. MEL AINK AN SEPERTI YANG TELAH DIKEMUKAK AN DI ATAS, PHILIPS DAN PEMBERI LESENNYA TIDAK MENJAMIN BAHAWA PERISIAN AK AN BEROPERASI TANPA RALAT ATAU TANPA GANGGUAN, ATAU AK AN MEMENUHI KEPERLUAN ANDA. ANDA MENERIMA SEMUA TANGGUNGJAWAB BAGI PEMILIHAN PERISIAN UNTUK MENCAPAI HASIL YANG ANDA HARAPKAN, DAN BAGI PEMASANGAN, PENGGUNAAN DAN HASIL YANG DIPEROLEH DARIPADA PERISIAN. SETAKAT MAKSIMUM YANG DIBENARKAN OLEH UNDANG-UNDANG YANG TERPAKAI, PHILIPS DAN PEMBERI LESENNYA MENAFIKAN SEMUA WAR ANTI DAN SYARAT, SAMA ADA YANG NYATA ATAU TERSIRAT, TERMASUK TETAPI TIDAK TERHAD KEPADA WARANTI TERSIRAT KEBOLEHDAGANGAN, KESESUAIAN BAGI TUJUAN TERTENTU, DAN KETEPATAN ATAU KELENGKAPAN HASIL BERHUBUNG DENGAN PERISIAN DAN BAHAN YANG DISERTAKAN BERSAMA. TIADA WARANTI UNTUK PELANGGARAN. PHILIPS TIDAK MENJAMIN BAHAWA ANDA AKAN BOLEH MEMUAT TURUN, MENYALIN, MENYIMPAN, MEMAPARKAN, MEMINDAHKAN, DAN/ ATAU MEMAINKAN KANDUNGAN SELAMAT.

12. BATASAN LIABILITI. DAL AM APA JUGA KEADAAN, PHILIPS ATAU PEMBERI LESENNYA TIDAK AKAN BERTANGGUNGJAWAB TERHADAP SEBARANG GANTI RUGI LANJUTAN, KHAS, TIDAK LANGSUNG, SAMPINGAN ATAU PUNITIF, TERMASUK, TANPA BATASAN, GANTI RUGI BAGI KEHILANGAN KEUNTUNGAN ATAU HASIL, GANGGUAN PERNIAGAAN, KEHILANGAN MAKLUMAT PERNIAGAAN, KEHILANGAN DATA, KEHILANGAN PENGGUNAAN ATAU KERUGIAN WANG YANG LAIN, WALAUPUN PHILIPS ATAU PEMBERI LESENNYA TELAH DINASIHATKAN TENTANG KEMUNGKINAN BERLAKUNYA KEROSAKAN SEDEMIKIAN. DAL AM APA JUGA KEADAAN, LIABITI AGREGAT PHILIPS ATAU PEMBERI LESENNYA YANG TIMBUL DARIPADA PERJANJIAN INI TIDAK BOLEH MELEBIHI HARGA YANG LEBIH TINGGI DARIPADA HARGA SEBENAR YANG ANDA BAYAR BAGI PERISIAN ATAU LIMA PAUN STERLING (5.00).

13. Tandadagangan. Beberapa nama produk dan Philips yang digunakan di dalam Perjanjian ini, Perisian dan dokumentasi pengguna yang dicetak mungkin mengandungi tanda dagangan Philips, pemberi lesennya atau pihak ketiga yang lain. Anda tidak dibenarkan menggunakan sebarang tanda dagangan sedemikian.

14. Pentadbiran Eksport. Anda bersetuju bahawa anda tidak akan mengek sport atau mengeksport semula Perisian, secara langsung atau tidak langsung, ke mana-mana negara yang menurut Ak ta Pentadbiran Ekspor t Amerika Syarikat, atau sebarang undang-undang atau per aturan Amerika Syarikat yang serupa , memerlukan lesen ekspor t atau kelulusan lain Kerajaan A.S., melainkan lesen eksport atau kelulusan yang sewajarnya telah diperoleh. Dengan memuat turun atau memasang Perisian, anda bersetuju untuk mematuhi peruntukan Ekspor t ini.

15. Undang-undangyangmengawal. Perjanjian ini dikawal oleh undang-undang negara yang anda diami, tanpa merujuk

kepada konik prinsip undang-undangnya. Sebarang per tikaian tentang Perjanjian ini antara anda dan Philips adalah

ter takluk kepada bidang kuasa tidak eksklusif mahkamah di negara yang anda diami.

16. Umum. Perjanjian ini mengandungi seluruh perjanjian antara anda dan Philips dan menggantikan sebarang representasi, aku janji atau komunikasi lain atau pengiklanan sebelumnya berhubung dengan Perisian dan dokumentasi pengguna. Sekiranya mana-mana bahagian Perjanjian ini diputuskan sebagai tidak sah, seluruh baki Perjanjian akan terus berkuat kuasa. Per janjian ini tidak akan menjejaskan hak berkanun mana-mana pihak yang berurusan sebagai pengguna.
