Setting of Network Camera/ Video Server
Using administrator to login the Network Camera, verify the setting can be used for 3G
mobile phone, Suggestion for using the following information。
Frame Rate (fps): 20
Bit Rate (Kbps): 256
Bandwidth (Kbps): 96.
Frame Size: Mobile
Requirements of Mobile Phone Specification
1. Internet Service。
2. Support 3GPP Video Streaming。
3. Recommend of 3G mobile phone。

Motorola: V975, E770, RAZR V3x
Nokia: 6280, 6680, N70, 90, N93
Samsung: SGH-Z308
4. Requirement of 3G System: UMTS W-CDMA

Click “Enter address”
Key-in the IP address of Network Camera
Using Mobile phone to connect Network Camera / Video Server:
1. Using Internet Service
2. Key-in the IP address of Network Camera / Video Server
Ex.1. IP Camera IP address: 211.22.115.84
Key-in: http://211.22.115.84/m
Ex.2 IP Camera IP address: 211.22.115.84:9000 (Http Port:9000)
Key-in: http://211.22.115.84:9000/m
3. For example of Login information as following

Remarks:
1. Using router for connecting，remember to HTTP ; RSTP 及 RTP is or is not open (RTP
port is 5004，port setting need from 5004~5043，total amount are 40 ports)
2. If video image streaming is not well on 3G mobile phone，adjust the “Bandwidth” inside of
the RED SQUARE as following on video streaming page (Recommend value < 96)
