Pelco Expert Services offer that specialized support in a custom­tailored package that is easy to order. This fee-based high-level support can be acknowledged as a value-added benefit to end-users. The combined knowledge of skilled integrators and Pelco’s dedicated and well-trained Expert Service engineers ensure successful and effective video security installations.
System Upgrades
When migrating from analog to IP or next generation systems, System Upgrades offers assistance by evaluating your existing systems and providing an upgrade path for hardware and system requirements.
System Commissioning
In security, system commissioning is the most critical part of an installation. First and foremost it reassures customers that a system meets the requirements and functionality as originally specified, and that the physical part of the installation is secure and conforms to standards. System Commissioning provides inspection, testing, and verification services to ensure that products, services and systems meet quality, safety and performance to specifications.
Remote System User-Specific Configuration Support
Remote System User-Specific Configuration Support service assistance provides the same level of service as System User­Specific Configuration services but is performed through network
connectivity from Pelco by Schneider Electric Technical Center for Digital Sentry and Endura products. The service offers the system integrators with a final configuration of their system based on the site requirements of the customer. System configuration includes the naming of cameras, creating rights and privileges, setting up alarm configurations, configuring analytics profiles for specific cameras, configuring maps, and optimizing system performance.
First Project Support
First Project Support provides step-by-step support to walk
through the first project with Pelco by Schneider Electric. Pelco offers a complete end-to-end service for design and verification of IP/ analog based systems as per customer’s specification. Service includes system level design, software and hardware implementation, and delivery of a fully-verified system.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICING
• All services are charged at a daily rate, with a one-day minimum.
• All prices are non-discountable, with the exception of customer participation in Partner Loyalty Programs.
• Travel and expenses are charged separately based on actual costs, daily per diem, and hotel stays at the going rate for the location for standard hotels.
SCHEDULING
• Trips are based on schedules mutually agreed upon by Pelco by Schneider Electric and the system integrator. Advance notice is encouraged for best scheduling and lowest travel costs.
• Cancellations are subject to a fee.
• Standard working hours are defined as 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Services requested outside standard working hours are subject to a fee. Advanced notice is required for all Expert Service deployments.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Work is to be performed as outlined in the Statement of Work.
• Final sign-off is required by the system integrator.
• Further maintenance of the system is the responsibility of the system integrator unless additional service is purchased.
SYSTEM INTEGRATOR RESPONSIBILITY
The System Integrator is responsible for the following aspects of any customer installation:
• Installation of all components of the system including UPS, network switches, and cameras.
• All cable routing and dressing of cables.
• All environmental conditions including air conditioning, cleanliness, and safety.
• A thorough understanding of the system performance requirements of the end customer.
• Arrange to have a certified technician on-site to assist the Pelco field service provider.
