Bijvoldoende lichtverhoudingenbrengt decamera eenkleurenfoto over. Hierdoor is men verzekerd tegen afluisteren. De camera is weerbestendig (beschermingstype IP66) en dus zowel geschikt voorhetbewaken vanbinnenruimtes alsvoor hetmonteren opeen beschermde plaats buiten.De nettransformator moetwel tegen vochten nattigheidworden beschermd. 7. Plaatsingvandecamera
!
Decamera heefteen infraroodverlichtingvoor deonmiddellijke omgeving.

GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 2, June 1991Copyright (C) 1989, 1991 Free Software Foundation, Inc. 51 FranklinStreet, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA 02110-1301,USA Everyone is permitted to copy anddistribute verbatimcopies ofthis licensedocument, butchanging itis notallowed. PreambleThe licenses formost softwareare designedto takeaway yourfreedom toshare andchange it. Bycontrast, the GNU General Public License isintended to guarantee yourfreedom to share andchange free software--to make sure the software is free for all its users. This General Public License applies to most of the Free Software Foundation'ssoftware and toany other programwhose authors committo using it.(Some other Free Software Foundationsoftware is covered bythe GNU Lesser GeneralPublic License instead.)You can apply itto yourprograms, too. Whenwe speakof freesoftware, weare referring tofreedom, notprice. Our General Public Licenses are designedto make sure that you have the freedom to distributecopies of free software (and chargefor this service if youwish), that you receivesource code or canget it if you wantit, that you canchange the software or usepieces of it in newfree programs; and thatyou know you can do thesethings. Toprotect yourrights, weneed tomake restrictionsthat forbidanyone todeny youthese rights or to ask you to surrender the rights. These restrictions translate to certain responsibilities for you if you distribute copiesof the software,or ifyou modify it.Forexample, ifyou distribute copiesof such aprogram, whether gratis or fora fee, you must give therecipients all the rights that youhave. You must makesure that they, too, receive orcan getthe source code. And you mustshow themthese terms sothey know their rights. Weprotect yourrights withtwo steps:(1) copyrightthe software, and (2)offer youthis licensewhich gives youlegal permissionto copy, distribute and/ormodify thesoftware. Also, for eachauthor's protection and ours, we want to make certain that everyone understands that there is no warranty for this free software. If the softwareis modified by someone elseand passed on, we want itsrecipients to know that what theyhave isnot the original,so thatany problemsintroduced byothers will notreflect onthe original authors' reputations. Finally, any free program is threatened constantly by software patents. We wish to avoid the danger that redistributors of a free program will individually obtain patent licenses, in effect making the programproprietary. To preventthis, we have madeit clear that anypatent must be licensed for everyone'sfree use ornot licensed atall. The precise termsand conditions forcopying, distribution and modificationfollow. TERMSAND CONDITIONSFORCOPYING, DISTRIBUTIONANDMODIFICATION
0. ThisLicense applies toany program orother work whichcontains a noticeplaced by thecopyright holder saying itmay bedistributed underthe termsof thisGeneral Public License. The "Program", below, refers to any suchprogram or work, and a "workbased on theProgram" meanseither theProgram orany derivative work undercopyright law:that isto say,a workcontaining the Program or aportion of it,either verbatimor with modifications and/ortranslated into another language.(Hereinafter, translation isincluded without limitation in the term "modification".) Each licensee isaddressed as "you".Activities other than copying, distribution andmodification arenot covered bythis License;they areoutside its scope. The actof running the Program is notrestricted, and the output from the Program is covered onlyif its contents constitute a work basedon the Program(independent of havingbeen made byrunning the Program). Whether that is truedepends onwhatthe Programdoes.
1. You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of the Program's source code as you receive it, in any medium, provided that you conspicuously and appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate copyright noticeand disclaimer ofwarranty; keep intactall the noticesthat refer tothis License andto the absence ofany warranty;and give anyother recipientsof thePrograma copyof thisLicense alongwith the Program. You maycharge afee forthe physicalact oftransferring acopy, andyou mayat youroption offer warrantyprotection inexchangefor afee.
2. You may modifyyour copyor copiesof theProgram orany portionof it, thusforming awork basedon the Program, and copy anddistribute such modificationsor workunder theterms ofSection 1above, provided that youalso meet all ofthese conditions: a)You mustcause the modifiedfiles to carryprominent notices stating that you changed the files and the date of any change. b) You must cause any work that you distribute orpublish, thatin wholeor inpart containsor isderived fromthe Programor anypart thereof,to be licensed as a whole atno charge to all third parties under the termsof this License. c) If the modified program normally reads commands interactively when run, you must cause it, when started running for such interactive use in the most ordinary way, to print or display an announcement including an appropriate copyright notice and a notice that there is no warranty (or else, saying that you provide a warranty) andthat usersmay redistribute theprogram underthese conditions, andtelling theuser howto view a copyof this License.(Exception: if theProgram itself isinteractive but doesnot normally printsuch an announcement, your work based on the Program is not required to print an announcement.)These requirements apply to the modified work asa whole. If identifiable sections of that work arenot derived from theProgram, and canbe reasonably consideredindependent andseparate works inthemselves, then
18
this License, and itsterms, do notapply to thosesections when youdistribute themas separateworks. But when you distribute the same sections as part of a whole which is a work based on the Program, the distribution ofthe whole mustbe onthe terms ofthis License, whose permissionsfor other licenseesextend to theentire whole, andthus to each andevery part regardlessof who wroteit. Thus, itis not theintent of this section to claim rights or contest your rights to work written entirely by you; rather, the intent is to exercise the right to control the distribution of derivative or collective works based on the Program. In addition, mere aggregation of anotherwork not based on the Program with the Program (or with awork based on the Program) on a volume of a storage or distribution medium does not bring the other work underthe scopeofthis License.
3. You may copy and distribute the Program (or a work based on it, under Section 2) in object code or executable formunder theterms of Sections1 and 2above provided thatyou alsodo oneof thefollowing: a) Accompany it with the complete corresponding machine-readable source code, which must be distributed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above on a medium customarily used for software interchange; or,b) Accompany it witha written offer, valid forat least threeyears, to giveany third party, for a charge no more than your cost of physically performing source distribution, a complete machinereadable copy of the corresponding source code, to be distributed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above on a medium customarilyused for software interchange; or, c) Accompany it withthe information you received as to the offer to distribute corresponding source code. (This alternative is allowed only for noncommercial distribution and only if you received the program in object code or executable form with such an offer,in accord with Subsectionb above.)The source codefor a work means thepreferred form of the workfor makingmodifications toit. Foran executable work, complete sourcecode meansall thesource codefor allmodulesit contains, plusany associatedinterfacedefinition files, plus thescripts usedto control compilationand installationof theexecutable. However,as aspecial exception, the sourcecodedistributed need not include anything that is normally distributed (in either source or binary form) with the major components (compiler, kernel, and so on) of the operating system on which the executable runs, unless that component itselfaccompanies the executable. If distributionof executable or objectcode is made by offering access to copy from a designated place, then offering equivalent access to copy the source code from thesame placecounts as distributionof thesource code, even though thirdparties are notcompelled tocopy thesourcealong withtheobject code.
4. Youmay notcopy, modify, sublicense, ordistribute the Program exceptas expresslyprovided underthis License. Any attempt otherwise to copy, modify, sublicense or distribute the Program is void, and will automatically terminate your rights under this License. However, parties who have received copies, or rights, fromyou underthis Licensewill nothave theirlicenses terminatedso longas suchparties remainin fullcompliance.
5. You arenot required to accept this License, since you have not signedit. However, nothing else grants you permissionto modify ordistribute theProgram or itsderivative works. These actions areprohibited by law if you do not accept this License. Therefore, by modifying or distributing the Program (or any work based on the Program), you indicate your acceptance of this License to do so, and all its terms and conditionsfor copying, distributingor modifyingtheProgram orworks basedon it.
6. Eachtime you redistributethe Program (orany work basedon the Program), therecipient automatically receives alicense from theoriginal licensor tocopy, distributeor modify theProgram subject tothese terms and conditions.Youmay notimpose anyfurther restrictionson therecipients' exerciseof therights granted herein. You arenot responsiblefor enforcingcompliance bythird partiesto thisLicense.
7. If,as aconsequence ofa courtjudgment orallegation ofpatent infringementor forany otherreason (not limited topatent issues),conditions are imposedon you(whether bycourt order, agreement or otherwise) that contradict theconditions of thisLicense, they do notexcuse you fromthe conditions of thisLicense. If you cannot distribute so as to satisfy simultaneously your obligations under this License and any other pertinent obligations, thenas a consequence youmay not distribute theProgram at all.For example, if a patent license wouldnot permit royalty-free redistributionof the Program byall those who receivecopies directly or indirectlythrough you, then theonly way you couldsatisfy both it andthis License would beto refrain entirely from distribution of the Program. If any portion of this section is held invalid or unenforceable under any particularcircumstance, the balance of thesection is intended to applyand the section asa wholeis intended toapply inother circumstances. It isnot thepurpose of thissection toinduce you to infringe any patents or other property right claims or to contest validity of any such claims; this section has the sole purpose of protecting the integrity of the free software distribution system, which is implemented by public license practices. Many people have made generous contributions to the wide range ofsoftware distributed throughthat system inreliance onconsistent application ofthat system; itis up tothe author/donorto decideif heor sheis willingto distributesoftware throughany othersystem anda licensee cannotimpose thatchoice. Thissection is intendedto makethoroughly clearwhatis believedto be aconsequence oftherest ofthisLicense.
8. If the distribution and/or use of the Program is restricted in certain countries either by patents or by copyrighted interfaces, the originalcopyright holder who places the Program under this Licensemay add an explicit geographicaldistribution limitation excludingthose countries, so thatdistribution is permitted only in or among countries not thus excluded. In such case, this License incorporates the limitation as if writtenin thebodyof thisLicense.
9. The Free Software Foundation may publish revised and/or new versions of the General PublicLicense from timeto time.Such new versionswill be similarin spirit tothe presentversion, butmay differin detail toaddress newproblems orconcerns. Eachversion isgiven adistinguishing versionnumber. Ifthe Program specifies aversion number ofthis License whichapplies to itand "any laterversion", youhave theoption of following the terms and conditions either of that version or of any later version published by the Free
Software Foundation. If theProgram doesnot specifya versionnumber ofthis License, you maychoose any versionever publishedbythe FreeSoftwareFoundation.
10. Ifyou wish to incorporateparts of theProgram intoother free programswhose distribution conditions are different, write to the author to ask for permission. For software which is copyrighted by the Free Software Foundation, write to theFree Software Foundation;we sometimes makeexceptions for this. Our decision will beguided by thetwo goals ofpreserving the freestatus of allderivatives of our freesoftware andof promotingthesharing andreuseof softwaregenerally. OurGeneral PublicLicenses aredesigned tomake surethat youhave thefreedom to distributecopies offree software(and chargefor thisservice ifyou wish);that youreceive sourcecode or can get it ifyou want it; that youcan change the software anduse pieces of it innew free programs; and that youare informedthat youcan dothese things. To protectyour rights,we needto makerestrictions that forbid distributors to deny you these rights or to ask you to surrender these rights. These restrictions translate to certain responsibilities for you if you distribute copies of the library or if you modify it. For example, if youdistribute copies ofthe library, whethergratis or fora fee, you mustgive the recipientsall the rights thatwe gave you. Youmust make sure thatthey, too, receive orcan get the source code.If you link other code with thelibrary, you must provide complete objectfiles to the recipients, so that theycan relink them with the library after making changes to the library and recompiling it. And you must show them these terms so they know their rights. We protect your rights with a two-step method: (1) we copyright thelibrary, and(2) weoffer youthis license, which givesyou legalpermission tocopy, distribute and/or modify the library. To protect each distributor, we want to make it very clear that there is no warranty for thefree library. Also,if the libraryis modified by someoneelse and passedon, the recipients should knowthat what theyhave isnot theoriginal version,so thatthe original author'sreputation will not be affected by problems that might be introduced by others. Finally, software patents pose a constant threat tothe existenceof anyfree program. We wish tomake surethat acompany cannoteffectively restrict the usersof afree programby obtaining arestrictive licensefrom apatent holder. Therefore, we insistthat any patent license obtained for a version of the library must be consistent with the full freedom of use specified in this license. Most GNU software, including some libraries, is covered by the ordinary GNU General Public License. This license, the GNU LesserGeneral Public License, applies tocertain designated libraries, and is quite different from the ordinary General Public License. We use this license for certain libraries inorder topermit linkingthose librariesinto non-freeprograms. When aprogram islinked witha library, whether statically or using a shared library, the combination of the two is legally speaking a combined work, a derivativeof the original library. Theordinary General Public Licensetherefore permits such linking only if the entire combination fits its criteria of freedom. The Lesser General Public License permits more lax criteria for linking other code with the library. We call this license the "Lesser" General PublicLicense becauseit doesLess to protectthe user's freedomthan theordinary GeneralPublic License. It also provides other free software developers Less of an advantage over competing non-free programs. These disadvantages are the reason we use the ordinary General Public License for many libraries. However, the Lesser license provides advantages in certain special circumstances. For example, on rare occasions, there maybe a specialneed to encouragethe widest possibleuse of a certainlibrary, so thatit becomes a de-facto standard. To achieve this, non-free programs must be allowed to use the library. A more frequent caseis that a free librarydoes the same jobas widely used non-free libraries. In this case,
there is little togain by limiting the free libraryto free software only, sowe use the Lesser General Public License. In other cases, permission to use a particular library in non-free programs enables a greater number ofpeople touse alarge bodyof freesoftware. Forexample, permissionto usethe GNU CLibrary in non-free programs enables many more people to use the whole GNU operating system, as well as its variant, the GNU/Linux operatingsystem. Although the Lesser GeneralPublic License is Less protectiveof the users'freedom, itdoes ensure thatthe userof aprogram that islinked withthe Libraryhas thefreedom and the wherewithal to run that program using a modified version of the Library. The precise terms and conditions forcopying, distributionand modificationfollow. Paycloseattention tothe differencebetween a "work based onthe library" anda "work that usesthe library". Theformer contains code derivedfrom the library, whereas thelattermust becombinedwith thelibrary inorder torun. TERMSAND CONDITIONSFORCOPYING, DISTRIBUTIONANDMODIFICATION
0. ThisLicense Agreement appliesto anysoftware library orother program whichcontains anotice placed by thecopyright holder orother authorizedparty sayingit may bedistributed underthe terms ofthis Lesser General Public License(also called "thisLicense"). Each licenseeis addressed as"you". A "library"means a collection of software functions and/or data prepared so as to be conveniently linked with application programs (whichuse some ofthose functionsand data) toform executables. The"Library", below, refers to any such software library or work which has been distributed under these terms. A "work based on the Library" means either the Library or any derivative work under copyright law: that is to say, a work containing the Library or a portion of it, either verbatim or with modifications and/or translated straightforwardly into another language. (Hereinafter, translation is included without limitation in the term "modification".)"Source code" for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modificationsto it.Fora library, completesource codemeansall thesourcecode forall modulesit contains, plus anyassociated interface definitionfiles, plus thescripts used tocontrol compilation andinstallation of the library.Activities other thancopying, distributionand modificationare notcovered by thisLicense; they are outsideits scope. The actof runninga programusing theLibrary isnot restricted, and outputfrom such a program iscovered only ifits contents constitutea work basedon the Library(independent of theuse of the Library in a tool for writing it). Whether that is true depends on what the Library does and what the programthat usestheLibrary does.
1. Youmay copyand distributeverbatim copiesof theLibrary's completesource codeas you receiveit, in any medium, providedthat youconspicuously andappropriately publish oneach copyan appropriatecopyright notice and disclaimerof warranty; keepintact all thenotices that referto this Licenseand to theabsence of any warranty; and distribute a copy of this License along with the Library. You may charge a fee for the physical act of transferringa copy, and you may atyour option offer warranty protection inexchange for a fee.
2. Youmay modify your copyor copies of theLibrary or any portionof it, thusforming a work basedon the Library, and copy and distribute such modifications or work under the terms of Section 1 above, provided that youalso meetall ofthese conditions:a) Themodified workmust itselfbe a softwarelibrary. b)You must cause the files modified to carry prominent notices stating that you changed the files and the date of any change. c) You must cause thewhole of the work to be licensed at no charge toall third parties under the terms of this License. d) If a facility in the modified Library refers to a function or a table of data to be supplied by an application program that uses the facility, other than as an argument passed when the facility is invoked, thenyou must make a good faitheffort to ensure that, inthe event an application does not supply such function or table, the facility still operates, and performs whatever part of its purpose remains meaningful.(For example, a function in a library to compute square roots has a purpose that is entirely well-defined independent of the application. Therefore, Subsection 2d requires that any application-supplied function or table used by this function must be optional: if the application does not supply it, the square root function must still compute square roots.)These requirements apply to the modified work asa whole. If identifiablesections of that workare not derived fromthe Library, and canbe reasonably considered independent andseparate works in themselves, then this License, and itsterms, do not apply tothose sections when youdistribute them as separateworks. But when youdistribute the same sections aspart ofa wholewhich isa workbased onthe Library, the distributionof thewhole mustbe onthe terms ofthis License, whose permissionsfor otherlicensees extendto theentire whole, and thusto eachand every part regardless ofwho wrote it. Thus, itis not the intent ofthis section to claim rights orcontest your rights to work written entirelyby you; rather, the intent isto exercise the right to controlthe distribution of derivative orcollective worksbased on theLibrary. Inaddition, mereaggregation ofanother work notbased on theLibrary withthe Library (orwith awork based onthe Library) on avolume of a storageor distribution medium doesnot bringthe otherwork under thescope ofthis License.
3. You mayopt to apply the termsof the ordinary GNU GeneralPublic License instead of thisLicense to a given copyof theLibrary. Todo this, you mustalter allthe noticesthat referto thisLicense, sothat they refer to the ordinary GNUGeneral Public License, version 2,instead of to this License. (Ifa newer version than version 2 of the ordinary GNU General Public License has appeared, then you can specify that version instead if youwish.) Do notmake any otherchange in these notices.Once this changeis made in agiven copy, it is irreversible forthat copy, so the ordinary GNUGeneral Public License applies toall subsequent copies and derivative worksmade from that copy. Thisoption is useful when youwish to copy part ofthe codeof theLibraryinto aprogramthat isnota library.
4. You maycopy and distributethe Library(or a portionor derivativeof it,under Section 2)in objectcode or executable form under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above provided that you accompany it with the complete corresponding machine-readable source code, which must be distributed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above on a medium customarily used for software interchange. If distribution of object code ismade by offeringaccess to copyfrom a designatedplace, then offeringequivalent access tocopy the
19
source code fromthe same placesatisfies the requirement todistribute the source code, even though third parties arenot compelledto copythe sourcealong withthe objectcode.
5. A program that contains no derivative of any portion of the Library, but is designed to work with the Library bybeing compiledor linkedwith it,is calleda "workthat usesthe Library".Such awork, inisolation, is nota derivativework ofthe Library, and thereforefalls outsidethe scopeof thisLicense. However, linking a "work that uses the Library" with the Library creates an executable that is a derivative of the Library (because it contains portions of the Library), rather than a "work that uses thelibrary". The executable is therefore coveredby this License.Section 6states terms fordistribution of suchexecutables. Whena "work that usesthe Library" usesmaterial froma header filethat ispart of theLibrary, theobject codefor the work may bea derivativework ofthe Libraryeven thoughthe sourcecode isnot. Whetherthis istrue isespecially significant ifthe work canbe linkedwithout theLibrary, orif thework isitself alibrary. Thethreshold forthis to be true is not precisely defined by law.If such an object file uses only numerical parameters, data structure layouts and accessors, and small macros andsmall inline functions (ten lines or less in length), then the use of the object file is unrestricted, regardless of whether it is legally a derivative work. (Executables containing this object code plus portions of the Library will still fall under Section
6.)Otherwise, ifthe work isa derivativeof the Library, you maydistribute the objectcode forthe work under the termsof Section 6.Any executables containingthat work alsofall under Section6, whetheror not they arelinked directlywith theLibrary itself.
6. Asan exception tothe Sectionsabove, youmay also combineor linka "work thatuses theLibrary" with the Library to produce a work containing portions of the Library, and distribute that work under terms of your choice, provided thatthe termspermit modificationof thework forthe customer'sown use andreverse engineering fordebugging suchmodifications. Youmust giveprominent noticewith eachcopy of thework that theLibrary is usedin it andthat theLibrary and itsuse are coveredby this License. You mustsupply a copy ofthis License. Ifthe work duringexecution displayscopyright notices, youmust include thecopyright notice forthe Library amongthem, aswell asa referencedirecting the userto thecopy ofthis License. Also, you must do one of these things: a) Accompany the work with the complete corresponding machinereadable source code for the Library including whatever changes were used in the work (which must be distributed under Sections1 and 2 above); and,if the work is anexecutable linked with theLibrary, with thecomplete machine-readable"work thatuses theLibrary", asobject codeand/or sourcecode, sothat the user can modify the Library and then relink to produce a modified executable containing the modified Library. (It isunderstood that the user whochanges the contents of definitionsfiles in the Librarywill not necessarily beable to recompile theapplication to usethe modified definitions.)b) Use asuitable shared library mechanismfor linkingwith theLibrary. Asuitable mechanismis onethat (1)uses atrun timea copy of thelibrary already presenton the user'scomputer system, rather than copyinglibrary functions intothe executable, and (2)will operate properlywith a modifiedversion of thelibrary, if the userinstalls one, as long as the modified version is interface-compatible with the version that the work was made with. c) Accompany the workwith awritten offer, validfor atleast three years,to givethe same userthe materials specified in Subsection6a, above, fora charge nomore than the costof performing thisdistribution. d) If distribution ofthe workis madeby offeringaccess tocopy froma designatedplace, offerequivalent access to copy the above specifiedmaterials from the same place. e) Verify that the user hasalready received a copy ofthese materialsor thatyou havealready sentthis usera copy. For anexecutable, therequired form of the"work that usesthe Library" mustinclude any dataand utilityprograms needed forreproducing the executable from it. However, as a special exception, the materials to be distributed need not include anything that is normally distributed (in either source or binary form) with the major components (compiler, kernel, and so on)of the operatingsystem on whichthe executable runs, unless that component itself accompanies theexecutable. It may happen thatthis requirement contradicts thelicense restrictions of other proprietary librariesthat do not normally accompanythe operating system. Such acontradiction meansyou cannotuseboth themandthe Librarytogetherin anexecutable thatyou distribute.
7. You may place library facilities that are a work based on the Library side-by-side in a single library together with other library facilities not covered by this License, and distribute such a combined library, provided thatthe separatedistribution of thework basedon the Libraryand ofthe otherlibrary facilities is otherwise permitted, and providedthat youdo thesetwo things:a) Accompanythe combinedlibrary witha copy of the same work based on the Library, uncombined with any other library facilities. This must be distributedunder theterms ofthe Sectionsabove. b)Give prominentnotice withthe combinedlibrary ofthe fact that part of it is a work based on the Library, and explaining where to find the accompanying uncombinedform ofthesame work.
8. You may not copy, modify, sublicense, link with, or distribute the Library except as expressly provided under this License.Any attempt otherwise tocopy, modify, sublicense, link with,or distribute the Libraryis void, and will automatically terminate your rights underthis License. However, parties who have received copies, or rights, from you under thisLicense will nothave their licenses terminatedso long as suchparties remain infull compliance.
9. You arenot required toaccept thisLicense, since youhave notsigned it. However, nothing elsegrants you permission to modify ordistribute the Library or itsderivative works. These actions areprohibited by law if you donot acceptthis License. Therefore,by modifyingor distributingthe Library (orany workbased on the Library), you indicateyour acceptance of thisLicense to do so,and all its termsand conditions for copying, distributing ormodifying theLibrary orworks based onit.
10. Each timeyou redistribute the Library(or any work basedon the Library), therecipient automatically receives a license from the original licensor to copy, distribute, link with or modify the Library subject to these terms and conditions. You may not impose anyfurther restrictions on the recipients' exercise of the rightsgranted herein.Youare notresponsible forenforcing complianceby thirdparties withthis License.
20
11. If, as a consequence of a court judgment or allegation of patent infringement or for any other reason (not limited to patent issues), conditions are imposed on you (whether by court order, agreement or otherwise) that contradict the conditionsof this License, they do notexcuse you from the conditions of this License. Ifyou cannot distribute soas to satisfysimultaneously your obligationsunder this Licenseand any other pertinentobligations, thenas aconsequence youmay notdistribute theLibrary atall. Forexample, ifa patent license would not permit royalty-free redistribution of the Library by all those who receive copies directly or indirectly through you, then the only way you couldsatisfy both it and this License would be to refrain entirelyfrom distribution ofthe Library. Ifany portion ofthis sectionis held invalidor unenforceable under any particular circumstance, the balance of the section is intended to apply, and the section as a whole is intended to apply in other circumstances. It is not the purpose of this section to induce you to infringe any patentsor other property rightclaims or to contestvalidity of any suchclaims; this section has the solepurpose ofprotecting the integrityof thefree softwaredistribution system whichis implementedby public license practices. Many people have made generous contributions to the wide range of software distributed through that system in reliance on consistent application of that system; it is up to the author/donor todecide if heor she iswilling to distributesoftware throughany other systemand a licensee cannot impose that choice. This section is intended to make thoroughly clear what is believed to be a consequence ofthe restof thisLicense.
12. If the distribution and/or use of the Library is restricted in certain countries either by patents or by copyrighted interfaces, the originalcopyright holder whoplaces theLibrary under thisLicense mayadd an explicit geographicaldistribution limitationexcluding thosecountries, so thatdistribution ispermitted only in oramong countries notthus excluded. Insuch case, this License incorporatesthe limitationas if written inthe bodyofthis License.
13. The Free Software Foundation may publish revised and/ornew versions of the Lesser General Public License fromtime totime. Suchnew versionswill besimilar inspirit to thepresent version, but maydiffer in detail to addressnew problems or concerns. Eachversion is given adistinguishing version number. If the Library specifies aversion number ofthis License whichapplies to itand "any laterversion", you have the option of followingthe terms andconditions either of thatversion or ofany later version publishedby the Free Software Foundation. If the Library does not specify a licenseversion number, you may choose any versionever publishedbythe FreeSoftwareFoundation.
14. Ifyou wishto incorporatepartsof theLibrary intoother freeprograms whosedistribution conditionsare incompatible withthese, writeto theauthor toask for permission. For softwarewhich iscopyrighted bythe Free SoftwareFoundation, writeto theFree Software Foundation;we sometimes makeexceptions for this. Our decision will be guided by the two goals of preserving the free status of all derivatives of our free softwareand ofpromotingthe sharingandreuse ofsoftware generally. NOWARRANTY

"Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by thecopyright owner thatis granting the License."Legal Entity" shallmean the union ofthe acting entity and all other entitiesthat control, are controlled by, or are under commoncontrol with that entity. For the purposes of this definition, "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the direction ormanagement ofsuch entity, whetherby contractor otherwise, or(ii) ownershipof fiftypercent (50%)or moreofthe outstandingshares,or (iii)beneficialownership ofsuchentity. "You"(or "Your")shall mean an individual or Legal Entity exercising permissions granted by this License. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications, including but not limited to software source code, documentation source, and configuration files. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical transformation or translation of a Source form, including but not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation, and conversions to other media types. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a copyright noticethat isincluded inor attachedto thework (anexample isprovided inthe Appendixbelow). "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For thepurposes of this License, Derivative Works shall not includeworks that remain separablefrom, or merely link(or bind by name)to the interfaces of,
the Work and Derivative Works thereof."Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including the original version ofthe Work and any modificationsor additions to that Workor Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner or by an individual or Legal Entity authorizedto submit on behalf of the copyrightowner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"means anyform ofelectronic, verbal,or written communicationsent tothe Licensor or its representatives, includingbut not limited tocommunication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems, and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the Licensor for the purpose ofdiscussing andimproving theWork, butexcluding communicationthat isconspicuously marked orotherwise designatedinwriting bythecopyright owneras "Nota Contribution.""Contributor" shallmean Licensor andany individual orLegal Entityon behalf ofwhom aContribution has beenreceived byLicensor andsubsequently incorporatedwithinthe Work.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, each Contributor hereby grants toYou a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive,no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable(except as stated in thissection) patent licenseto make, have made, use, offer tosell, sell, import, and otherwisetransfer the Work, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by such Contributor that are necessarily infringedby their Contribution(s)alone or bycombination of theirContribution(s) withthe Work to whichsuch Contribution(s) wassubmitted. If Youinstitute patent litigationagainst anyentity (including a cross-claimor counterclaimin alawsuit) alleging thatthe Work ora Contribution incorporatedwithin the Work constitutes director contributory patentinfringement, then anypatent licenses granted toYou under this Licensefor thatWork shallterminate asof thedate suchlitigation isfiled.
4. Redistribution. Youmay reproduce and distributecopies of the Work orDerivative Works thereof in any medium, withor withoutmodifications, andin Sourceor Objectform, providedthat Youmeet thefollowing conditions: 1.You must giveany other recipientsof theWork orDerivative Worksa copyof this License;and
2. You mustcause any modified filesto carry prominent noticesstating that You changedthe files; and 3. You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices from the Source form ofthe Work, excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of the Derivative Works; and 4. If the Work includes a"NOTICE" text file as part of its distribution, then anyDerivative Works that You distribute mustinclude a readable copyof the attribution notices contained within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of the Derivative Works,in at leastone of thefollowing places: withina NOTICE textfile distributed aspart of the Derivative Works;within theSource formor documentation,if providedalong withthe DerivativeWorks; or, within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and wherever such third-party notices normally appear. Thecontents of theNOTICE file arefor informational purposesonly and donot modify theLicense. You may add Your own attribution notices withinDerivative Works that You distribute, alongside oras an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, providedthat such additional attribution notices cannot be construed as modifyingthe License. You mayadd Your owncopyright statement toYour modifications and may provide additional or different license terms and conditions for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use, reproduction, and distribution ofthe Workotherwise complieswith theconditions statedin thisLicense.
