washers and nylon lock nuts for a “drill thru” installation.
1. Attach the peel and stick neoprene pads to bottom of all support stanchions.
2. Install center supports on rails, positioning them in desired location along rails, then securely
tighten the setscrews with the included allen wrench.
3. Install end supports (Express and Impact style) and position the rails in the desired location on
truck bed. Mark location of screw holes thru base of supports.
4. Remove rails and center punch hole locations. Drill pilot holes at each marked location using
1/8” diameter drill bit. Remove chips, coat bare edges of holes with rust inhibitor primer.
5. Reposition rails on truck bed, aligning support holes over pre-drilled pilot holes in bed, and
secure rails to truck bed using the included #10 oval head stainless fasteners. Do Not Over
Tighten the fasteners.
6. Note: for installing on fiberglass / composite plastic tonneau covers, the self-tapping
fasteners supplied should not be used. Replace with stainless machine screws, fender
