3.工厂模式调整
I ADC 调整
1. 在 Ypbpr 模式下,信号产生器选择为 Tim314, Pat185( 720p,彩阶画面)
2. 进入工厂菜单: 按遥控器“ 菜单+1999+ 返回” ,如下图。
3. 选择到 “AUTO COLOR” ,按遥控器向右键进行手调 ADC ,待工厂菜单中 ADC Gain 和 Offset 值发生
变化,则 ADC 调整 OK。若 Auto Color 选项提示 FAIL,则 ADC 调整失败。
4. 在 Ypbpr 模式下,信号产生器选择为 Tim311, Pat185。重复步骤 2 和 3。

5. 再选择到“PC”模式,信号产生器切换为 Timing137(1024*768@60Hz) Pattern 42(5-DISK).
6. 进入工厂菜单: 按遥控器“ 菜单+1999+ 返回”
7. 选择到 “AUTO COLOR” ,按遥控器向右键进行手调 ADC , 待工厂菜单中 ADC Gain和 Offset 值变化,
则 ADC 手动调整 OK。若 Auto Color 选项提示 FAIL,则 ADC 调整失败。
ADC 调整完成。
白平衡调整
1. 在 Ypbpr 模式下,信号产生器选择为 Tim 314、 Pattern 141(80% White)
2. 进入工厂菜单: 按遥控器“ 菜单+1999+ 返回” ,并将 CA210 探头放于 TV 正中间
3. 光标移动到 Colortemp,并选择 Cool 色温,光标移动到 Gain(工厂菜单有两个 Gain,应选择 Colortemp
后面的 Gain 选项)并调整其中的 RGB 参数,如下图,使其色温值在 cool 的色温规格内(规格见下表)。
4. 重复步骤 3,进行 Normal 和 Warm 色温调整

Scaler 等相关信息同步更新。
Auto color 项只对需要做自动校正输入源时有效,否则它不动作。Auto
color 会对输入的 ADC 做自动矫正,调整 ADC Gain 和 Offset RGB 值。
当前设置的色温,该项可切换色温模式,并正确显示色温名称,对应色温
的 Scaler Gain & Offset RGB 值等相关信息同步更新。
注释
Scaler Gain 根据 IC SPEC √ √ √ √ √ Scaler Gain 值在白平衡调整时立即更新,并可手动调整。

打开或关闭 Burn in 模式。当 Burn in 设置为 On 时它将响应工厂遥控器功
能;EEPROM Init 后默认为 On 状态;Reset 后默认为 Off。
实现的是初始化除了 HDCP key 和产品序列号以外的全部 EEPROM,如
主菜单的 OSD 默认值,工厂菜单的 ADC 数据,白平衡设定值,Black light
和 Language 等,同时把 Burn in 设置为 On,响应工厂遥控器功能,设置
输入源为 TV。

备注:

实现的是复位除了 HDCP 和产品序列号,工厂菜单的 ADC 数据,白平衡
设定值,Black light,Language 和 Energy Logo 以外的全部 EEPROM 数
据,如主菜单的 OSD 默认值,并把用户菜单 Language 设置为工厂
Language ,同时把 Burn in 设置为 Off ,禁止响应工厂遥控器功能,设置
输入源为 TV 。

6.软体及 EDID 烧录
Step 1: Ready for F/W Upgrade
1.1 Prepare a U-disk.
1.2 Copy the software from your computer to the U-disk root directory.
Step 2: F/W Upgrade
2.1 Plug the USB memory to the USB port of TV.
2.2 AC ON TV.
2.3 Press the power key on the Remote Control or the right side of TV to turn on TV.
2.4 When TV detect the USB memory and display below Upgrade information.
2.5 TV will upgrade automatically.
Notes: When Upgrade on the process, please don’t Power-Off!
2.6 When upgrade Success, remove the U-disk and AC off.
DDC upgrade
As the DDC data were included in the software, this model do not need a separate DDC Upgrade.
