1 Montage der Isolierung [Fachmann]
Lesen Sie diese Anleitung vor der Installation und Inbetriebnahme sorgfältig durch.
Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung zum späteren Gebrauch in der Nähe der Anlage auf.
Die Montage der Isolierung des HeatBloC K33 sollte in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge
ausgeführt werden, um die Isolierung nicht zu beschädigen.
Achtung: Bringen Sie zuerst den Pumpenstecker an der Pumpe an.
Eine andere Montagereihenfolge kann zur Beschädigung der Isolierung führen.
1. Führen Sie die Isolierung von unten am
Pumpenkabel vorbei.
2. Achten Sie auf den Thermostatkopf, der
durch die Öffnung der Isolierschale
hindurch geführt werden soll.

Die mit [Fachmann] bezeichneten Kapitel richten sich ausschließlich an den Fachhandwerker.

3. Kippen Sie die Isolierung schräg an, so
dass die untere Kante der Isolierschale
über den Verteiler gleitet.
4. Drücken Sie vorsichtig den unteren Teil der
Isolierung des HeatBloCs in die hintere
Isolierschale, bis sie einrastet.
5. Stecken Sie das beiliegende rechteckige
Isolierungselement in die Öffnung am
Thermostatkopf hinein.
6. Das Isolierungselement soll gleichmäßig
mit der Isolierschale abschließen.

7. Schieben Sie die vordere und hintere
Isolierschale zum Verteiler zusammen,
bis sie einrastet.
8. Die Montage der Isolierung ist jetzt
abgeschlossen.

2 Demontage der Isolierung [Fachmann]
Die Demontage der Isolierung des HeatBloC K33 sollte in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge
ausgeführt werden, um die Isolierung nicht zu beschädigen.
Achtung: Der Pumpenstecker kann nur bei entfernter unterer Isolierschale des HeatBloCs
abgenommen werden! Andernfalls wird ggf. die Isolierung beschädigt.
1. Ziehen Sie die vordere Isolierschale des
Verteilers ab.
2. Schieben Sie die hintere Isolierschale so
weit es geht nach hinten.
3. Drücken Sie vorsichtig das Isolierungselement
in die Öffnung hinein, bis es sich hinter dem
Thermostatkopf befindet.

4. Ziehen Sie den unteren Teil der Isolierung
des HeatBloCs nach vorne.
Fassen Sie dabei links und rechts an den
Seiten der Isolierschale an.
5. Kippen Sie die Isolierung schräg an, so
dass die untere Kante der Isolierschale
über den Verteiler gleitet.
6. Ziehen Sie die Isolierung nach unten am
Pumpenkabel vorbei.
7. Der Pumpenstecker kann nun entfernt
werden.

Bevor Sie die demontierte untere Isolierung wieder anbringen, ziehen Sie das rechteckige
Isolierungselement von dem Thermostatkopf ab.

Carefully read these instructions before installation and commissioning.
Save these instructions in the vicinity of the installation for future reference.
The mounting of the insulation of the HeatBloC K33 must be carried out
in a specific sequence in order to avoid damages of the insulation.
Attention: Connect the pump plug to the pump first.
Another mounting sequence can cause damage to the insulation.
1. Pass the insulation from below along
the pump cable.
2. Observe the thermostatic head which
must be lead through the opening of
the insulating shell.

The chapters called [specialist] are intended for specialists only.

3. Incline the insulation such that the lower
edge of the insulating shell glides over the
distribution manifold.
4. Carefully press the lower part of the
insulation of the HeatBloC into the
insulating back shell until it snaps
into place.
5. Put the enclosed rectangular insulation
element into the opening at the
thermostatic head.
6. The insulation element must be
consistently flush with the insulating shell.

7. Push the insulating front and back shell
of the distribution manifold together until
it snaps into place.
8. The mounting of the insulation is
now completed.

2 Dismounting of the insulation [specialist]
The dismounting of the insulation of the HeatBloC K33 must be carried out in a specific
sequence in order to avoid damages of the insulation.
Attention: The pump plug can only be removed if the lower insulating shell of the HeatBloC
has been taken off before! Otherwise there is a risk of causing damage to the insulation.
1. Remove the insulating front shell
of the distribution manifold.
2. Push the insulating back shell
backwards as much as possible.
3. Carefully press the insulation element into
the opening until it is placed behind the
thermostatic head.

4. Pull the lower part of the insulation of the
HeatBloC forward by holding the insulating
shell on the left and right side.
5. Incline the insulation such that the lower
edge of the insulating shell glides over
the distribution manifold.
6. Pull the insulation downward along
the pump cable.
7. The pump plug can now be removed.

Before fixing the dismounted lower insulation again, pull the rectangular insulation element off
from the thermostatic head.

Lea cuidadosamente este manual antes de la instalación y puesta en servicio.
Guarde este manual cerca de la instalación.
El montaje del aislamiento del HeatBloC K33 debe ser realizado en un orden determinado
para no dañar el aislamiento.
Atención: Primero enchufe el conector de la bomba en la bomba. Un otro orden de montaje
puede provocar daños del aislamiento.
1. Pase el aislamiento de abajo ladeándolo
detrás del cable de la bomba.
2. Preste atención al cabezal del termóstato,
que debe pasar por la abertura del
aislamiento.

Los capítulos identificados con [técnico] están dirigidos exclusivamente a instaladores especializados.

3. Ladee el aislamiento transversalmente de
modo que el borde inferior de la cápsula
aislante desliza por el distribuidor.
4. Presione con cuidad el parte inferior del
aislamiento del HeatBloC en la cápsula
aislante trasera hasta que encajen.
5. Introduzca la pieza de aislamiento de
forma rectangular adjunto en la abertura
en el cabezal del termóstato.
6. La pieza de aislamiento debe acabar
uniformemente a ras de la cápsula aislante
inferior.

7. Junte la cápsula aislante delantera y
trasera en el distribuidor hasta que encajen.
8. Ahora el montaje del aislamiento está
concluido.

2 Desmontaje del aislamiento [técnico]
El desmontaje del aislamiento del HeatBloC K33 debe ser realizado en un orden determinado
para no dañar el aislamiento.
Atención: El conector de la bomba debe ser desenchufado sólo en caso de cápsula aislante
inferior quitada. Por el contrario se puede dañar el aislamiento.
1. Remueva la cápsula aislante delantera
del distribuidor.
2. Empuje la cápsula aislante trasera lo
más posible hacia atrás.
3. Presione con cuidad la pieza de aislamiento
en la abertura hasta que se encuentra debajo
del cabezal del termóstato.

4. Retire el parte inferior del aislamiento del
HeatBloC hacia delante. Coja en el lado
izquierdo y derecho de la caja del
aislamiento.
5. Ladee el aislamiento transversalmente de
modo que el borde inferior de la cápsula
aislante desliza por el distribuidor.
6. Saque el aislamiento detrás del cable de la
bomba de abajo hacia adelante.
7. Ahora puede desenchufar el conector de la
bomba.

Retire la pieza de aislamiento de forma rectangular del cabezal del termóstato antes de montar
de nuevo el aislamiento inferior desmontado.

Lisez attentivement toutes les instructions de la présente notice avant de procéder à
l'installation et à la mise en service. Gardez cette notice à proximité de l'installation
pour vous y référer ultérieurement.
Le montage de l'isolation du HeatBloC K33 doit être effectué dans un ordre précis
afin d'éviter l'endommagement de l'isolation.
Attention : Branchez d'abord la fiche de la pompe dans la pompe.
Un autre ordre de montage peut causer l'endommagement de l'isolation.
1. Passez l'isolation par le bas à côté du câble
de la pompe.
2. Attention à la tête thermostatique qui
doit être passée à travers l'ouverture
de la coque isolante.

Les chapitres avec la désignation [Expert] sont destinés exclusivement au personnel qualifié.

3. Inclinez l'isolation de manière à ce que le
bord inférieur de la coque isolante glisse
sur le collecteur.
4. Poussez prudemment la partie inférieure de
l'isolation du HeatBloC dans la coque
isolante arrière jusqu'à ce que cette
dernière s'enclenche.
5. Mettez l'élément isolant rectangulaire joint
dans l'ouverture autour de la tête
thermostatique.
6. L'élément isolant doit former une ligne
avec la coque isolante.

7. Appuyez les coques isolantes avant et
arrière du collecteur l'une contre l'autre
jusqu'à ce qu'elles s'enclenchent.
8. Le montage de l'isolation est maintenant
terminé.

2 Démontage de l'isolation [Expert]
Le démontage de l'isolation du HeatBloC K33 doit être effectué dans un ordre précis
afin d'éviter l'endommagement de l'isolation.
Attention : La fiche de la pompe peut uniquement être retirée si la coque isolante inférieure
du HeatBloC a été démontée ! Sinon il y a un risque d'endommagement de l'isolation.
1. Retirez la coque isolante avant du
collecteur.
2. Poussez la coque isolante arrière le plus
possible vers l'arrière.
3. Poussez prudemment l'élément isolant dans
l'ouverture jusqu'à ce qu'il se trouve derrière
la tête thermostatique.

4. Tirez la partie inférieure de l'isolation du
HeatBloC vers l'avant.
Pour ce faire, prenez la coque isolante aux
côtés gauche et droit.
5. Inclinez l'isolation de manière à ce que le
bord inférieur de la coque isolante glisse
sur le collecteur.
6. Tirez l'isolation vers le bas à côté du câble
de la pompe.
7. La fiche de la pompe peut maintenant
être retirée.

Avant de monter à nouveau l'isolation inférieure démontée, retirez l'élément isolant
rectangulaire de la tête thermostatique.

Leggere attentamente le presenti istruzioni prima dell'installazione e della messa in
funzione. Conservare le istruzioni presso l'impianto per una successiva consultazione.
Il montaggio dell’isolamento dell'HeatBloC K33 va eseguito in una determinata sequenza,
in modo da escludere danni all’isolamento stesso.
Attenzione: Innanzitutto applicare sulla pompa l’apposita spina.
Sequenze di montaggio differenti possono causare danni all’isolamento.
1. Introdurre l’isolamento dal basso passando
accanto al cavo della pompa.
2. Prestare attenzione alla testa del
termostato che deve essere passata
attraverso l'apertura del guscio
termoisolante.

I capitoli indicati dalla scritta [esperto] si rivolgono esclusivamente agli specialisti del settore.

3. Inclinare l’isolamento portandolo in
posizione obliqua, di modo che il bordo
inferiore del guscio termoisolante scorra
sopra al collettore.
4. Premere cautamente la parte inferiore
dell’isolamento dell'HeatBloC nel guscio
termoisolante posteriore, in modo che scatti
in posizione.
5. Introdurre la parte isolante rettangolare
fornita all'interno nell'apertura sulla testa del
termostato.
6. La parte isolante dovrebbe chiudersi
uniformemente con il guscio termoisolante
inferiore.

7. Spingere il guscio termoisolante anteriore e
posteriore uno verso l’altro in direzione del
collettore finché si bloccano in posizione.
8. Il montaggio dell'isolamento è ora terminato.

Lo smontaggio dell’isolamento dell'HeatBloC K33 va eseguito in una determinata sequenza,
in modo da escludere danni all’isolamento stesso.
Attenzione: Il connettore della pompa può essere rimosso solamente con il guscio termoisolante
inferiore dell’HeatBloC rimosso! Altrimenti l’isolamento può eventualmente subire dei danni.
1. Rimuovere il guscio termoisolante
anteriore del collettore.
2. Spingere il guscio termoisolante
posteriore più indietro possibile.
3. Premere cautamente la parte isolante
nell'apertura, fino a che si trovi sotto la testa
del termostato.

4. Staccare la parte inferiore dell’isolamento
dell’HeatBloC tirandola in avanti e
afferrando i lati sinistro e destro del guscio
termoisolante.
5. Inclinare l’isolamento portandolo in
posizione obliqua, di modo che il bordo
inferiore del guscio termoisolante scorra
sopra al collettore.
6. Staccare l’isolamento verso il basso
passando davanti al cavo della pompa.
7. Ora il connettore della pompa può essere
rimosso.

Prima di montare nuovamente l'isolamento inferiore smontato, staccare la parte isolante
rettangolare dalla testa del termostato.
