PH-PWCOB_2P1M, Phantek’s patented design Power Combo is a unit that will allow users to connect two power supply to power up one motherboard. Phanteks’ Power Combo allows you to add more power without the high cost of a high end power supply. A true plug and play, the Power Combo requires no cutting and splicing of the wires.

STEP 1. CONNECTING PSU TO POWER COMBO

FOR OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE FROM THE POWER COMBO, PLEASE CHECK THE TOTAL POWER CONSUMPTION NEEDED FOR YOUR SYSTEMS AND CHOOSE YOUR PSU’S WITH THE CORRECT POWER OUTPUT REQUIRED.

1.Connect the provided 24-pin and 8-pin from your power suppIies to the 24-pin and 8-pin Input 1 and Input 2 on the Power Combo. (This step is required)

2.Optional: If your power supply has two 8-pin connector you can connect both in for additional power.

STEP 2. CONNECTING MOTHERBOARDS

24-PIN / 8-PIN EXTENSION CABLES ARE REQUIRED FOR CONNECTING THE POWER COMBO TO MOTHERBOARD (cables are not included).

Connect the 24-pin / 8-pin extension cables from the Output on the Power Combo to your motherboard. If connected correctly, LED indicator will light up when systems are on.

*When to connect to the 2nd 8-pin connector?

If you have a motherboard with a 2nd 8-pin connector or another 4-pin connector. (For 4-pin connector use an 8 pin to 4+4 pin cagle)

The power combo is compatible with all standard extension cables on the market. However, we recommend to use Phanteks’ *extension cables which are designed with extended length (500mm) for better cable management. Please check

STEP 3. MOUNTING THE POWER COMBO

MAKE SURE THE POWER COMBO DEVICE WILL FIT IN THE MOUNTING AREA

STICK ON POWER SPLITTER

STICK ON CHASSIS

Installing in universal case:

1.Stick one of the “hook and loop” sheet on the Power Combo bottom.

2.Stick the other “hook and loop” sheet on the desired installation area in the chassis.

3.Place the Power Combo device onto the “hook and loop” sheet

Installing in Compatible Phanteks Cases:

1.Align the Power Combo to the Drop-N-Lock mounting rubbers

2.Slide to lock the Power Combo in place.
