INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Before beginning the installation, please review these instructions carefully, insuring that all
necessary hardware is included. If any parts are missing, please contact Perrycraft, Inc
immediately.
2. Insert the 3/8” x 1 1/2” Bullet-point Studs into the ends of each bed rail.
3. Place bed rails on truck bed in the desired position. Use point of stud to mark position where
holes are to be drilled in top of bed.
4. Drill 7/16” hole in each marked position. Clean metal shavings from area around drilled hole,
and prime raw metal to inhibit corrosion from condensation.
5. Assemble as shown in Diagram below, insuring that hex nuts are tightened securely.
6. Periodically check hex nuts to insure they remain tight (nuts may loosen from vibration).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS: To maintain and care for this product, please keep
it clean and do not use abrasive cleaners or polish waxes. Automotive waxes such as pure Carnuba
are recommended to remove scratches.
