The PCR Max qPCR Kit for Escherichia coli_O104:H4 (E.coli_0104:H4) genomes is
designed for the in vitro quantification of E.coli_0104:H4 genomes. The kit is designed to
have the broadest detection profile possible whilst remaining specific to the E.coli_0104:
H4 genome.

The primers and probe sequences in this kit have 100% homology with a broad range of
E.coli_0104:H4 sequences based on a comprehensive bioinformatics analysis.
