How to adjust your Sanpera pedal toe-switch
A
B
Peavey Sanpera I and Sanpera II foot controllers are factory calibrated for optimum perfor-
mance. However, you may wish to adjust it to your personal preferences if you nd the switch
too easy or too hard to engage.
First of all, make sure that you unplug the Sanpera from the amplier so that no electricity will
be present in the pedal. The adjustment screw (A) is mounted on a paddle underneath the
pedal, which allows actuation of switch (B) without breaking the switch if you press too hard.
To access it, you have to remove the bottom of the pedalboard.
Adjust the screw (A) by backing it out a little if you feel the switch is too hard to engage. If
you think the pedal is too easy to engage, then tighten the screw just a little, and then test it to
see if it works better. Make small adjustments, a quarter turn or so at a time. To test, put the
bottom cover back in place without screws and try the pedal for proper switch actuation.
Note: Be sure and test with the Sanpera on a hard surface, not soft carpet. Carpet may cause
the pedal to seem harder to switch, since the pedal board may sink in rather than allowing the
switch to engage.
