***PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE
ATTEMPTING TREATMENT USING THE PULSE PRO***

THE MAGNETIC FIELD INTESITIES GENERATED BY THE PULSE PRO ARE

CAPABLE OF DAMAGING MEMORY CARDS USED IN MANY PORTABLE
ELECTRONIC DEVICES. CARE MUST ALSO BE TAKEN WITH “SMART”
AUTOMOBILE KEYS, ELECTRONIC KEY-RING FOB'S AS WELL AS MAGNETIC
STRIPE DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS AND OTHER MAGNETIC MEDIA SUCH AS
VIDEO AND AUDIO TAPES. THESE ITEMS SHOULD BE REMOVED AT LEAST 6
FEET FROM THE TREATMENT COIL AND PULSE PRO UNIT WHEN IN USE.
METALLIC APPAREL, NECKLACES, BRACELETS, ETC. SHOULD BE REMOVED
DURING TREATMENT AS CURRENTS MAY BE INDUCED INTO THEM BY THE
MAGNETIC PULSE FROM THE TREATMENT COIL; FOR THE SAME REASON, A
BENCH, BED OR CHAIR FREE OF METALLIC OBJECTS SHOULD BE USED AS A
LOCATION FOR TREATMENT. TO AVOID UNDESIREABLE INTERACTION, CARE
MUST BE TAKEN NOT TO REST THE TREATMENT COIL ON OR WITHIN ONE
FOOT OF THE Pulse Pro CABINET WHILE IN OPERATION.

ALWAYS PLUG IN BOTH TREATMENT COIL CONNECTIONS BEFORE TURNING

MAIN POWER ON.
ALWAYS TURN MAIN POWER OFF BEFORE UNPLUGGING ANY TREAMENT COIL

CONNECTORS.

 INSERT BOTH TREATMENT COILS INTO THE SOCKETS like a key into a lock

and push all the way in and then twist clockwise (to the right) until a click is heard.

 POWER CORD plugs into the back of the Pulse Pro and plugs into a 117VAC wall

socket

 MAIN ON/OFF POWER SWITCH turns the Pulse Pro on and off.
 BLACK PULSE INTENSITY KNOB should always be turned CLOCKWISE to its

lowest level.

 GREEN BUTTON starts the treatment cycle (short press – less than 1 second), or

sets the countdown time (long press - greater than 1 second).

 RED BUTTON ends the treatment cycle manually. The treatment can also be ended

manually by switching the ON/OFF power switch to OFF.

 DIGITAL TIMER - begins counting down from the initial displayed time when the

green start button is pressed. The timer countdown may be reset manually by
pressing the red stop button at any time during the countdown. The default
countdown time is 3 minutes upon initial application of power using the main power
ON/OFF switch. The countdown time may be changed to either 6 minutes or 2
minutes by pressing and holding the green start button for more than one second.
To return to the default count down time of 3 minutes, either cycle the main power
on and off or press and hold the red stop button down for more than one second.

 PLACE THE TREATMENT COIL on the area to be treated. The closer the treatment

coil is to the affected area, the more intense the treatment will be. The treatment coil
may be placed over clothing, it does not have to touch the skin. ***CAUTION***

Please read and understand the section of this guide “CONTRADICTIONS AND
WARNINGS”.

 ADJUST PULSE INTENSITY - using the pulse intensity knob. Turning the knob

COUNTER CLOCKWISE - INCREASES- the pulse intensity. Turning the knob
CLOCKWISE (to the right) DECREASES the pulse intensity. Always start each

treatment at low intensity and then adjust the intensity to the level of comfort of the
patient. Magnetic field intensities are variable depending on the type of treatment
coil selected and the intensity knob setting. Patient sensitivities change from
treatment to treatment, it is recommended to keep a patent log containing

specific information such as coil type, relative intensity and treatment
duration.

*** CONTRADICTIONS AND WARNINGS ***

 Do not operate the Pulse Pro in areas where moisture is present. Do

not allow the treatment coil to come into contact with water or other
fluids during operation. Alcohol or anti bacterial wipes may be used to
clean the treatment coils, the surfaces must be dry prior to use.

 Patients with low blood pressure should be careful after treatment as

they could become dizzy for a few minutes after standing up after
treatment with the Pulse Pro.

 Do not treat patients with pacemakers or other implanted medical

devices.

 Do not treat pregnant patients.

Pulse Pro Maintenance
The PEMF Solutions Pulse Pro is designed to give years of maintenance

free operation, the following steps will ensure maximum product life.

 Protect the Pulse Pro and treatment coils from moisture and fluids, if

fluid should enter the Pulse Pro or treatment coil, turn of the power
immediately, disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet and
contact your dealer for repair or replacement.

 The cooling fan is located on the rear right panel of the Pulse Pro and

has a washable filter element accessible beneath a removable bezel.
In most cases, the filter may be dusted off, or gently vacuumed with a
soft brush attachment taking care not to suck the filter element from
the retaining bezel. If removal is necessary for cleaning, pry off the
bezel and gently wash the filter element in warm soapy water,
replacement elements are available from your dealer. Make sure that
the filter element is completely dry before re-installing it into the Pulse
Pro, Installation is the reverse order of removal. The bezel is a tight fit
in order to firmly hold the filter element in place.

 Use caution when operating the intensity knob near the minimum and

maximum stops, excessive rotational force applied to the knob after
contacting the stop may result in damage to the internal workings of
the intensity control. Gentle pressure is all that is required to achieve
minimum or maximum setting.

 The butterfly treatment coil provided with the Pulse Pro is designed for

flexibility but should not be separated to an angle of greater than 90
degrees from loop to loop. Care must be taken not to apply excessive
pulling force on the cables where they exit the connectors at the Pulse
Pro cabinet. If for some reason a cable should break or become
detached from a connector, immediately remove power from the Pulse
Pro and return the damaged treatment coil to a dealer for repair or
replacement.

 An hour meter is located on the rear panel of the Pulse Pro and logs

the total pulse time since manufacture, it is active only while in pulse
mode (after the green button is pressed), the display will be blank
under all other conditions. To read the total hours logged, operate the
Pulse Pro normally and view the reading on the hour meter. The
intensity knob may be turn fully clockwise to minimum while viewing
the hour meter.

 A fuse is located on the the back panel. In the unlikely event that the

fuse requires replacement, it should be replaced with a type AGC-3 (3
amp) fuse.

PEMF SOLUTIONS LIMITED WARRANTY

PEMF Solutions extends the following LIMITED WARRANTY to the original owner/purchaser
of this product as follows:

Warranty period - Three years from the date of initial sale.

1) If, within the specified warranty period, this product, or any part or portion thereof, shall prove

upon examination by PEMF Solutions, to be defective in material or workmanship, PEMF
Solutions will repair or replace such part or portion at PEMF Solutions option. The warranty
period on the repaired or replaced part or portion of this product shall be limited to the unexpired
term of the original warranty. The buyer shall be responsible for all shipping and transportation of
the product to PEMF Solutions for any performance under this warranty.

2) Conditions and Exceptions:

a) Any accident to this product, any misuse or abuse, alternation, use in modified form, or
any attempt to repair this product shall void this warranty. These conditions to the warranty
include, but are not limited to, incorrect power connections, physical damage due to
mechanical shock, exposure to moisture, and circuit modification.

b) SHOULD THIS PRODUCT PROVE DEFECTIVE FOLLOWING PURCHASE, THE
BUYER, NOT THE MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR, OR RETAILER, ASSUMES THE
ENTIRE COST OF ALL SERVICING OR REPAIR, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED
BY THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY.
c) FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS
PRODUCT, THE BUYER IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING DAMAGES. (1)THE
COST OF LABOR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE DEFECTIVE PARTS OR PORTIONS OF
THIS PRODUCT, AND (2) THE COST OF THE REPAIRED OR REPLACE PARTS OR
PORTIONS OF THIS PRODUCT.
d) NO OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES HAVE BEEN MADE OR WILL
BE MADE ON BEHALF OF PEMF Solutions WITH RESPECT TO THE
SALE,REPAIR,INSTALLATION, OPERATION, OR REPLACEMENT OF THIS
PRODUCT. PEMF Solutions DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OF THIS PRODUCT OR ITS FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE, AND
THE BUYER AGREES THAT THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD “AS IS” AND THAT THE
ENTIRE RISK OF QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT IS WITH THE
BUYER, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY THE TERMS OF THIS
WARRANTY.

e) Some states/jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations of incidental or
consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

f) If you do not wish to be bound by any of the provisions in this warranty, please return the
product(s) immediately.
