INTENDED USE
• This product is intended for use as a post filter for an RO
system with a tank.
• This product is intended for use on drinking water.
• This product is intended to remove both heterotrophic
bacteria and chlorine thereby ensuring complete taste
and odor removal from water coming from the RO system
storage tank.*
• This product is intended to ensure the aesthetics of
product water dispensed from an RO system storage tank.
• This product is not intended for use on systems where
the influent source to the RO system is known to be
microbiologically contaminated OR where the product
water is known to contain pathogenic microorganisms.
• This product is not intended to protect
immunocompromised users from skin contact or
ingestion-related illness.
• Membrane filtration provides 99.9999% reduction of
bacteria by mechanical means.*
• NSF/ANSI Standard 53 certified to reduce cysts such as
Cryptosporidium and Giardia by mechanical means.

INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS
Inline filter life depends upon the water volume used and
the substances present in the water source. Manufacturer
recommends changing the filter every 6 to 12 months or when
its capacity expires, whichever comes first.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Turn off incoming water supply and valve on the storage
tank. Place a tray under the system to catch any water that
spills during removal of the filter housing.

2. Open faucet to release pressure.
3. Unscrew fittings from both ends of existing post filter.
PRECAUTIONS
Do not use with water that is microbiologically
unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate
disinfection before or after the system.
Systems certified for cust reduction may be
used on disinfected waters that may contain
filterable cysts.
Filter must be protected against freezing, which
can cause cracking of the filter and water leakage.
NOTE: Substances reduced are not necessarily in your water.
NOTE: Keep this unit clean with soap and water. Do not use
