2 . Safety

2.1. Serial label location

Note: 

Ensure that the serial label and the safety tags on the device are completely legible and clean. If necessary, replace them with new labels and put them in the same places.

2.2. Hazards

To ensure proper system operation, observe the following points:

2.3. Hygiene and sanitation

Contact your local dealer and ask for a sanitization treatment if the treated water has an off-taste or an unusual odor. It is strongly recommended to disinfect the system at least once a year.

If the system is equipped with a bypass and if a problem occurs, turn the valves to bypass the system as shown in the picture below.

4 . Programming

Note: 

The controller must be plugged to be programmed. After 30 seconds without a button press, the unit returns to normal operation.

The display shows “dX Y” where X is the day of the week (1-7) and Y shows whether the selected day is enabled for regeneration “1” or not, “0”.

4.2. History

To access the recorded information, press and hold for 5 seconds.

5 . Operation

5.1. Recommendations

• Use only regenerate salts designed for water softening EN973;

• for optimal system operation, the use of clean salt free from impurities is recommended (for example salt pellets);

• do not use ice melt, block, or rock salts;

• the sanitizing process (both with liquid and electrochlorination) introduces chlorine elements which may reduce the lifetime of the ion exchange resins. Refer to the technical guides for resins in common use, providing necessary checks on the system.

5.2. Manual regeneration

Immediate regeneration

A Press and hold for 5 seconds.

→ Regeneration icon displayed. → Camshaft starts rotating to cycle C1.

6 . Error messages

The following error messages may be displayed during operation:

Salt alarm, the brine tank is empty. Press any key to acknowledge this alarm and reset the salt alarm counter to the programmed value. No regenerations are carried out during the salt alarm.

→ Refill the brine tank with salt.

Microswitch alarm. The module cannot find the service position. No regenerations are carried out during the microswitch alarm.

→ Call your local dealer. See 8 . Troubleshooting, page 7.

7 . Maintenance

Mandatory: 

Cleaning and maintenance shall take place at regular intervals in order to guarantee the proper functioning of the complete system, and be documented in the Maintenance record book.

Mandatory: 

The maintenance and service operation must be done by qualified personnel only. Failure in respecting this may void the warranty.

8 . Troubleshooting

Please follow this procedure for any technical support:

A Collect the required information for a technical assistance request.

→ Product identification (see 2.1. Serial label location, page 5 and Original settings, page 2); → Error number displayed on the controller;

B Contact your local dealer who installed this device (see contact details on last page).

→ Also call him if the water tastes salty, if the water is not softened or if there is no salt consumption.

Si le système est équipé d’un by-pass et si un problème survient, placer en mode by-pass afin de contourner le système, comme illustré ci-dessous.

4 . Programmation

Information: 

Le contrôleur doit être branché pour être programmé. Après 30 secondes sans pression sur un bouton, l’appareil reprend son fonctionnement normal.

4.1. Programmation de base

Information: 

Les menus sont affichés dans un ordre incrémentiel défini. Pendant la modification des paramètres, l’icône est allumée et clignote.

L’affichage indique « dX Y », où « X » est le jour de la semaine (1-7) et « Y » indique si le jour sélectionné est activé pour la régénération (« 1 ») ou non (« 0 »).

H Sélectionner le jour avec et activer ou désactiver la régénération avec .

→ Les jours avec régénération activée clignotent.

I Presser pour valider la sélection et passer au paramètre suivant.

« End » apparaît sur l’écran, la programmation est désormais terminée.

4.2. Historique

Pour accéder aux informations enregistrées, presser et maintenir enfoncé pendant 5 secondes.

5 . Fonctionnement

5.1. Recommandations

• Utiliser seulement des sels de régénération conçus pour l’adoucissement de l’eau EN973 ;

• Pour un fonctionnement optimal du système, l’utilisation de sel propre et sans impuretés est recommandée (pastilles de sel par exemple) ;

• Ne pas utiliser de sel de fonte de glace, de blocs de sel ou de sels de roche ;

• Le processus de désinfection (à la fois liquide et par électrochloration) introduit des éléments de chlore qui peuvent réduire la durée de vie des résines échangeuses d’ions. Se reporter aux guides techniques pour les résines utilisées communément et prévoir les contrôles nécessaires sur le système.

5.2. Régénération manuelle

Régénération immédiate

A Presser et maintenir enfoncé pendant 5 secondes.

→ Icône de régénération affichée. → L’arbre à cames commence à tourner pour passer au cycle C1.

6 . Messages d’erreur

Les messages d’erreur suivants peuvent s’afficher pendant le fonctionnement :

Alarme de sel, le bac à sel est vide. Presser n’importe quel bouton pour acquitter cette alarme et réinitialiser le compte d’alarme de sel à la valeur programmée. Aucune régénération n’est effectuée pendant l’erreur d’alarme de sel.

→ Remplir de sel le bac à sel.

Alarme de microcontacteur. Le module ne peut pas trouver la position de service. Aucune régénération n’est effectuée pendant l’erreur d’alarme de microcontacteur.

→ Appeler votre revendeur local. Voir 8 . Dépannage, page 11.

7 . Maintenance

Obligation: 

Le nettoyage et la maintenance auront lieu à des intervalles réguliers afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement du système complet et ils seront documentés dans le carnet de Maintenance.

Obligation: 

Les opérations de maintenance et d’assistance doivent être réalisées exclusivement par du personnel qualifié. Le non-respect de cette consigne peut annuler la garantie.

8 . Dépannage

Suivre cette procédure pour toute assistance technique :

A Collecter les informations nécessaires à une demande d’assistance technique.

→ Identification du produit (voir 2.1. Emplacement de l’étiquette de série, page 9 et Original settings, page 2) ; → Numéro d’erreur affiché sur le contrôleur ;

B Contacter le revendeur local qui a installé cet appareil (voir les coordonnées en dernière page).

→ L’appeler aussi en cas de goût salé de l’eau, d’eau non adoucie ou en l’absence de consommation de sel.

2 . Sicherheit

2.1. Position des Typenschilds

Information: 

Stellen Sie sicher, dass Typenschild und Sicherheitsschilder am Gerät sauber und vollständig lesbar sind. Wenn erforderlich, ersetzen Sie sie durch neue Schilder an derselben Stelle.

2.2. Gefahren

Sämtliche in diesem Dokument enthaltenen Sicherheits- und Schutzanweisungen müssen beachtet werden, um schwerwiegende Verletzungen oder bleibende Personenschäden sowie Sachschäden oder Umweltschäden zu vermeiden. Gleichzeitig müssen sämtliche weiteren gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, Unfall- und Umweltschutzmaßnahmen sowie sämtliche anerkannten technischen Bestimmungen hinsichtlich geeigneter und risikofreier Arbeitsverfahren, die im jeweiligen Nutzungsland und

Zur Gewährleistung eines ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs des Systems beachten Sie die folgenden Punkte:

• Vorsicht vor elektrischen Gefahren durch den 230V-/12V-Transformator.

2.3. Hygiene und Desinfektion

Wenden Sie sich an Ihren lokalen Händler und bitten Sie um die Durchführung einer Desinfektion, wenn das aufbereitete Wasser Geschmacks- oder Geruchsveränderungen aufweist. Es wird dringend empfohlen, das System mindestens einmal jährlich zu desinfizieren.

Wenn das System mit einem Bypass ausgestattet ist und ein Problem auftritt, stellen Sie die Ventile so ein, dass die Anlage umgangen wird, wie in der nachstehenden Abbildung dargestellt.

4 . Programmierung

Information: 

Die Steuerung muss zur Programmierung angeschlossen sein. Nach 30 Sekunden ohne Betätigung einer Taste kehrt die Einheit in den Normalbetrieb zurück.

5 . Betrieb

5.1. Empfehlungen

• Verwenden Sie Regenerationssalze für die Wasserenthärtung gemäß EN973;

• Für einen optimalen Systembetrieb wird die Verwendung reiner Salze ohne Verunreinigungen empfohlen (zum Beispiel Salzpellets);

• Verwenden Sie kein Streu-, Block- oder Steinsalz;

• Während des Desinfektionsvorgangs (sowohl bei Flüssig- als auch bei Elektrochlorung) werden Chlorelemente freigesetzt, welche die Lebensdauer der Ionenaustauschharze verkürzen können. Beachten Sie die technischen Hinweise für handelsübliche Harze, um die erforderlichen Systemprüfungen durchzuführen.

5.2. Manuelle Regeneration

A Drücken Sie 5 Sekunden lang.

→ Das Regenerationssymbol wird angezeigt. → Die Nockenwelle wird zu Zyklusposition C1 gedreht.

6 . Fehlermeldungen

Während des Betriebes können die folgenden Fehlermeldungen angezeigt werden:

Salzmangelanzeige, der Solebehälter ist leer. Drücken Sie irgendeine Taste, um diese Warnung zu bestätigen und die Salzmangelanzeige auf den programmierten Wert zurückzusetzten. Während der Salzmangelanzeige werden keine Regenerationen durchgeführt.

→ Befüllen Sie den Solebehälter mit Salz.

Mikroschalterwarnung. Die Einheit kann die Betriebsstellung nicht finden. Während der Mikroschalterwarnung werden keine Regenerationen durchgeführt.

→ Wenden Sie sich an Ihren lokalen Händler. Siehe 8 . Troubleshooting, Seite 15.

7 . Wartung

Verpflichtung: 

Reinigung und Wartung müssen in regelmäßigen Intervallen erfolgen, um das ordnungsgemäße Funktionieren des gesamten Systems zu gewährleisten, und in den Wartungsaufzeichnungen dokumentiert werden.

Verpflichtung: 

Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten dürfen nur von qualifiziertem Personal durchgeführt werden. Andernfalls kann die Garantie erlöschen.

8 . Troubleshooting

Bitte befolgen Sie für sämtliche Kundendienstanfragen diese Vorgehensweise:

A Sammeln Sie die erforderlichen Informationen für eine Anfrage um technische Unterstützung.

5 . Funcionamiento

5.1. Recomendaciones

• Utilice únicamente sales de regeneración diseñadas específicamente para la descalcificación del agua según EN973;

• Para un funcionamiento óptimo del sistema, se recomienda el uso de sal limpia y libre de impurezas (por ejemplo, sal en pellets).

• No use sal para hielo y nieve, sal en bloques ni rocas.

• El proceso de esterilización (tanto con líquido como con producción electrónica de cloro) puede introducir compuestos clorados que pueden reducir la vida útil de las resinas intercambiadoras de iones. Consulte las guías técnicas para conocer las resinas de uso común, para realizar las comprobaciones necesarias en el sistema.

5.2. Regeneración manual

Regeneración inmediata

A Pulse y mantenga pulsada durante 5 segundos.

→ Se muestra el icono de regeneración. → El árbol de levas empieza a girar hasta el ciclo C1.

6 . Mensajes de error

Pueden aparecer los mensajes de error siguientes durante el funcionamiento:

Alarma de la sal: el depósito de sal está vacío. Pulse cualquier tecla para desactivar la alarma y restablezca el contador de alarma de la sal al valor programado. No se realizan regeneraciones durante la alarma de la sal.

→ Vuelva a llegar el depósito de sal de sal.

Alarma de microinterruptor. El módulo no encuentra la posición de servicio. No se realizan regeneraciones durante la alarma de microinterruptor.

→ Llame a su distribuidor local. Véase 8 . Solución de problemas, página 19.

7 . Mantenimiento

Obligatorio: 

La limpieza y el mantenimiento tendrán lugar a intervalos regulares para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema al completo y se documentará en el libro de registro de mantenimiento.

Obligatorio: 

Las operaciones de mantenimiento y servicio solo las puede realizar personal cualificado. Si no se respeta esta norma la garantía puede quedar anulada.

8 . Solución de problemas

Siga este procedimiento para solicitar asistencia técnica:

A Recopilar la información necesaria para una solicitud de asistencia técnica.

→ Identificación del producto (véase 2.1. Ubicación de la etiqueta serie, página 17 y Original settings, página 2); → Número de error mostrado en el programador;

B Contacte con el distribuidor local encargado de instalar este dispositivo (véanse datos de contacto en la última página).

→ También deberá llamarle si el agua tiene un sabor salado, si el agua no se ha descalcificado o si no se produce consumo de sal.

5 . Funzionamento

5.1. Raccomandazioni

• Utilizzare esclusivamente sali di rigenerazione adatti all'addolcimento dell'acqua (EN973);

• Per il funzionamento ottimale del sistema, è consigliabile utilizzare sale pulito e senza impurità (ad es. pellet di sale);

• Non utilizzare sale antighiaccio, sale in blocchi o salgemma;

• Il processo di sterilizzazione (con liquido o per elettroclorazione) può introdurre composti di cloro che possono ridurre la durata delle resine a scambio ionico. Fare riferimento alle istruzioni tecniche per le resine di uso comune, effettuando i necessari controlli sul sistema.

5.2. Rigenerazione manuale

6 . Messaggi di errore

Durante il funzionamento, possono essere visualizzati i seguenti messaggi di errore:

Allarme sale, il serbatoio salamoia è vuoto. Premere un tasto qualsiasi per riconoscere l'allarme e riportare il contatore dell'allarme sale al valore programmato. Durante l'allarme sale non viene eseguita alcuna rigenerazione.

→ Riempire di sale il serbatoio salamoia.

Allarme microswitch. Il modulo non riesce a trovare la posizione di servizio. Durante l'allarme microswitch non viene eseguita alcuna rigenerazione.

→ Contattare il fornitore locale. Vedere il punto 8 . Ricerca guasti, pagina 23.

7 . Manutenzione

Obbligo: 

Per garantire il corretto funzionamento dell'intero sistema, gli interventi di pulizia e manutenzione devono essere effettuati a intervalli regolari e documentati nel registro di manutenzione.

Obbligo: 

Le operazioni di manutenzione e assistenza devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da personale qualificato. In caso contrario, la garanzia verrà annullata.

8 . Ricerca guasti

In caso di necessità di assistenza tecnica, procedere come segue:

A Raccogliere le informazioni necessarie per una richiesta di assistenza tecnica.

→ Identificazione del prodotto (vedere 2.1. Posizione dell'etichetta con il numero di serie, pagina 21 e Original settings, pagina 2); → Codice di errore visualizzato sul modulo di controllo;

Zorg ervoor dat het serielabel en de veiligheidslabels op het apparaat volledig leesbaar en schoon zijn. Vervang ze indien nodig door nieuwe labels en breng deze aan op dezelfde plaatsen.

5 . Bewerking

5.1. Aanbevelingen

• Gebruik alleen regeneratiezout dat is ontwikkeld voor waterontharding EN973;

• Voor een optimale systeemwerking wordt het gebruik aanbevolen van schoon zout dat vrij is van onzuiverheden (bijvoorbeeld grote zoutkorrels);

• Gebruik geen strooizout, blokzout of rotszout;

• Het ontsmettingsproces (zowel met vloeistof als met elektrochlorering) maakt gebruik van chloorelementen die de levensduur van de ionenwisselende harsen kunnen reduceren. Raadpleeg de technische handleidingen voor veelgebruikte harsen en voer de noodzakelijke systeemcontroles uit.

5.2. Handmatige regeneratie

Directe regeneratie

A Houd gedurende 5 seconden ingedrukt.

→ Het regeneratie-icoon wordt weergegeven. → De nokkenas begint te draaien naar cyclus C1.

6 . Foutmeldingen

De volgende foutmeldingen kunnen worden weergegeven tijdens de werking:

Zoutalarm, de pekelbak is leeg. Druk op een willekeurige toets om dit alarm te bevestigen en de zoutalarmteller te resetten naar de geprogrammeerde waarde. Tijdens het zoutalarm worden geen regeneraties uitgevoerd.

→ Vul de pekelbak bij met zout.

Microswitchalarm. De module kan de bedrijfspositie niet vinden. Tijdens het microswitchalarm worden geen regeneraties uitgevoerd.

→ Neem contact op met uw lokale dealer. Zie 8 . Problemen oplossen, pagina 27.

7 . Onderhoud

Verplichting: 

Reiniging en onderhoud moeten op regelmatige tijdstippen worden uitgevoerd om een correcte werking van het complete systeem te waarborgen en moeten worden gedocumenteerd in het Onderhoudsboek.

Verplichting: 

De onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden mogen alleen door gekwalificeerd personeel worden uitgevoerd. Indien dit wordt nagelaten kan de garantie vervallen.

8 . Problemen oplossen

Volg deze procedure voor eventuele technische ondersteuning:

A Verzamel de benodigde informatie voor een verzoek om technische hulp.

→ Productidentificatie (zie 2.1. Locatie serielabel, pagina 25 en Original settings, pagina 2); → Foutcode weergegeven op de controller;

B Neem contact op met uw lokale dealer die het apparaat geïnstalleerd heeft (zie contactgegevens op de laatste pagina).

→ Benader deze ook als het water zout smaakt, als het water niet onthard is of als er geen zoutverbruik is.

5 . Obsługa

5.1. Zalecenia

• Należy stosować tylko sól regenerującą przeznaczoną do zmiękczania wody EN973.

• W celu zapewnienia optymalnego działania systemu zalecane jest używanie soli wolnej od zanieczyszczeń (np. soli tabletkowanej).

• Nie stosować soli drogowej, soli w blokach ani soli kamiennej.

• Podczas procesu sanityzacji (zarówno przy użyciu cieczy, jak i metody elektrochlorowania) do systemu zostają wprowadzone cząsteczki chloru, które mogą skrócić okres eksploatacji żywic jonowymiennych. Należy zapoznać się z instrukcjami technicznymi dotyczącymi powszechnie stosowanych żywic, gdzie są podane informacje na temat niezbędnych kontroli systemu.

6 . Komunikaty o błędzie

W czasie pracy mogą zostać wyświetlone następujące komunikaty o błędzie:

Alarm dotyczący soli, zbiornik solanki jest pusty. Nacisnąć dowolny przycisk, aby zatwierdzić alarm i zresetować licznik alarmu dotyczącego soli do zaprogramowanej wartości. W trakcie trwania alarmu dotyczącego soli regeneracje nie są przeprowadzane.

→ Napełnić zbiornik solanki solą.

Alarm mikroprzełącznika. Moduł nie może odnaleźć położenia pracy. W trakcie trwania alarmu mikroprzełącznika regeneracje nie są przeprowadzane.

На экране отображается надпись dX Y, где X – это день недели (от 1 до -7), а Y – вариант настройки (указанный день выбран для регенерации – вариант «1», указанный день не выбран для регенерации – вариант «0»).

H Выберите день с помощью кнопки , затем активируйте или деактивируйте

5 . Эксплуатация

5.1. Рекомендации

• Используйте только растворимую соль, предназначенную для умягчения воды в соответствии с EN973.

• Для оптимальной работы системы используйте очищенную соль (например, гранулированную).

• Не используйте техническую соль для плавления льда, соль в блоках или каменную соль.

• Процедура дезинфекции (с использованием жидкого хлора или метода электрохлорирования) из-за наличия хлора может привести к сокращению срока эксплуатации ионообменной смолы. Информацию о необходимых проверках можно найти в технических инструкциях производителя ионообменной смолы.

5.2. Ручная регенерация

Немедленная регенерация

A Нажмите кнопку и удерживайте ее в течение 5 секунд.

→ Появляется символ регенерации. → Кулачковый вал начинает вращаться для перехода к циклу C1.

6 . Сообщения об ошибках

Во время эксплуатации могут отображаться следующие сообщения об ошибках.

Солевая сигнализация, солевой бак пуст. Нажмите любую кнопку, чтобы квитировать эту сигнализацию и сбросить счетчик солевой сигнализации на запрограммированное значение. При активной солевой сигнализации регенерация не выполняется.

→ Заполните солевой бак солью.

Сигнализация микропереключателя. Модуль не может найти рабочее положение. При активной сигнализации микропереключателя регенерация не выполняется.

7 .Техническое обслуживание

Важные указания: 

Для правильной работы всех компонентов системы очистка и техническое обслуживание должны выполняться на регулярной основе с отметкой о выполнении необходимых процедур в журнале регистрации процедур технического обслуживания, приведенном в данном руководстве пользователя.

Техническое обслуживание должно осуществляться только квалифицированным специалистом. Несоблюдение этого требования может привести к аннулированию действия гарантии.

8 . Поиск и устранение неисправностей

Правила обращения за любой технической поддержкой:

→ Номер ошибки, отображаемой на контроллере.

или при отсутствии расхода соли.
