• Make sure that the supporting surface will safely support the combined load of the equipment and all attached
hardware and components.
• Never exceed the Maximum Load Capacity of 500 lb (227 kg).
• Always use an assistant or mechanical lifting equipment to safely lift and position equipment.
• Tighten screws firmly , but do not overtighten. Overtightening can damage the items, greatly reducing their holding
power.

Slide left screen mount tube (A) over right foot

assembly (D). Fasten using two M10 screws with
lock washers & flat washers (K) as shown.
Repeat for left foot assembly (C).

Attach two horizontal supports (E) to left foot
assembly (D) using eight 1/4-20 x 1/2"
phillips screws (J), 1/4"SAE flat washers (I)
and 1/4" split washers (H).

Attach right foot assembly (C) to horizontal

supports (E) using eight 1/4-20 x 1/2" phillips
screws (J), 1/4" SAE flat washers (I) and 1/4"
split washers (H).

Place horizontal tube supports (E) between

screen mount tubes (A and B). Attach
horizontal tubes (E) using sixteen 1/4-20 x 1/2"
phillips screws (J), 1/4"SAE flat washers (I)
and 1/4" split washers (H).

Attach four casters (P) to left and right foot
assemblies (C and D) using sixteen M8 x 25 mm

pan phillips screws (M), split washers (O) and
5/16" SAE flat washers (N).

Attach back plate (F) to the back of horizontal
tubes (E) with six 1/4-20 x 1/2" phillips screws
(J), 1/4" SAE flat washers (I) and 1/4" split
washers (H).

Thread eight M10 screws with lock washers and

flat washers (K) into right screen tube (B) and
left screen tube (A) leaing 1/8' gap as shown in
detail 1.

Attach two adapter brackets (L) to screen using

eight M16 x 30 mm socket head screws (Q)
and eight 1/2" flat washers (R).

Hook screen into exposed M10 screws with

lock washers & flat washers (K) of left and
right screen mount tubes (A and B). Secure
all screws.
SCREEN
Attach two caps (G) to the ends of left and right

screen mount assemblies (A and B). Use four
M10 screws with lock washers and flat washers
(K) screw to secure two adapter bracket (L).
