20A AC STAGE & TRUSS MOUNT PLUG BOARD
For safety it must be remembered when using the LINK output that the combined load of the 'Daisy Chained' units should not exceed 20A.
POWER INPUT SIDE
LINK OUTPUT SIDE
RED Neon Indicator
If the switch is in the reset position
and lit - this shows there should
be AC power to the board.
Should these Not be Lit then -
1st check the power is connected &
none of the outputs are being
overload
ed
Neutrik 20A 240V Blue
PowerCON input connector
For the full 20A usage the
right cable & supply
source should be used
Fitting a 13A plug will
de-rate this board
16A Trip Switch
for the 6 UK sockets
in the event of overload
this will cut the power
LINK OUTPUT is a grey 20A
PowerCON output connector
and is directly coupled
to the Power Input Socket
not via the breaker circuit
2 + PDU16-6UK can linked via the though link outputs to give 12 or more remote outputs with a TOTAL maximum working load of 20A
PLEASE NOTE THE MAIN INPUT SOCKET OF ANY CHAIN IS RATED
AT 20 AMPS
These boards are designed for indoor use and should
not be used in damp or wet conditions

TRIP SWITCH APPENDIX
These products are fitted with thermal circuit breaker/power switches with indicator as a fail safe and should not be used to determine excessive current drawer. These are not an RCD and do not function in the same way.
USERS OF THESE PDU'S SHOULD PRE-DETERMINE THE MAXIMUM SAFE LOAD AS INDICATED ON THE BACK OF THE UNIT.
PLEASE NOTE: An RCD is a safety switch that protects people from electrical shock; a circuit breaker protects the wiring
and electrical components attached to the unit.
In normal operation there will be peaks in the current draw and these switches allow for this, but will switch if the overload is continuous.
Technical Specification Calibration: Will continuously carry 100% of rating.
May trip between 101% and 134%, (they must trip at 135% of rating within one hour at +25°C See Chart) Dielectric Strength: 1,500VAC (60 seconds). Insulation Resistance: 100 megohms. Maximum Operating Voltage: 250VAC, 50/60 Hz.
These switches have the following certification approvals: UL 1077 , VDE 0642/EN60934, CCC & CE compliant.
