Junior 10" frame:
The standard Junior roll feed is made with ratchet and
pawl type of drive. The rolls arc \l/?" diameter and 2" in
width. Capable of feeding a length of 3%". The distance
from center of rolls to bolster plate is \XA"
mounted on a bolster plate and can be attached to the press
without additional machine work to the press. The adjusting
arm on the end of the crank shaft takes care of driving the rolls
and provides adjustment of length of feed of from 0" to 3%".
If extreme accuracy is required we can furnish an overrunning
type of drive at extra cost.

THE DIAL FEED
The dial feed can be used for many kinds of operations and has become very popular. The press is back geared when
a dial teed is used, to give lull pressure at the operating speed of the dial. This is usually between 45 and 60 rpm. The dial
plate can be notched for any number of stations Irom 7 to 20 or more. The diameter of the dial plate is 12" and is furnished
