Assembly Instructions
R e move all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are pre sent before attempting assembly. Once the grill is fully
assembled, go b a ck and check to make certain all the bolt s are tighten. Tighten a gain u sin g the screwdriver provide d if necessary.

a) Loosen four back panel bolts (pre-attached) and insert the
back panel (3).
b) Align the holes on the spare tank stopper (4) with the holes
on the left side panel.
c) Screw one M6 bolt into the pre-drilled holes.
d) Tighten by hand until secure.
e) Align the holes on the heat isolation plate with the holes on
the bottom panel assembly (1) .
f) Screw one M6 bolt into the pre-drilled holes.
g) Tighten by hand until secure.
h) Go back to tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver
provided.

b) Insert one M6x20mm bolt (A), one spring
washer (D) and one M6 washer (C) into each
pre-drilled hole.
c) Tighten by hand until secure.
d) Repeat the procedure for the left side panel
(2-1).
e) Go back to tighten all the bolts using the
screwdriver provided.

a) Place the front beam (5) in front of the cart assembly.
b) Align the holes on the left inside of the cart assembly with
holes on the front beam.
c) Insert one M6x20mm Bolt (A), one spring washer (D)
and one M6 washer (C) into each hole.
d) Tighten by hand until secure.
e) Repeat the procedure for the right side of the front beam. f)
Go back to tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver
provided.

b) Insert the pin on the bottom of the left door

T he propane gas supply cylinder used must be constructed and marked in accordance with the Specifications for Propane G a s
Cylinders o f the U .S
marked “pro pan e” m a y be used. Cylinders with an O P D w ill have valve handles with three “lobes” (prongs).
The pressure regulator and hose assembly supplied with the outdoor cooking gas appliance must be used. Replacement pressure
regulators and hose assembly must be those specified by the outdoor cooking gas appliance manufacturer. Only u se 20 pound
cylinders equipped with a cylinder connection device compatible with the connection for outdo or cooking appliance s. T he cylinder
must include a collar to protect the cylinder valve. T he gas cylinder should not be dropped or handled roughly. If the appliance is not
in use, the gas cylinder must b e disconnected.

Connecting
L P (Prop an e) Gas Su p ply Connection
1.
Always place the propane cylinder on the tank brackets located on the right side of the
cart.
2.
Always confirm that all burner control knobs are in the OFF position before activating the gas supply.
3.
Before connection, be sure that there is no debris caught in the head of the gas cylinder, head of the regulator valve, or in
the head of the burner and burner ports.
4.
Always connect the gas supply regulators as follows:
Insert the nipple of the valve coupling into the tank valve and tighten the connection
collar by turning it clockwise with one hand while holding the regulator with the
other hand.

5.
Disconnect the propane cylinder from the regulator valve when the grill is not in use.
6.
Do
not obstruct the flow of combustion air and ventilation air to the grill.
7.
Keep ventilation openings of the cylinder enclosure free and clear from debris.
8.
Place dust cap on cylinder valve outlet whenever the cylinder is not in use. Only install
the type of dust cap on cylinder valve outlet that is provided with the cylinder valve. Other
types of caps or plugs may result in leakage of propane.

To prevent fire or explosion hazard when testing for a leak:
1.
Always perform the “leak test“ on page 15 before lighting the grill and each time the cylinder is connected for use.
2.
Do
not smoke or allow other sources of ignition in the area while conducting a leak test.
3.
Conduct the leak test outdoors in a well-ventilated area.
4.
Do
not use matches, lighters or a flame to check for leaks.
5.
Do
not use grill until all leaks have been stopped. If you are unable to stop a leak, disconnect the propane supply, call for gas
appliance service or your local propane gas supplier.

Never-Fail Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
¼ cup Finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
¼ cup Brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon Hot sauce
1Garlic clove, finely c hopped
1 cup Catsup
¼ cup L e m on juice
1 tea spoon Prepared mustard
P re p a re :
Cook onion and garlic in margarine until tender. Add
remaining ingredients and b ring to a b oil. Simmering
covered 15 to 20 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers

Mamma’s Marinated Chicken
Ingredients:
¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Fresh le m o n juice
1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Dried tarragon
¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
4 Boneless, skin less chicken breast halve
P re p a re :
Combine ingredients, mixing well. Marinade chicken for
several h ours. G rill uncovered, over medium h ea t,
