StroboSoft Audio Options
1. Sample Rate Selector
Set this to your project settings or audio interface rate. If using inside of a DAW, set this to your recording
settings, for ex., 48kHz or 96kHz. (AUTO is the default setting and appropriate for standard use with most
systems.)
2./3. Left and Right Input Selectors
When a stereo input is used, StroboSoft can be toggled to receive input from the left or right
input. (For ex., tuning a bass on the left input and tuning a guitar on the right input.) Each instrument can
have its own settings.
4. Stereo Selector
Combines the signal from both channels of the audio interface. This is the default setting.
5. LED Clip Indicators
If the input is ‘in the red’ (too loud), adjust your instrument or audio interface input volume downward.
StroboSoft may provide incorrect measurements if the input is clipping.
6. Audio Interface Selector
Select the desired audio interface (more than one) or desired input here. Ensure this setting is reflective of
what the computer's operating system or the selected audio interface is set at. Refer to the computer user
guide for setting the audio device input or your third-party interface manual.

StroboSoft Plug-in VST/AU installation (Deluxe and Suite only):
To enable StroboSoft to be used as a plug-in inside another audio application (e.g., a DAW), StroboSoft
sLINK™ technology is used. This requires that "StroboSoft sLINK" be installed like any other plug-in. When
sLINK is launched within your DAW, sLINK will act as a micro-host, automatically launching StroboSoft, and
routing audio into it.

3. StroboSoft will follow the host settings in regards to audio inputs and levels.
4. You can open an instance on every track or, for increased efficiency, load StroboSoft across a buss or aux
and route your desired ‘tuning’ channels accordingly. This will conserve CPU cycles and provide a less
‘cluttered’ on-screen workspace.
SStroboSoft VST/AU on Mac via sLINK™:

plug-in or VST/AU directory. Double-click the sLINK AU or VST .dmg to install into your desired plug-in

>>>Mac Users: IMPORTANT<<< The StroboSoft.app file must be installed into the root Applications folder
for sLINK to function properly. Please check that it is installed correctly in the Applications folder in the event
your host will not update to show StroboSoft in the plug-in/effects list. Do not install the StroboSoft.app file
