2. Safety Instructions

supervision or instruction concerning the use of the device in a

 To avoid potential risks, damaged mains cables should be replaced

by the manufacturer, their customer service department or a

 Only use this device for charging batteries mentioned in this

manual. Do not use the device for charging non-rechargeable or
lithium-ion batteries.

 Place the battery in a well-ventilated location during charging.

 Do not operate with a damaged cable, power cord or mains plug.

Damaged power cords are hazardous to life due to the risk of
electric shock.

 Before connecting to the mains, make sure that the mains current

is standard 220-240 V~, 50 Hz, equipped with an earthed neutral
conductor, a 16 A fuse and a residual-current circuit breaker.

 Disconnect the device from the mains before connecting the

battery.

 Disconnect the device from the mains after charging and only then

remove the terminal clamp from the chassis.

 Protect yourself from highly explosive oxyhydrogen gas reaction.
 Make sure that there are no sources of open fire (flames, embers

or sparks) in the vicinity when charging or discharging batteries.

 Make sure that the positive terminal connecting cable has no

contact with a fuel line.

 Make sure that no explosive and flammable substances, e.g.

petrol or solvents, can be ignited during charging.

 Ensure that there is adequate ventilation during charging.

 Wear safety goggles and protective gloves. If battery acid comes

into contact with your eyes or skin, rinse with plenty of clear
running water and seek immediate medical assistance.

 Do not set up the charger near fire or subject it to temperatures

exceeding 50 °C.

 When connecting the charger, be sure not to damage any lines for

fuel, electricity, braking system, hydraulics or water with screws.

 Do not cover the charger with objects of any kind.
 Protect the electrical contacts of the battery against short-

circuiting.

 Use the charger exclusively for charging or trickle charging

undamaged 12 V lead batteries. Frozen batteries may not be
charged.

3. General Guidelines

Refer to the Velleman® Service and Quality Warranty on the last
pages of this manual.

 Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before actually

using it.

 All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons.

Damage caused by user modifications to the device is not covered
by the warranty.

 Only use the device for its intended purpose. All other uses may

lead to short circuits, burns, electroshocks, crash, etc. Using the
device in an unauthorized way will void the warranty.

 Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual

is not covered by the warranty and the dealer will not accept
responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.

 Do not switch the device on immediately after it has been exposed

to changes in temperature. Protect the device against damage by
leaving it switched off until it has reached room temperature.

1. Connect the charger to the battery.

2. Connect the power cable of the battery charger to the mains.

The LED will light.

3. Stop the charging at any time by disconnecting the charger from

the mains.

Charging will not start if the clamps are in reverse connection.

5.3 Stage Charging
Stage 1 – Bulk/rapid start charge (20-70 % charge)

The charger delivers maximum charging amperage to "wake up" the
connected battery. When it reaches a maximum safe predetermined
voltage, the digital sensors automatically move into stage 2 of the
charging process. The charging LED lights.

Stage 2 – Absorption charge (70-90 % charge)

Maintain the charge at a constant safe voltage. During this stage, the
charging voltage remains constant, while the actual charging current
is reduced to allow for the maximum proper internal chemical energy
transfer. The charging LED lights.

Stage 3 – Top-off charge (90-100 % charge)

Voltage is automatically maintained and reduced to a predetermined
level while current is adjusted for a safe, effective 100 % charge
(step-down regulation mode). Ideal for topping off batteries that
have been in storage. Automatic shut-off at 100 % charge. The
charger will never overcharge any battery, or cause pressure leaking
of acid, even if it is left unattended while charging in hot summer
temperatures. The full LED lights.

5.4 Charging Batteries in Vehicles

1. Make sure the battery charger is not yet connected to the mains.

2. Connect the charger to the vehicle’s battery. Stay clear of fan

blades, belts, pulleys and other parts that can cause injury to
persons. Determine which battery terminal is grounded to the
chassis.

o Negative terminal is grounded: Clamp the positive terminal

clamp (red) of the charger to the positive terminal on the
battery. Then, clamp the negative terminal clamp (black) of the
charger to the chassis or engine block, away from the battery.
Do not connect to the carburettor, fuel lines or sheet metal
body parts.

o Positive terminal is grounded: Clamp the negative terminal

clamp (black) of the charger to the negative terminal on the
battery. Then, clamp the positive terminal clamp (red) of the
charger to the chassis or engine block, away from the battery.
Do not connect to the carburettor, fuel lines or sheet metal
body parts.

3. Connect the power cable of the battery charger to the mains.

4. When disconnecting, disconnect from the mains first, remove

the grounded clamp and then remove the clamp connected to
the battery.

 Under no circumstances should solvents or other aggressive

cleaning agents be used.

als het na zijn levenscyclus wordt weggeworpen, dit toestel

schade kan toebrengen aan het milieu. Gooi dit toestel (en

eventuele batterijen) niet bij het gewone huishoudelijke

afval; het moet bij een gespecialiseerd bedrijf
terechtkomen voor recyclage. U moet dit toestel naar uw verdeler of

beperkingen, of door personen met gebrek aan ervaring en
kennis, op voorwaarde dat dit onder toezicht gebeurt van een
persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor hun veiligheid of hun
aanwijzingen heeft gegeven, hoe zij het toestel moeten gebruiken
en zich bewust zijn van de risico's die het gebruik van het toestel
met zich meebrengt. Kinderen mogen niet met het toestel spelen.
Reiniging en onderhoud van het toestel mogen niet worden

 Wanneer de voedingskabel is beschadigd, moet deze worden

vervangen door de fabrikant, diens klantendienst of een vakman
om risico's te vermijden.

 Gebruik dit toestel uitsluitend voor het opladen van accu's die in

deze handleiding worden vermeld. Gebruik het toestel niet voor
het opladen van niet-oplaadbare batterijen of Li-ion-accu's.

 Plaats de batterij in een goed geventileerde plaats tijdens het

opladen.

 Gebruik het toestel niet wanneer de voedingskabel of stekker

beschadigd is. Beschadigde voedingskabels kunnen
levensgevaarlijke elektrische schokken veroorzaken.

 Voor u het toestel op het lichtnet aansluit, controleer of de

netstroom (220-240 V~, 50 Hz) voorzien is van een geaarde
nulfase, een 16A zekering en een aardlekschakelaar.

 Verwijder het toestel van het lichtnet voordat u de accu aansluit.
 Ontkoppel het toestel van het lichtnet na het opladen. Verwijder

de accuklem van het chassis.

 Pas op voor een zeer explosieve knalgasreactie!
 Controleer of er tijdens het opladen of ontladen geen open vuur

(vlammen, gloed of vonken) aanwezig is.

 Zorg ervoor dat de kabel van de pluspool geen contact maakt met

een brandstofleiding.

 Zorg ervoor dat explosieve of brandbare stoffen (bv. benzine of

oplosmiddelen) niet kunnen ontsteken tijdens het opladen.

 Zorg voor voldoende ventilatie tijdens het opladen.

CORROSIEGEVAAR

 Draag een veiligheidsbril en handschoenen. Bij aanraking met de

ogen of huid, spoel overvloedig met helder stromend water en
raadpleeg onmiddellijk een arts.

 Plaats het toestel niet in de buurt van vuur of waar de

temperatuur hoger is dan 50 °C.

 Beschadig geen leidingen voor brandstof, elektriciteit,

remsystemen, hydraulica of water met schroeven tijdens de
aansluiting van het toestel.

 Bedek het toestel niet met voorwerpen.
 Bescherm de elektrische contactpunten van de accu tegen

kortsluiting.

 Gebruik het toestel uitsluitend voor het opladen en druppelladen

van onbeschadigde 12 V-loodaccu's. Bevroren accu's mogen niet
worden opgeladen.

3. Algemene richtlijnen

Raadpleeg de Velleman® service- en kwaliteitsgarantie achteraan
deze handleiding.

 Leer eerst de functies van het toestel kennen voor u het gaat

gebruiken.

 Om veiligheidsredenen mag u geen wijzigingen aanbrengen.

Schade door wijzigingen die de gebruiker heeft aangebracht aan
het toestel valt niet onder de garantie.

 Gebruik het toestel enkel waarvoor het gemaakt is. Andere

toepassingen kunnen leiden tot kortsluitingen, brandwonden,
elektrische schokken, enz. Bij onoordeelkundig gebruik vervalt de
garantie.

 De garantie geldt niet voor schade door het negeren van bepaalde

richtlijnen in deze handleiding en uw dealer zal de
verantwoordelijkheid afwijzen voor defecten of problemen die hier
rechtstreeks verband mee houden.

 Schakel het toestel niet onmiddellijk in nadat het werd

blootgesteld aan temperatuurschommelingen. Om beschadiging te

5. Gebruik

1. Koppel de acculader aan de accu.

2. Sluit de voedingskabel aan op het lichtnet. De led brandt.

3. Onderbreek de laadcyclus door de acculader van het lichtnet te

ontkoppelen.

De lader schakelt het laadproces niet in indien de klemmen niet
correct zijn aangesloten.

5.3 Laden in fasen
Fase 1 – Bulk-/snelladen (20-70 % laadcapaciteit)

De lader voorziet de maximale laadstroom om de aangesloten accu
"te ontwaken". Als de maximale veiligheidsspanning bereikt is, gaat

de lader automatisch over naar de volgende laadfase. De laadled
brandt.

Fase 2 – Absorptieladen (70-90 % laadcapaciteit)

De lader houdt de aangesloten accu op een veilige laadspanning.
Tijdens deze fase blijft de laadspanning constant terwijl de
laadstroom tot een minimum wordt herleid. Zo wordt de interne
energie op een optimale manier overgebracht. De laadled brandt.

Fase 3 – Druppelladen (90-100 % laadcapaciteit)

De lader houdt de laadstroom op een constant niveau en de
laadstroom wordt herleid zodat de accu optimaal opgeladen blijft.
Deze fase is ideaal om lang bewaarde accu's weer optimaal te laden.
De lader schakelt automatisch uit wanneer de accu 100 % opgeladen
is. De lader zal de aangesloten accu nooit overbelasten, zelfs al blijft
de accu op de lader aangesloten. De laadled brandt.

5.4 Een accu in een voertuig laden

1. Sluit het toestel nog niet aan op het lichtnet.

2. Koppel de lader aan de accu in het voertuig. Blijf weg van

ventilatorbladen, riemen, riemschijven en andere gevaarlijke
onderdelen. Ga na welke accupool geaard is.

o Negatieve pool is geaard: Sluit de accuklem van de pluspool

(rood) van het toestel aan op de pluspool van de accu. Sluit
daarna de negatieve klem (zwart) van de lader aan op het
chassis of het motorblok, weg van de accu. Sluit niet aan op de
carburator, brandstofleiding of dunne metalen onderdelen.

o Positieve pool is geaard: Sluit de accuklem van de minpool

(zwart) van het toestel aan op de minpool van de accu. Sluit
daarna de positieve klem (rood) van de lader aan op het
chassis of het motorblok, weg van de accu. Sluit niet aan op de
carburator, brandstofleiding of dunne metalen onderdelen.

3. Sluit de voedingskabel aan op het lichtnet.

4. De lader ontkoppelen: ontkoppel eerst van het lichtnet,

verwijder de geaarde klem en verwijder daarna de klem die op
de accu is aangesloten.

6. Reiniging en onderhoud

 Het toestel vereist geen onderhoud.
 Gebruik geen oplosmiddelen of agressieve reinigingsmiddelen.
 Reinig de kunststof oppervlakken van het toestel met een zachte

en droge doek.

 Si le câble d'alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé

par le fabricant, son service après-vente ou un technicien qualifié
afin d'éviter tout risque.

 Utiliser uniquement cet appareil pour charger les batteries

mentionnées dans ce mode d'emploi. Ne pas utiliser l'appareil
pour charger des batteries non rechargeables ou des batteries au
lithium-ion.

 Mettre la batterie dans un endroit bien ventilé pendant la charge.

 Ne pas utiliser l'appareil dont le câble d'alimentation ou la prise

est endommagé. Un câble d'alimentation endommagé indique un
danger potentiellement mortel dû à un choc électrique.

 Avant la connexion au réseau électrique, s'assurer que le courant

électrique (220-240 V~, 50 Hz) est équipé d'un conducteur neutre
mis à la terre, un fusible de 16A et un disjoncteur de protection.

 Débrancher l'appareil avant de connecter la batterie.
 Après la charge, débrancher l'appareil et déconnecter la borne du

châssis.

 Se protéger contre une réaction de gaz détonant hautement

explosif.

 S'assurer qu'aucune source de feu ouvert ne se trouve à proximité

lors de la charge ou décharge de batteries (flammes, braises ou
étincelles).

 S'assurer que le câble positif n'est pas en contact avec la conduite

de carburant.

 S'assurer que des substances explosives ou inflammables (p. ex.

essence ou solvants) ne peuvent pas s'enflammer lors de la charge.

 Veiller à une aération suffisante pendant la charge.

RISQUE DE BRÛLURES CHIMIQUES

 Porter des lunettes de protection et des gants de protection. Si

l'acide de batterie est entré en contact avec les yeux ou la peau,
rincer abondamment à l'eau courante propre et consulter
immédiatement un médecin.

 Ne pas installer l'appareil à proximité d'un feu ni exposer à des

températures supérieures à 50 °C.

 Lors de la connexion, veiller à ne pas endommager les câbles

électriques ou les conduites de carburant, de liquide de frein, de
liquide hydraulique ou d'eau avec les vis.

 Ne pas couvrir l'appareil avec des objets.
 Protéger les contacts électriques de la batterie contre les courts-

circuits.

 Utiliser l'appareil uniquement pour la charge ou la charge de

maintien des batteries au plomb de 12 V non endommagées. Ne
jamais charger des batteries congelées.

Se référer à la garantie de service et de qualité Velleman® en fin du
mode d'emploi.

 Se familiariser avec le fonctionnement de l'appareil avant de

l'utiliser.

 Toute modification est interdite pour des raisons de sécurité. Les

dommages occasionnés par des modifications par le client ne
tombent pas sous la garantie.

 N’utiliser l'appareil qu’à sa fonction prévue. Tout autre usage peut

causer des courts-circuits, des brûlures, des électrochocs, etc. Un
usage impropre annule d'office la garantie.

 La garantie ne se s’applique pas aux dommages survenus en

négligeant certaines directives de ce mode d'emploi et votre
revendeur déclinera toute responsabilité pour les problèmes et les
défauts qui en résultent.

 Ne pas brancher immédiatement l’appareil après exposition à des

variations de température. Afin d’éviter des dommages, attendre
jusqu’à ce que l’appareil ait atteint la température ambiante.

5.1 Avant la mise en service

3. Interrompre le processus de charge en déconnectant le chargeur

du secteur.

Le processus de charge ne s'enclenche pas si les pinces ne sont pas
correctement connectées.

5.3 Processus de charge en 3 étapes
Étape 1 – charge brute/rapide (charge 20-70 %)

Le chargeur fournit le courant maximal pour "réveiller" la batterie
connectée. Lorsque la tension maximale est atteinte, le chargeur
passe automatiquement à l'étape suivante du processus de charge.
La LED de charge s'allume.

Toujours débrancher l'appareil avant

tout entretien.

Étape 2 – charge d'absorption (charge 70-90 %)

Le processus de charge est maintenu à une tension constante. La
tension de charge est maintenue constante et le courant est diminué
afin d'optimaliser le transfert d'énergie dans la batterie. La LED de
charge s'allume.

Étape 3 – charge de maintien (charge 90-100 %)

La tension est maintenue et automatiquement ajustée afin d'assurer
un niveau de charge optimal. Cette étape complétera la charge d'une
batterie longuement stockée. Le chargeur s'éteint automatiquement
lorsque la batterie est complètement chargée. Le chargeur ne
surchargera jamais la batterie, même si celle-ci reste connectée au
chargeur en marche. La LED s'allume.

5.4 Charge de batterie installée dans un véhicule

1. Ne pas encore connecter l'appareil au secteur.

2. Connecter le chargeur à la batterie du véhicule. Se tenir éloigné

du ventilateur de radiateur, de la courroie, de la poulie et de
toute partie dangereuse. Déterminer la borne de batterie à la
masse.

o Borne négative mise à la masse : Connecter la borne positive

(rouge) de l'appareil à la borne positive de la batterie. Ensuite,
connecter la pince négative (noir) du chargeur au châssis ou au
bloc moteur, loin de la batterie. Ne pas connecter au
carburateur, tuyau de carburant ou les parties en tôle.

o Borne positive mise à la masse : Connecter la borne négative

(noir) de l'appareil à la borne négative de la batterie. Ensuite,
connecter la pince positive (rouge) du chargeur au châssis ou
au bloc moteur, loin de la batterie. Ne pas connecter au
carburateur, tuyau de carburant ou les parties en tôle.

3. Connecter le câble d'alimentation au secteur.

4. Déconnecter d'abord du secteur, retirer la pince connectée à la

masse et, ensuite, retirer la pince connectée à la batterie.

este manual del usuario. No utilice el cargador para cargar
baterías no recargables o baterías de iones de litio.

 Durante el proceso de carga, coloque la batería sobre una

superficie bien ventilada.

 No ponga en funcionamiento el aparato si el cable, la conexión a

la red o la clavija de red está dañado. Un cable de alimentación

 Durante el montaje del cargador, no dañe con los tornillos

ninguno de los tubos de combustible, los conductos eléctricos, el
sistema de freno, el sistema hidráulico o las tuberías de agua.

 No cubra el cargador con ningún objeto.
 Proteja las superficies de contacto eléctrico de la batería contra

cortocircuitos.

 Utilice el cargador sólo para el proceso de carga y la carga de

mantenimiento de baterías de plomo de 12 V no dañados. No

5.3 Procedimiento de carga en 3 etapas
Etapa 1 – carga bruta/rápida (carga 20-70 %)

El cargador suministra la corriente máxima para "despertar" la
batería conectada. En cuanto alcance la tensión máxima, el cargador

pasa automáticamente a la siguiente etapa del procedimiento de
carga. El LED de carga se iluminará.

Etapa 2 – carga de absorción (carga 70-90 %)

El procedimiento de carga se mantiene a una tensión constante. La
tensión de carga se mantiene constante y la corriente se disminuye
para optimizar la transmisión de energía en la batería. El LED de
carga se iluminará.

Etapa 3 – carga de mantenimiento (carga 90-100 %)

La tensión se mantiene y se ajusta automáticamente para asegurar
un nivel de carga óptimo. Esta etapa completará la carga de una
batería que ha sido almacenado durante un largo período de tiempo.
El cargador se apagará automáticamente en cuanto la batería esté
completamente cargada. El cargador nunca sobrecargará la batería,
incluso si queda conectada al cargador activado. El LED se iluminará.

5.4 Cargar la batería instalada en un vehículo

1. Asegúrese de que el cargador todavía no esté enchufado.

2. Conecte el cargador a la batería del vehículo. Manténgase

alejado de las paletas del ventilador, correas, poleas y otras
piezas que podrían causar lesiones. Determine qué terminal de
la batería está a tierra (conectado) al chasis.

o Si el terminal negativo está conectada a tierra: Conecte la

pinza positiva (rojo) del cargador al terminal positivo de la
batería. Luego, conecte la pinza negativa (negra) del cargador
al chasis o al bloque del motor, alejado de la batería. No
conecte la pinza al carburador, a una línea de combustible o a
una lámina de la carrocería.

o Si el terminal positivo está conectada a tierra: Conecte la pinza

negativa (negra) del cargador al terminal negativo de la
batería. Luego, conecte la pinza positiva (negra) del cargador al
chasis o al bloque del motor, alejado de la batería. No conecte
la pinza al carburador, a una línea de combustible o a una
lámina de la carrocería.

4. Al desconectar el cargador, desenchúfelo y quite las pinzas en el

siguiente orden: primero del chasis y luego del terminal de la
batería.

 Benutzen Sie das Ladegerät ausschließlich zum Laden von in

dieser Bedienungsanleitung erwähnten Batterien. Verwenden Sie
das Ladegerät nicht zum Laden von nicht wiederaufladbaren
Batterien oder Lithium-Ionen-Akkus.

 Stellen Sie die Batterie während des Ladevorgangs auf eine gut

belüftete Fläche.

 Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht mit einem beschädigten Kabel,

Netzkabel oder Netzstecker. Beschädigte Netzkabel bedeuten
Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Schlag.

 Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Netzstromanschluss davon, dass

der Netzstrom mit 220-240 V~, 50 Hz, einem geerdeten Nullleiter,
einer 16 A-Sicherung und einem FI-Schalter (Fehlerstrom­Schutzschalter) ausgestattet ist.

 Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Netz, bevor Sie die Batterie anschließen.
 Trennen Sie das Gerät nach dem Laden vom Netz. Entfernen Sie

erst danach die Anschlussklemme von der Karosserie.

 Schützen Sie sich vor einer hochexplosiven Knallgasreaktion.
 Achten Sie darauf, dass beim Lade- oder Entladevorgang kein

offenes Feuer (Flammen, Glut oder Funken) vorhanden ist.

 Achten Sie darauf, dass das Plus-Pol-Anschlusskabel keinen

Kontakt zu einer Treibstoffleitung hat.

 Achten Sie darauf, dass explosive oder brennbare Stoffe (z.B.

Benzin, Lösungsmittel) während des Ladevorgangs nicht
entzündet werden können.

 Sorgen Sie für eine ausreichende Belüftung während des Ladens.

 Tragen Sie eine Schutzbrille und Schutzhandschuhe. Wenn Augen

oder Haut mit Batteriesäure in Kontakt geraten sind, spülen Sie
die betroffenen Körperteile gründlich unter fließendem Wasser ab
und suchen Sie umgehend einen Arzt auf!

 Installieren Sie das Ladegerät nicht in der Nähe von Feuer oder

setzen Sie es keinen Temperaturen über 50°C aus.

 Beschädigen Sie beim Anschluss des Ladegerätes keine Leitungen für

Treibstoff, Elektrizität, Bremsanlagen, Hydraulik oder Wasser mit Schrauben.

 Decken Sie das Ladegerät niemals mit Gegenständen ab.
 Schützen Sie die Elektrokontaktflächen der Batterie vor Kurzschluss.
 Verwenden Sie das Ladegerät nur für den Auflade- und

Erhaltungsladevorgang von unbeschädigten 12 V-Blei-Batterien.
Eingefrorene Batterien dürfen nicht geladen werden.

3. Allgemeine Richtlinien

Bedienungsanleitung.

 Nehmen Sie das Gerät erst in Betrieb, nachdem Sie sich mit

seinen Funktionen vertraut gemacht haben.

 Eigenmächtige Veränderungen sind aus Sicherheitsgründen

verboten. Bei Schäden verursacht durch eigenmächtige
Änderungen erlischt der Garantieanspruch.

 Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur für Anwendungen beschrieben in

dieser Bedienungsanleitung. Jede andere Verwendung ist mit
Gefahren wie Kurzschluss, Brandwunden, elektrischem Schlag,
usw. verbunden. Eigenmächtige Veränderungen sind aus
Sicherheitsgründen verboten.

 Bei Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungsanleitung

5.3 Ladezyklus in 3 Phasen
Phase 1 – Bulk-/Snellladen (20-70 % Ladekapazität)

Das Ladegerät liefert den max. Ladestrom, um den angeschlossen
Akku "aufzuwachen". Ist die max. Spannung erreicht, dann schaltet

das Ladegerät automatisch auf die nächste Phase um. Die Lade-LED
leuchtet.

Phase 2 – Absorptionsladen (70-90 % Ladekapazität)

Das Ladegerät sorgt für eine sicher Ladespannung. Während dieser
Phase bleibt die Ladespannung konstant, der Ladestrom wird auf ein
Minimum reduziert. So wird die interne Energie optimal übertragen.
Die Lade-LED leuchtet.

Phase 3 – Erhaltungsladen (90-100 % Ladekapazität)

Das Ladegerät sorgt für ein konstantes Niveau des Ladestroms und
der Ladestrom wird angepasst, damit der Akku optimal aufgeladen
bleibt. Diese Phase eignet sich ideal für Akkus, die für lange Zeit
gelagert worden sind. Das Ladegerät schaltet automatisch aus wenn
der Akku 100 % aufgeladen ist. Das Ladegerät wird der
angeschlossene Akku niemals überladen, auch wenn der Akku mit
dem aktivierten Ladegerät verbunden bleibt. Die LED leuchtet

5.4 Einen Akku in einem Fahrzeug aufladen

1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Ladegerät noch nicht mit dem Netz

verbunden ist.

2. Verbinden Sie das Ladegerät mit dem Akku des Fahrzeugs.

Halten Sie Abstand von Lüfter-Blättern, Keilriemen,
Keilriemenscheiben und anderen Teilen, die Personenschäden
verursachen können. Bestimmen Sie welcher Batteriepol mit
dem Fahrgestell geerdet ist.

o Für Fahrzeuge die am negativen Pol geerdet sind: Klemmen Sie

die positive Klemme (rot) des Ladegerätes an den positiven Pol
der Batterie. Verbinden Sie danach die negative Klemme
(schwarz) des Ladegerätes mit dem Fahrgestell oder
Motorblock, entfernt vom Akku. Verbinden Sie niemals mit dem
Vergaser, Treibstoffleitungen oder anderen Blechteilen.

o Für Fahrzeuge die am positiven Pol geerdet sind: Klemmen Sie

die negative Klemme (schwarz) des Ladegerätes an den

Klemme (rot) des Ladegerätes mit dem Fahrgestell oder
Motorblock, entfernt vom Akku. Verbinden Sie niemals mit dem
Vergaser, Treibstoffleitungen oder anderen Blechteilen.

3. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker des Ladegerät in die Steckdose.

4. Zum Abklemmen des Ladegerätes, ziehen Sie den Stecker aus

der Steckdose und entfernen Sie die Klemmen zuerst vom
Fahrwerk und dann von den Batteriepolen.

 Podczas ładowania akumulator umieścić w dobrze wentylowanym

pomieszczeniu.

 Nie używać urządzenia z uszkodzonym kablem, przewodem zasilania

lub wtyczką sieciową. Uszkodzone przewody zasilania stanowią
zagrożenie życia ze względu na ryzyko porażenia elektrycznego.

 Przed podłączeniem do sieci upewnić się, że parametry zasilania

są standardowe (220-240 V~, 50 Hz), a gniazdko jest wyposażone
w uziemiony przewód neutralny, bezpiecznik 16A i wyłącznik
ochronny prądowy.

 Przed podłączeniem akumulatora odłączyć urządzenie od sieci.
 Po ładowaniu odłączyć urządzenie od sieci i dopiero wówczas zdjąć

klemę z podwozia.

 Należy podjąć środki zabezpieczające przed wybuchem mieszaniny

piorunującej.

 Upewnić się, że podczas ładowania lub rozładowywania

akumulatorów w pobliżu urządzenia nie ma źródeł otwartego ognia
(płomieni, żaru, iskier).

 Upewnić się, że kabel przyłączeniowy bieguna dodatniego nie

styka się z przewodem paliwa.

 Upewnić się, że podczas ładowania nie dojdzie do zapłonu substancji

wybuchowych i palnych, np. benzyny lub rozpuszczalników.

 Podczas ładowania należy zapewnić odpowiednią wentylację.

kontaktu z kwasem akumulatorowym zanieczyszczone oczy lub

skórę należy obficie spłukać czystą bieżącą wodą i niezwłocznie
skonsultować się z lekarzem.

 Nie umieszczać urządzenia w pobliżu ognia i nie narażać na

temperatury przekraczające 50°C.

 Podczas podłączania ładowarki należy uważać, aby nie uszkodzić

przewodów paliwowych, elektrycznych, hamulcowych,
hydraulicznych lub wodnych.

 Nie przykrywać ładowarki żadnymi przedmiotami.
 Chronić styki elektryczne akumulatora przed zwarciem.
 Używać ładowarki wyłącznie do ładowania lub ładowania

podtrzymującego nieuszkodzonych akumulatorów ołowiowych
12 V. Nie ładować zamarzniętych akumulatorów.

1. Podłączyć ładowarkę do akumulatora.

2. Podłączyć kabel zasilający ładowarki do sieci. Uruchomi się ekran LCD.

3. W dowolnym momencie można przerwać ładowanie odłączając

ładowarkę od sieci.

Ładowanie nie rozpocznie się, jeśli klemy są podłączone odwrotnie.

5.3 Ładowanie etapowe
Etap 1 - Ładowanie prądem maksymalnym/szybkie (20-70%

naładowania)

Ładowarka dostarcza maksymalny prąd ładowania, aby "wzbudzić"
podłączony akumulator. Po osiągnięciu maksymalnego,
bezpiecznego, wstępnie ustalonego napięcia, czujniki cyfrowe
automatycznie przechodzą do etapu 2 cyklu ładowania. Świeci się
dioda LED ładowania.

Etap 2 - Ładowanie absorpcyjne (70-90 % naładowania)

Utrzymuje stałe, bezpieczne napięcie ładowania. Na tym etapie
napięcie ładowania pozostaje stałe, podczas gdy rzeczywisty prąd
ładowania jest zredukowany, aby umożliwić maksymalny, właściwy
transfer wewnętrznej energii chemicznej. Świeci się dioda LED
ładowania.

Etap 3 - Doładowywanie (90-100 % naładowania)

Napięcie jest automatycznie utrzymywane i ograniczane do wstępnie
ustalonego poziomu, podczas gdy prąd jest dostosowany do
bezpiecznego, efektywnego 100% naładowania (tryb obniżania).
Idealny do doładowywania przechowywanych baterii. Automatyczne
wyłączenie przy 100% naładowaniu. Ładowarka w żadnym wypadku
nie powoduje przeładowania jakiegokolwiek akumulatora ani wycieku
kwasu pod ciśnieniem, nawet gdy jest pozostawiona bez nadzoru
podczas ładowania w wysokich temperaturach letnich. Świeci się
dioda LED pełnego naładowania.

5.4 Ładowanie akumulatorów w pojazdach

1. Upewnić się, że ładowarka nie jest jeszcze podłączona do sieci.

2. Podłączyć ładowarkę do akumulatora pojazdu. Należy zachować

odstęp od łopatek wentylatorów, pasów, kół pasowych i innych
części, które mogą doprowadzić do odniesienia obrażeń.
Określić, który biegun akumulatora jest uziemiony do podwozia.

o Uziemiony biegun ujemny: Zamocować klemę dodatnią

(czerwona) ładowarki na biegunie dodatnim akumulatora.
Następnie zamocować klemę ujemną (czarna) ładowarki na

podwoziu lub bloku silnika, z dala od akumulatora. Nie

podłączać do gaźnika, przewodów paliwowych lub blaszanych

elementów nadwozia.

o Uziemiony biegun dodatni: Zamocować klemę ujemną (czarna)

ładowarki na biegunie ujemnym akumulatora. Następnie
zamocować klemę dodatnią (czerwona) ładowarki na podwoziu
lub bloku silnika, z dala od akumulatora. Nie podłączać do
gaźnika, przewodów paliwowych lub blaszanych elementów

nadwozia.

3. Podłączyć kabel zasilający ładowarki do sieci.

4. Podczas odłączania należy najpierw odłączyć zasilanie sieciowe,

następnie uziemioną klemę, a na końcu klemę podłączoną do

akumulatora.

 Use este aparelho apenas para carregar as pilhas mencionadas

neste manual. Não use o aparelho para carregar baterias não

 Coloque a bateria num local bem ventilado durante o

carregamento.

 Não trabalhe com cabos, cabos de alimentação ou fichas que se

apresentem danificados. Cabos danificados colocam a vida em

RISCO DE QUEIMADURAS QUÍMICAS

 Use óculos de segurança e luvas de proteção. Se o ácido da

bateria entrar em contato com os olhos ou a pele, lave com água
corrente e procure assistência médica de imediato.

 Não coloque o carregador perto de fogo nem o exponha a

temperaturas superiores a 50 °C.

 Ao ligar o carregador, certifique-se de que não danifica quaisquer

ligações de combustível, electricidade, sistema de travagem,
sistema hidráulico ou de água com parafusos.

 Não cubra o carregador com qualquer tipo de objeto.
 Proteja os contatos elétricos da bateria contra um possível curto-

circuito.

 Use o carregador exclusivamente para carregamento de baterias

de chumbo de 12 V, não danificadas. Baterias congeladas podem
não aceitar a carga.

 Familiarize-se com o funcionamento do aparelho antes de o utilizar.

1. Ligue o carregador a uma bateria.

2. Ligue o cabo de alimentação do carregador à tomada de

corrente elétrica. O LCD fica iluminado.

3. Interrompa o carregamento a qualquer momento desligando o

carregador da corrente elétrica.

O carregamento não é iniciado caso as garras estejam ligadas de
forma inversa.

5.3 Fases do Carregamento
Fase 1 - Massa/carga rápida para arranque (20-70% de carga)

O carregador fornece amperagem de carga máxima para "acordar" a
bateria conectada. Ao se atingir uma tensão máxima de segurança
predeterminada, os sensores digitais passam automaticamente para a
fase 2 do processo de carregamento. O LED de carregamento acende.

Fase 2 - Carga de absorção (70-90% de carga)

Manter a carga com uma tensão de segurança constante. Durante
esta fase, a tensão de carga permanece constante, enquanto a
corrente de carga real é reduzida para permitir a transferência de
energia química interna máxima adequada. O LED de carregamento
acende.

Fase 3 - Carga máxima (90-100% de carga)

A tensão é mantida e reduzida automaticamente para um nível
predeterminado enquanto a corrente é ajustada para um
carregamento 100% seguro e efetivo (modo de regulação gradual).
Ideal para ativar baterias que estiveram amazenadas. Desliga
automaticamente ao atingir os 100% de carga. O carregador nunca
irá causar a sobrecarga de qualquer bateria ou causar vazamento de
ácido por pressão, mesmo que seja deixado sem vigilância durante o
carregamento e sob temperaturas altas no verão. Todos os LEDs
acendem.

5.4 Carregar Baterias nos Veículos

1. Tenha a certeza de que o carregador de baterias não está ligado

à corrente elétrica.

2. Ligue o carregador à bateria do veículo. Mantenha-se afastado

das pás do ventilador, cintos, polias e outras peças que podem
causar danos às pessoas. Determinar qual o terminal da bateria
está ligado à terra no chassis.

o É o terminal negativo que está ligado à terra: Prenda as garras

do terminal positivo (vermelho) do carregador ao terminal
positivo da bateria. Em seguida, prenda a garra do terminal
negativo (preto) do carregador ao chassis ou ao bloco do
motor, longe da bateria. Não prenda ao carburador, linhas de
combustível ou peças de chapa metálica.

o É o terminal negativo que está ligado à terra: Prenda as garras

do terminal negativo (preto) do carregador ao terminal
negativo da bateria. Em seguida, prenda a garra do terminal
positivo (vermelho) do carregador ao chassis ou ao bloco do
motor, longe da bateria. Não prenda ao carburador, linhas de
combustível ou peças de chapa metálica.

3. Ligue o cabo de alimentação do carregador à tomada de

corrente elétrica.

4. Ao desligar, desligue primeiro da corrente elétrica, retire a garra

com ligação terra e em seguida retire a garra ligada à bateria.

Velleman® Service and Quality Warranty

Since its foundation in 1972, Velleman®
acquired extensive experience in the
electronics world and currently distributes its
products in over 85 countries.
All our products fulfil strict quality requirements
and legal stipulations in the EU. In order to
ensure the quality, our products regularly go
through an extra quality check, both by an
internal quality department and by specialized
external organisations. If, all precautionary
measures notwithstanding, problems should
occur, please make appeal to our warranty
(see guarantee conditions).

General Warranty Conditions Concerning
Consumer Products (for EU):

• All consumer products are subject to a 24­month warranty on production flaws and
defective material as from the original date of
purchase.

• Velleman® can decide to replace an article
with an equivalent article, or to refund the retail
value totally or partially when the complaint is
valid and a free repair or replacement of the
article is impossible, or if the expenses are out
of proportion.
You will be delivered a replacing article or a
refund at the value of 100% of the purchase
price in case of a flaw occurred in the first year
after the date of purchase and delivery, or a
replacing article at 50% of the purchase price
or a refund at the value of 50% of the retail
value in case of a flaw occurred in the second
year after the date of purchase and delivery.

• Not covered by warranty:

- all direct or indirect damage caused after
delivery to the article (e.g. by oxidation,
shocks, falls, dust, dirt, humidity...), and by the
article, as well as its contents (e.g. data loss),
compensation for loss of profits;

- consumable goods, parts or accessories that
are subject to an aging process during normal
use, such as batteries (rechargeable, non­rechargeable, built-in or replaceable), lamps,
rubber parts, drive belts... (unlimited list);

- flaws resulting from fire, water damage,
lightning, accident, natural disaster, etc.…;

- flaws caused deliberately, negligently or
resulting from improper handling, negligent

maintenance, abusive use or use contrary to
the manufacturer’s instructions;

- damage caused by a commercial,
professional or collective use of the article (the
warranty validity will be reduced to six (6)
months when the article is used
professionally);

- damage resulting from an inappropriate
packing and shipping of the article;

- all damage caused by modification, repair or
alteration performed by a third party without
written permission by Velleman®.

• Articles to be repaired must be delivered to
your Velleman® dealer, solidly packed
(preferably in the original packaging), and be
completed with the original receipt of purchase
and a clear flaw description.

• Hint: In order to save on cost and time,
please reread the manual and check if the flaw
is caused by obvious causes prior to
presenting the article for repair. Note that
returning a non-defective article can also
involve handling costs.

• Repairs occurring after warranty expiration
are subject to shipping costs.

• The above conditions are without prejudice
to all commercial warranties.

The above enumeration is subject to
modification according to the article (see
article’s manual).

Velleman® service- en kwaliteitsgarantie

Velleman® heeft sinds zijn oprichting in 1972
een ruime ervaring opgebouwd in de
elektronicawereld en verdeelt op dit moment
producten in meer dan 85 landen. Al onze
producten beantwoorden aan strikte
kwaliteitseisen en aan de wettelijke bepalingen
geldig in de EU. Om de kwaliteit te
waarborgen, ondergaan onze producten op
regelmatige tijdstippen een extra
kwaliteitscontrole, zowel door onze eigen
kwaliteitsafdeling als door externe
gespecialiseerde organisaties. Mocht er
ondanks deze voorzorgen toch een probleem
optreden, dan kunt u steeds een beroep doen
op onze waarborg (zie waarborgvoorwaarden).

Algemene waarborgvoorwaarden
consumentengoederen (voor Europese
Unie):

• Op alle consumentengoederen geldt een
garantieperiode van 24 maanden op
productie- en materiaalfouten en dit vanaf de
oorspronkelijke aankoopdatum.

• Indien de klacht gegrond is en een gratis
reparatie of vervanging van een artikel
onmogelijk is of indien de kosten hiervoor
buiten verhouding zijn, kan Velleman®
beslissen het desbetreffende artikel te
vervangen door een gelijkwaardig artikel of de
aankoopsom van het artikel gedeeltelijk of
volledig terug te betalen. In dat geval krijgt u
een vervangend product of terugbetaling ter
waarde van 100% van de aankoopsom bij
ontdekking van een gebrek tot één jaar na
aankoop en levering, of een vervangend
product tegen 50% van de kostprijs of
terugbetaling van 50 % bij ontdekking na één
jaar tot 2 jaar.

• Valt niet onder waarborg:

- alle rechtstreekse of onrechtstreekse schade
na de levering veroorzaakt aan het toestel (bv.
door oxidatie, schokken, val, stof, vuil,
vocht...), en door het toestel, alsook zijn
inhoud (bv. verlies van data), vergoeding voor
eventuele winstderving.

- verbruiksgoederen, onderdelen of
hulpstukken die onderhevig zijn aan
veroudering door normaal gebruik zoals bv.
batterijen (zowel oplaadbare als niet­oplaadbare, ingebouwd of vervangbaar),
lampen, rubberen onderdelen,
aandrijfriemen... (onbeperkte lijst).

- defecten ten gevolge van brand,
waterschade, bliksem, ongevallen,
natuurrampen, enz.

- defecten veroorzaakt door opzet, nalatigheid
of door een onoordeelkundige behandeling,
slecht onderhoud of abnormaal gebruik of
gebruik van het toestel strijdig met de
voorschriften van de fabrikant.

- schade ten gevolge van een commercieel,
professioneel of collectief gebruik van het
apparaat (bij professioneel gebruik wordt de
garantieperiode herleid tot 6 maand).

- schade veroorzaakt door onvoldoende
bescherming bij transport van het apparaat.

- alle schade door wijzigingen, reparaties of
modificaties uitgevoerd door derden zonder
toestemming van Velleman®.

• Toestellen dienen ter reparatie aangeboden
te worden bij uw Velleman®-verdeler. Het
toestel dient vergezeld te zijn van het
oorspronkelijke aankoopbewijs. Zorg voor een
degelijke verpakking (bij voorkeur de originele
verpakking) en voeg een duidelijke
foutomschrijving bij.

• Tip: alvorens het toestel voor reparatie aan
te bieden, kijk nog eens na of er geen voor de
hand liggende reden is waarom het toestel niet
naar behoren werkt (zie handleiding). Op deze
wijze kunt u kosten en tijd besparen. Denk
eraan dat er ook voor niet-defecte toestellen
een kost voor controle aangerekend kan
worden.

• Bij reparaties buiten de waarborgperiode
zullen transportkosten aangerekend worden.

• Elke commerciële garantie laat deze rechten
onverminderd.

Bovenstaande opsomming kan eventueel
aangepast worden naargelang de aard van
het product (zie handleiding van het
betreffende product).

légales en vigueur dans l’UE. Afin de garantir
la qualité, nous soumettons régulièrement nos
produits à des contrôles de qualité
supplémentaires, tant par notre propre service
qualité que par un service qualité externe.
Dans le cas improbable d’un défaut malgré
toutes les précautions, il est possible
d’invoquer notre garantie (voir les conditions
de garantie).

Conditions générales concernant la
garantie sur les produits grand public
(pour l’UE) :

• tout produit grand public est garanti 24 mois
contre tout vice de production ou de matériaux
à dater du jour d’acquisition effective ;

• si la plainte est justifiée et que la réparation
ou le remplacement d’un article est jugé
impossible, ou lorsque les coûts s’avèrent

disproportionnés, Velleman® s’autorise à
remplacer ledit article par un article équivalent
ou à rembourser la totalité ou une partie du
prix d’achat. Le cas échéant, il vous sera
consenti un article de remplacement ou le
remboursement complet du prix d’achat lors
d’un défaut dans un délai de 1 an après l’achat
et la livraison, ou un article de remplacement
moyennant 50% du prix d’achat ou le
remboursement de 50% du prix d’achat lors
d’un défaut après 1 à 2 ans.

• sont par conséquent exclus :

- tout dommage direct ou indirect survenu à
l’article après livraison (p.ex. dommage lié à
l’oxydation, choc, chute, poussière, sable,
impureté…) et provoqué par l’appareil, ainsi
que son contenu (p.ex. perte de données) et
une indemnisation éventuelle pour perte de
revenus ;

- toute pièce ou accessoire nécessitant un
remplacement causé par un usage normal
comme p.ex. piles (rechargeables comme non
rechargeables, intégrées ou remplaçables),
ampoules, pièces en caoutchouc, courroies…
(liste illimitée) ;

- tout dommage qui résulte d’un incendie, de
la foudre, d’un accident, d’une catastrophe
naturelle, etc. ;

- out dommage provoqué par une négligence,
volontaire ou non, une utilisation ou un
entretien incorrect, ou une utilisation de
l’appareil contraire aux prescriptions du
fabricant ;

- tout dommage à cause d’une utilisation
commerciale, professionnelle ou collective de
l’appareil (la période de garantie sera réduite à
6 mois lors d’une utilisation professionnelle) ;

- tout dommage à l’appareil qui résulte d’une
utilisation incorrecte ou différente que celle
pour laquelle il a été initialement prévu comme
décrit dans la notice ;

- tout dommage engendré par un retour de
l’appareil emballé dans un conditionnement
non ou insuffisamment protégé.

- toute réparation ou modification effectuée par
une tierce personne sans l’autorisation
explicite de SA Velleman® ; - frais de
transport de et vers Velleman® si l’appareil
n’est plus couvert sous la garantie.

• toute réparation sera fournie par l’endroit de
l’achat. L’appareil doit nécessairement être
accompagné du bon d’achat d’origine et être

dûment conditionné (de préférence dans
l’emballage d’origine avec mention du défaut) ;

• tuyau : il est conseillé de consulter la notice
et de contrôler câbles, piles, etc. avant de
retourner l’appareil. Un appareil retourné jugé
défectueux qui s’avère en bon état de marche
pourra faire l’objet d’une note de frais à charge
du consommateur ;

• une réparation effectuée en-dehors de la
période de garantie fera l’objet de frais de
transport ;

• toute garantie commerciale ne porte pas
atteinte aux conditions susmentionnées.

La liste susmentionnée peut être sujette à
une complémentation selon le type de
l’article et être mentionnée dans la notice
d’emploi.

Desde su fundación en 1972 Velleman® ha
adquirido una amplia experiencia como
distribuidor en el sector de la electrónica en
más de 85 países. Todos nuestros productos
responden a normas de calidad rigurosas y
disposiciones legales vigentes en la UE. Para
garantizar la calidad, sometemos nuestros
productos regularmente a controles de calidad
adicionales, tanto a través de nuestro propio
servicio de calidad como de un servicio de
calidad externo. En el caso improbable de que
surgieran problemas a pesar de todas las
precauciones, es posible recurrir a nuestra
garantía (véase las condiciones de garantía).

Condiciones generales referentes a la
garantía sobre productos de venta al
público (para la Unión Europea):

• Todos los productos de venta al público
tienen un período de garantía de 24 meses
contra errores de producción o errores en
materiales desde la adquisición original;

• Si la queja está fundada y si la reparación o
sustitución de un artículo no es posible, o si
los gastos son desproporcionados, Velleman®
autoriza reemplazar el artículo por un artículo
equivalente o reembolsar la totalidad o una
parte del precio de compra. En este caso,
usted recibirá un artículo de recambio o el
reembolso completo del precio de compra si
encuentra algún fallo hasta un año después
de la compra y entrega, o un artículo de

recambio al 50% del precio de compra o el
reembolso del 50% del precio de compra si
encuentra un fallo después de 1 año y hasta
los 2 años después de la compra y entrega.

Por consiguiente, están excluidos entre
otras cosas:

- todos los daños causados directa o
indirectamente al aparato (p.ej. por oxidación,
choques, caída,...) y a su contenido (p.ej.
pérdida de datos) después de la entrega y
causados por el aparato, y cualquier
indemnización por posible pérdida de
ganancias;

- partes o accesorios, que estén expuestos al
desgaste causado por un uso normal, como
por ejemplo baterías (tanto recargables como
no recargables, incorporadas o
reemplazables), bombillas, partes de goma,
etc. (lista ilimitada);

- defectos causados por un incendio, daños
causados por el agua, rayos, accidentes,
catástrofes naturales, etc.;

- defectos causados a conciencia, descuido o
por malos tratos, un mantenimiento
inapropiado o un uso anormal del aparato
contrario a las instrucciones del fabricante;

- daños causados por un uso comercial,
profesional o colectivo del aparato (el período
de garantía se reducirá a 6 meses con uso
profesional);

- daños causados por un uso incorrecto o un
uso ajeno al que está previsto el producto
inicialmente como está descrito en el manual
del usuario;

- daños causados por una protección
insuficiente al transportar el aparato.

- daños causados por reparaciones o
modificaciones efectuadas por una tercera
persona sin la autorización explícita de
Velleman®;

- se calcula gastos de transporte de y a
Velleman® si el aparato ya no está cubierto
por la garantía.

• Cualquier artículo que tenga que ser
reparado tendrá que ser devuelto a su
distribuidor Velleman®. Devuelva el aparato
con la factura de compra original y
transpórtelo en un embalaje sólido
(preferentemente el embalaje original). Incluya
también una buena descripción del fallo;

• Consejo: Lea el manual del usuario y
controle los cables, las pilas, etc. antes de
devolver el aparato. Si no se encuentra un

defecto en el artículo los gastos podrían correr
a cargo del cliente;

• Los gastos de transporte correrán a carga
del cliente para una reparación efectuada
fuera del período de garantía.

• Cualquier gesto comercial no disminuye
estos derechos.

La lista previamente mencionada puede ser
adaptada según el tipo de artículo (véase el
manual del usuario del artículo en
cuestión).

Qualitätsforderungen und gesetzlichen

gewährleisten werden unsere Produkte
regelmäßig einer zusätzlichen
Qualitätskontrolle unterworfen, sowohl von
unserer eigenen Qualitätsabteilung als auch
von externen spezialisierten Organisationen.
Sollten, trotz aller Vorsichtsmaßnahmen,
Probleme auftreten, nehmen Sie bitte die
Garantie in Anspruch (siehe
Garantiebedingungen).

Allgemeine Garantiebedingungen in Bezug
auf Konsumgüter (für die Europäische
Union):

• Alle Produkte haben für Material- oder
Herstellungsfehler eine Garantieperiode von
24 Monaten ab Verkaufsdatum.

• Wenn die Klage berechtigt ist und falls eine
kostenlose Reparatur oder ein Austausch des
Gerätes unmöglich ist, oder wenn die Kosten
dafür unverhältnismäßig sind, kann
Velleman® sich darüber entscheiden, dieses
Produkt durch ein gleiches Produkt zu
ersetzen oder die Kaufsumme ganz oder
teilweise zurückzuzahlen. In diesem Fall
erhalten Sie ein Ersatzprodukt oder eine
Rückzahlung im Werte von 100% der
Kaufsumme im Falle eines Defektes bis zu
1 Jahr nach Kauf oder Lieferung, oder Sie
bekommen ein Ersatzprodukt im Werte von
50% der Kaufsumme oder eine Rückzahlung
im Werte von 50 % im Falle eines Defektes im
zweiten Jahr.

• Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind:

- alle direkten oder indirekten Schäden, die
nach Lieferung am Gerät und durch das Gerät
verursacht werden (z.B. Oxidation, Stöße, Fall,
Staub, Schmutz, Feuchtigkeit, ...), sowie auch
der Inhalt (z.B. Datenverlust), Entschädigung
für eventuellen Gewinnausfall.

- Verbrauchsgüter, Teile oder Zubehörteile, die
durch normalen Gebrauch dem Verschleiß
ausgesetzt sind, wie z.B. Batterien (nicht nur
aufladbare, sondern auch nicht aufladbare,
eingebaute oder ersetzbare), Lampen,
Gummiteile, Treibriemen, usw. (unbeschränkte
Liste).

- Schäden verursacht durch Brandschaden,
Wasserschaden, Blitz, Unfälle,
Naturkatastrophen, usw.

- Schäden verursacht durch absichtliche,
nachlässige oder unsachgemäße Anwendung,
schlechte Wartung, zweckentfremdete
Anwendung oder Nichtbeachtung von
Benutzerhinweisen in der
Bedienungsanleitung.

- Schäden infolge einer kommerziellen,
professionellen oder kollektiven Anwendung
des Gerätes (bei gewerblicher Anwendung
wird die Garantieperiode auf 6 Monate
zurückgeführt).

- Schäden verursacht durch eine
unsachgemäße Verpackung und
unsachgemäßen Transport des Gerätes.

- alle Schäden verursacht durch unautorisierte
Änderungen, Reparaturen oder
Modifikationen, die von einem Dritten ohne
Erlaubnis von Velleman® vorgenommen
werden.

• Im Fall einer Reparatur, wenden Sie sich an
Ihren Velleman®-Verteiler. Legen Sie das
Produkt ordnungsgemäß verpackt
(vorzugsweise die Originalverpackung) und
mit dem Original-Kaufbeleg vor. Fügen Sie
eine deutliche Fehlerbeschreibung hinzu.

• Hinweis: Um Kosten und Zeit zu sparen,
lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung nochmals
und überprüfen Sie, ob es keinen auf de Hand
liegenden Grund gibt, ehe Sie das Gerät zur
Reparatur zurückschicken. Stellt sich bei der
Überprüfung des Gerätes heraus, dass kein
Geräteschaden vorliegt, könnte dem Kunden
eine Untersuchungspauschale berechnet.

• Für Reparaturen nach Ablauf der
Garantiefrist werden Transportkosten
berechnet.

• Jede kommerzielle Garantie lässt diese
Rechte unberührt.

Die oben stehende Aufzählung kann
eventuell angepasst werden gemäß der Art
des Produktes (siehe Bedienungsanleitung
des Gerätes).

światowej elektroniki. Obecnie firma
dystrybuuje swoje produkty w ponad 85
krajach.
Wszystkie nasze produkty spełniają surowe
wymagania jakościowe oraz wypełniają normy
i dyrektywy obowiązujące w krajach UE. W
celu zapewnienia najwyższej jakości naszych
produktów, przechodzą one regularne oraz
dodatkowo wyrywkowe badania kontroli
jakości, zarówno naszego wewnętrznego
działu jakości jak również wyspecjalizowanych
firm zewnętrznych. Pomimo dołożenia
wszelkich starań czasem mogą pojawić się
problemy techniczne, prosimy odwołać się do
gwarancji (patrz warunki gwarancji).

Ogólne Warunki dotyczące gwarancji:

• Wszystkie produkty konsumenckie podlegają
24-miesięcznej gwarancji na wady
produkcyjne i materiałowe od daty zakupu.

• W przypadku, gdy usterka jest niemożliwa do
usunięcia lub koszt usunięcia jest nadmiernie
wysoki Velleman ® może zdecydowa
wymianie artykułu na nowy, wolny od wad lub
zwrócić zapłaconą kwotę. Zwrot gotówki może
jednak nastąpić z uwzględnieniem poniższych
warunków:

- zwrot 100% ceny zakupu w przypadku, gdy
wada wystąpiła w ciągu pierwszego roku od
daty zakupu i dostawy

- wymiana wadliwego artykułu na nowy, wolny
od wad z odpłatnością 50% ceny detalicznej
lub zwrot 50% kwoty ceny nabycia w
przypadku gdy wada wystąpiła w drugim roku
od daty zakupu i dostawy.

• Produkt nie podlega naprawie
gwarancyjnej:

- gdy wszystkie bezpośrednie lub pośrednie
szkody spowodowane są działaniem
czynników środowiskowych lub losowych (np.

przez utlenianie, wstrząsy, upadki, kurz, brud,
...), wilgotności;

- gwarant nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za
szkody wynikających z utraty danych;

- produkty konsumenckie, części zamienne lub
akcesoria podatne na process starzenia,
wynikającego z normalnego użytkowania, np:
baterie (ładowalne, nieładowalne, wbudowane
lub wymienne), żarówki, paski napędowe,
gumowe elementy napędowe...
(nieograniczona lista);

- usterka wynika z działania pożaru, zalania
wszelkimi cieczami, uderzenia pioruna,
upadku lub klęski żywiołowej, itp.;

- usterka wynika z zaniedbań
eksploatacyjnych tj. umyślne bądź nieumyślne
zaniechanie czyszczenia, konserwacji,
wymiany materiałów ekspolatacyjnych,
niedbalstwa lub z niewłaściwego obchodzenia
się lub niezgodnego użytkowania z instrukcją
producenta;

- szkody wynikające z nadmiernego
użytkowania gdy nie jest do tego celu
przeznaczony tj. działalność komerycjna,
zawodowa lub wspólne użytkowanie przez
wiele osób - okres obowiązywania gwarancji
zostanie obniżony do 6 (sześć) miesięcy;

- Szkody wynikające ze
wysyłki produktu;

- Wszelkie szkody spowodowane przez
nieautoryzowaną naprawę, modyfikację,
przeróbkę produktu przez osoby trzecie jak
również bez pisemnej zgody firmy Velleman
®.

• Uszkodzony produkt musi zostać
dostarczony do sprzedawcy ® Velleman,
solidnie zapakowany (najlepiej w oryginalnym
opakowaniu), wraz z wyposażeniem z jakim
produkt został sprzedany. W przypadku
wysyłki towaru w opakowaniu innym niż
oryginalnym ryzyko usterki produktu oraz tego
skutki przechodzą na właściciela produktu.
Wraz z niesprawnym produktem należy
dołączyć jasny i szczegółowy opis jego usterki,
wady;

• Wskazówka: Aby zaoszczędzić na kosztach i
czasie, proszę szczegółowo zapoznać się z
instrukcja obsługi; czy przyczyną wady są
okoliczności techniczne czy też wynikaja
wyłącznie z nieznajomości obsługi produktu.
W przypadku wysyłki sprawnego produktu do
serwisu nabywca może zostać obciążony
kosztmi obsługi oraz transportu.

Condições gerais com respeito a garantia
sobre os produtos grande público (para a
UE):

• qualquer produto grande público é garantido
24 mês contra qualquer vício de produção ou
materiais a partir da data de aquisição
efectiva;

• no caso da reclamação ser justificada e que
a reparação ou substituição de um artigo é
impossível, ou quando os custo são
desproporcionados, Velleman® autoriza-se a
substituir o dito artigo por um artigo
equivalente ou a devolver a totalidade ou
parte do preço de compra. Em outro caso,
será consentido um artigo de substituição ou
devolução completa do preço de compra no
caso de um defeito no prazo de 1 ano depois
da data de compra e entrega, ou um artigo de
substituição pagando o valor de 50% do preço
de compra ou devolução de 50% do preço de
compra para defeitos depois de 1 a 2 anos.

• estão por consequência excluídos:

- todos os danos directos ou indirectos depois
da entrega do artigo (p.ex. danos ligados a

oxidação, choques, quedas, poeiras, areias,
impurezas…) e provocado pelo aparelho,
como o seu conteúdo (p.ex. perca de dados) e
uma indemnização eventual por perca de
receitas;

- consumíveis, peças ou acessórios sujeitos a
desgaste causado por um uso normal, como
p.ex. pilhas (recarregáveis, não recarregáveis,
incorporadas ou substituíveis), lâmpadas,
peças em borracha correias… (lista ilimitada);

- todos os danos que resultem de um
incêndio, raios, de um acidente, de una
catastrophe natural, etc.;

- danos provocados por negligencia, voluntária
ou não, uma utilização ou manutenção
incorrecta, ou uma utilização do aparelho
contrária as prescrições do fabricante;

- todos os danos por causa de uma utilização
comercial, profissional ou colectiva do
aparelho ( o período de garantia será reduzido
a 6 meses para uma utilização profissional);

- todos os danos no aparelho resultando de
uma utilização incorrecta ou diferente daquela
inicialmente prevista e descrita no manual de
utilização;

- todos os danos depois de uma devolução
não embalada ou mal protegida ao nível do
acondicionamento.

- todas as reparações ou modificações
efectuadas por terceiros sem a autorização de
SA Velleman®;

- despesas de transporte de e para
Velleman® se o aparelho não estiver coberto
pela garantia.

• qualquer reparação será fornecida pelo local
de compra. O aparelho será obrigatoriamente
acompanhado do talão ou factura de origem e
bem acondicionado (de preferência dentro da
embalagem de origem com indicação do
defeito ou avaria);

• dica: aconselha-mos a consulta do manual e
controlar cabos, pilhas, etc. antes de devolver
o aparelho. Um aparelho devolvido que estiver
em bom estado será cobrado despesas a
cargo do consumidor;

• uma reparação efectuada fora da garantia,
será cobrado despesas de transporte;

• qualquer garantia comercial não prevalece
as condições aqui mencionadas.

A lista pode ser sujeita a um complemento
conforme o tipo de artigo e estar
mencionada no manual de utilização.
