Peak Tri-Wheeled Walker is warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for twelve months from the date of purchase. This device was built to exacting standards and carefully inspected prior to packing and shipping. This
warranty is an expression of our condence in the materials, our workmanship and
an assurance of the same to our customers. In the event of a defect covered by this
warranty, we will at our option supply parts or replace the unit.
This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner’s misuse or negligence or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not extend to nondurable components such as wheels and brakes which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Do not use the wheeled walker as a seat or attempt to sit on the tray or basket.
• A risk assessment should always be carried out to ensure the product is suit­able.
• Ensure all components are properly and securely installed.
Ensure the user has su󰀩cient strength to safely operate and control the wheeled walker and hand brakes.
• Do not exceed the maximum recommended working load.
• Avoid storing the wheeled walker in direct sunlight; handles or parts exposed to sunlight will heat up and may cause injury to the skin.
• Do not place more than 5 kilograms of shopping or other items into the shop­ping basket or tray.
Use only on designated footpaths or walkways; do not use on roads, streets or highways.
Do not use the wheeled walker on any incline greater than 9 degrees, or on a
slope with water, ice or snow covering.
• Use caution when traversing kerbs or obstacles as this may cause the wheeled walker to tip over and cause bodily harm or damage to the walker or the user
INSTUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY
To open the walker, hold the two sides of the frame in both hands and push them away from each other. To ensure the frame is held in the open position push the locking mechanism in the centre from the handle to lock it open.
• Adjust the handle bars to desired height and secure the handle bars with the height adjustment knobs.
• Hook the basket onto the hooks in front of your Walker just under the height adjustment knob.
REGULAR MAINTENANCE
• Keep the brake handles clean for smooth operation.
• If the brakes feel loose or do not stop properly the cable needs tightening.
To adjust the cable, tighten the screw where the cable connects to the handle to the desired tension.
• Regularly check all the bolts and screws are properly tightened.
• Keep the wheels clean.
• Replace the wheels if worn or damaged.
When cleaning the Walker use soapy water and a soft cloth, abrasive cleaners and cloths can scratch the surfaces.
OPERATING THE BRAKES
To stop the Tri-Wheeled Walker, gently squeeze the brake levers until the walk- er comes to a complete stop.
To lock the brakes, push down on the brake levers until they click. To release
the brake lock, pull up on the brake lever until the lock disengages
