WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Everpure LLC guarantees its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase and for
a period of twelve (12) months from date of installation.

This is a Limited Warranty. It covers the replacement of faulty parts. It does not include the replacement of the product unless
they can’t be repaired.

This warranty is not valid unless the customer provides Everpure LLC with written notification of the product model, the
series number, a description of the fault and authorization to perform all the necessary controls to establish the cause of
the fault.

Spare parts will be invoiced to the customer at list price at the moment of shipment.

This warranty does not cover flaws or defects, which have no significant effect on the use of the product.
Furthermore the warranty does not cover the following:

- Defects caused by an Act of God (fires, floods, earthquakes, lightening, etc)

- Defects due to negligence or carelessness on the part of the customer or the customer’s personnel.

- Defects due to malfunctions or faults in electrical installations.

- Defects caused by the use of accessories or parts not supplied by Everpure LLC. -Defects due to the intervention of
unauthorized personnel.

- Defects caused during transportation.

The warranty does not cover the repair of flaws or defects due to incorrect use of the product.

Parts that are normally subject to wear and tear are not covered by the warranty (grills, lights, handles, connection tubes,
removable parts, etc).

Everpure LLC declines all responsibility for damage caused directly or indirectly to persons, things or domestic animals due
to the non-observance of the instructions in the User Manual, with regards to the installation, use and maintenance of the
product.

This is a limited warranty therefore no matter what kind of defect or flaw is discovered and irrespective of the entity of the
defect or flaw, the purchaser does not have the right to end the contract, obtain a reduction of the price or a refund for the
damage. This warranty is limited as specified above, to the replacement free-of-charge of the defective parts.

This warranty will cease to be valid if the customer modifies the product or any of its parts in any way, without written consent
from Everpure LLC.
