• During charging the battery, do not expose this product to

• Batteries shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as

sunshine, re or the like.

• Where the plug of the charging base is used as the disconnect

device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.

• Do not use charging base outdoors.

• The AC power plug of the charging base shall not be exposed

to dripping or splashing.

• Do not place metallic objects, such as rings, on the top of

charging base, as this may affect the charging process and may
cause the charging base to overheat.

• Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel. Servicing is

required when the product has been damaged in any way.

• Keep the charging base away from water.

• Do not place or store the charging base over or near water

contained in a bathtub, washbasin, sink etc.

• Do not immerse the charging base in water or any other

liquid.

• After cleaning, make sure the charging base is completely dry

before you connect it to the mains.

• The type plate is located on the bottom of the charging base.

expressly approved by Grohe AG may void the user’s authority to
operate the equipment.
The speaker is designed to be waterproof in compliance with
IEC60529 IPX6. The charging base (excluding AC power plug)
complies with IEC60529 IPX7.

This product complies with the radio interference requirements of
the European Community.

Disposal of your old product and battery

Your product is designed and manufactured with high
quality materials and components, which can be recycled
and reused.
This symbol on a product means that the product is
covered by European Directive 2012/19/EU.

This symbol means that the product contains a built-in
rechargeable battery covered by European Directive
2013/56/EU which cannot be disposed of with normal
household waste. We strongly advise you to take your

product to an ofcial collection point or a Philips service centre to have

a professional remove the rechargeable battery.
Inform yourself about the local separate collection system for
electrical and electronic products and rechargeable batteries. Follow
local rules and never dispose of the product and rechargeable
batteries with normal household waste. Correct disposal of
old products and rechargeable batteries helps prevent negative
consequences for the environment and human health.

Caution

• Removal of the built-in battery invalidates the warranty and may destroy

the product.
