Congratulations on the purchase of your new appliance. You have
selected a high-quality product. The operating instructions are part of
this product. They contain important information about safety, usage
and disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise yourself
with all operating and safety instructions. Use the product only as
described and for the range of applications specified. Please also
pass these operating instructions on to any future owner.
Intended use
This appliance is intended for electronic soldering for leisure and DIY
purposes. It is designed for applications such as soldering, welding
of plastics and the application of ornamentation. Use this product
only as described and for the areas of applications specified. The
appliance is not intended for commercial use. Any other usage of or
modification to the appliance is deemed to be improper and carries
a significant risk of accidents. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage(s) attributable to misuse.

WARNING!

The soldering station is suitable for indoor use only.
■
This appliance may be used by children aged
8 years and above and by persons with limited
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge, provided that they
are under supervision or have been told how to
use the appliance safely and are aware of the
potential risks. Do not allow children to use the
appliance as a plaything. Cleaning and user
maintenance tasks may not be carried out by
children unless they are supervised.

■ To avoid potential risks, damaged mains cables
should be replaced by the manufacturer, their
customer service department or a similarly
qualified person.
CAUTION - ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD!
Do not use the soldering station if the handle,
the mains cable or the plug are damaged.
Never open the appliance!
Remaining risks
■ RISK OF BURNS! Do not touch the heated soldering tip or the
molten solder. There is a risk of being burnt. Always allow the
appliance to cool down completely before changing components,
cleaning or checking it.
■ After work, allow the soldering iron to cool down in the air only.
Do not attempt to quench it with water.
■ CAUTION! RISK OF FIRE! Use only the special multi-functional
holder or another fireproof surface when putting down the soldering iron.
■ During breaks in work, the soldering iron must be placed in the
multi-functional holder.
■ Keep the appliance away from flammable material.
■ Never leave a switched-on appliance unsupervised.
■ CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY! Keep your hands away from the
heated workpiece. The heat can be emitted through the workpiece.
■ Avoid contact between the hot soldering tip and the plastic parts
of the multi-functional holder. Otherwise, the appliance might be
damaged.

■ In case of danger, remove the plug from the socket immediately.
■ CAUTION! RISK OF POISONING! Avoid inhaling vapours!
■ During work over an extended period in which hazardous vapours
can be created, always ensure sufficient ventilation of the workplace. In addition, protective gloves, a face mask and work apron
are recommended.
■ Avoid eating, drinking and smoking in rooms where soldering work
is taking place.
Otherwise, lead residues on your hands might contaminate the
food or cigarettes and be absorbed into your body.
■ Always wash your hands thoroughly after soldering.
■ Do not dispose of solder waste in normal domestic waste! Solder
■ waste should be disposed of with hazardous waste.
Before use
Fitting the coil spring
♦ Push the bracket of the coil spring up to the stop into the
slot provided on the soldering station (see fold out page).
Inserting/replacing the soldering tip
CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS!
► Never heat the soldering iron
without a soldering tip .
■ The soldering tip may only be removed when the appliance is
switched off and the soldering tip is cooled down.
■ The soldering tip has a screw thread and can thus be removed
quickly from the soldering iron.
♦ Unscrew the soldering tip anticlockwise.
♦ Screw the soldering tip in clockwise.

Operation
Switching on/off and setting the temperature
Switching on and setting the temperature:
♦ Plug the mains plug into an appropriate wall socket and press
the ON/OFF switch
to position "I".
♦ Turn the temperature control
to set the desired temperature.
NOTE
► Remove the protective cap from the soldering tip
.
► Before using the soldering station for the first time and also before
using a new soldering tip, the soldering tip
must be tinned.
NOTE
► The prerequisite for perfect soldering is to use appropriate
solder. Furthermore, it is not possible to make perfect soldered
joints unless the correct soldering temperature is used. If the
soldering temperature is too low, the solder is not sufficiently
fluid and causes dirty solder joints (so-called cold solder joints).
If the soldering temperature is too high, the soldering agent can
burn and the solder does not flow. In addition, the materials to
be processed can be destroyed.
Use the temperature settings below for the most common applications.
These may vary depending on the solder/manufacturer.
Level "Min" = room temperature
Level 1 = approx. 100°C – warm-up level and for solders with
correspondingly low melting point
Level 2 = 200°C melting point of the most frequently used soft
solders

Level 3 = 300°C normal operation, e.g. when using lead-free solder
Level 4 = 400°C high soldering temperature, e.g. for de-soldering
small solder joints
Level 5 = 500°C maximum soldering temperature, e.g. for
de-soldering larger solder joints
Switching off:
NOTE
► After use, always replace the soldering iron
in the coil
spring .
♦ Move the ON/OFF switch
to position "0". Always remove
the plug from the socket when not in use.
Soldering sponge
CAUTION!
► The hot soldering tip
must never come into contact with a
dry soldering sponge . Otherwise, the soldering sponge
can be damaged.
NOTE
►
The soldering sponge is used to clean the soldering tip.
► Dampen the soldering sponge before use.

Soldering
Vapours can lead to headaches and fatigue if inhaled.
■ The soldering iron has a rated power output of 48 watts and is
ideal for electronic solders.
■ Its design makes it especially suitable for difficult-to-access and
fine soldering work.
♦ Clean the soldering tip
on the moist soldering sponge .
♦ After cleaning, the soldering tip must be tinned. Tin the hot
soldering iron tip by melting the solder
.
♦ Guide the soldering tip to the solder joint and heat it.
♦ Place the solder (with flux) between the solder joint and soldering
tip to melt it.
♦ Keep feeding in solder until the entire solder joint is covered.
♦ Then withdraw the soldering tip immediately to prevent over-
heating the molten solder.
♦ Allow the solder to harden and avoid vibrations.
NOTE
► The flux is either included in the solder or applied separately.
When buying the solder, ask about its use and the appropriate
flux.

Maintenance and cleaning
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! Always pull the
plug out of the socket and let the appliance
cool down before you carry out any work
on the appliance.
■ Always clean the appliance after completion of work.
■ To clean the housing, use a cloth and a mild detergent if necessary.
■ Never use sharp objects, petrol, solvents or cleaning agents that
can damage plastic.
■ Do not allow any liquids to get into the interior of the appliance.
NOTE
► You can order spare parts (such as solder tips) via our service
hotline.
Disposal
Disposal of the appliance
The packaging is made from environmentally friendly
material and can be disposed of at your local recycling
plant.
Do not dispose of power tools in your normal
household waste!
European Directive 2012/19/EU requires that worn-out power
tools be collected separately and recycled in an environmentally
compatible manner.
Your local community or municipal authorities can provide information on how to dispose of the worn-out appliance.

Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase.
If this product has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory
rights. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The validity period of the warranty starts from the date of purchase.
Please keep your original receipt in a safe place. This document will
be required as proof of purchase.
If any material or production fault occurs within three years of the
date of purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the
product for you at our discretion. This warranty service is dependent
on you presenting the defective appliance and the proof of purchase
(receipt) and a short written description of the fault and its time of
occurrence.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be
repaired or replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product
does not signify the beginning of a new warranty period.
Warranty period and statutory claims for defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under the
warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired components.
Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase must be
reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to a fee.

Scope of the warranty
This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality guidelines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty
does not extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear
or fragile parts such as switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts
made of glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the product regarding proper use of the product are
to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that are discouraged in the
operating instructions or which are warned against must be avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial
purposes. The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or
improper handling, use of force and modifications / repairs which
have not been carried out by one of our authorised Service centres.

To ensure quick processing of your case, please observe the following instructions:
■ Please have the till receipt and the item number (e.g. IAN
12345) available as proof of purchase.
■ You will find the item number on the type plate, an engraving on
the front page of the instructions (bottom left), or as a sticker on
the rear or bottom of the appliance.
■ If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service
department listed either by telephone or by e-mail.
■ You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the ser-
vice address that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose
the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what the
defect is and when it occurred.

vrlo kvalitetan proizvod. Upute za uporabu sastavni su dio ovog
proizvoda. One sadrže važne napomene za sigurnost, rukovanje
i zbrinjavanje. Prije uporabe proizvoda upoznajte se sa svim napomenama za rukovanje i sa svim sigurnosnim napomenama. Proizvod
koristite isključivo na opisani način i u navedenim područjima uporabe. U slučaju predaje proizvoda trećim osobama, priložite i također
predajte i svu dokumentaciju.
Namjenska uporaba
Uređaj je predviđen za lemljenje elektronike u slobodno vrijeme
i uradi-sam okruženjima. Uređaj je pritom namijenjen za primjene
kao što su lemljenje, lijepljenje plastike zavarivanjem i ukrašavanje.

Stanicu za lemljenje ne koristite kada su ručka,
mrežni kabel ili utikač oštećeni. Nikada ne
otvarajte uređaj!
Preostali rizici
■ OPASNOST OD OPEKLINA! Nikada ne dirajte zagrijani vrh
lemilice ili rastopljeni lem. Postoji opasnost od opeklina! Prije promjene komponenti, čišćenja ili provjere, uređaj obavezno uvijek
ostavite da se ohladi.
■ Finu lemilicu nakon rada ostavite da se ohladi na zraku. Ni u kom
slučaju ne hladite vodom!
■ OPREZ! OPASNOST OD POŽARA! Za odlaganje vruće lemilice
koristite isključivo specijalni višenamjenski nosač ili drugu vatrostalnu podlogu.
■ Tijekom pauzi u radu, fina lemilica se mora odložiti u višenamjen-
ski nosač.
■ Uređaj držite dalje od zapaljivih materijala.
■ Uključen uređaj nikada ne ostavljajte bez nadzora.
■ OPREZ! OPASNOST OD OZLJEDA! Ruke držite podalje od
zagrijanih izradaka. Toplina se može prenijeti kroz izradak.

višenamjenskog nosača. U protivnom može doći do oštećenja
uređaja.
■ U slučaju opasnosti odmah izvucite utikač iz utičnice.
■ OPREZ! OPASNOST OD TROVANJA! Pare držite podalje od
zone udisanja.
■ Prilikom dužih radova, prilikom kojih nastaju po zdravlje opasna
isparavanja, uvijek se pobrinite za dostatno provjetravanje radionice. Dodatno se preporučuju zaštitne rukavice, zaštita za usta,
kao i radna pregača.
■ Izbjegavajte jesti, piti i pušiti u prostorijama u kojima se lemi.
U protivnom se tragovi olova na rukama mogu prenijeti putem
hrane ili cigareta i dospjeti u ljudski organizam.
■ Nakon lemljenja uvijek temeljito operite ruke.
■ Otpad od lemljenja nikada ne bacajte u kućno smeće!
Otpad od lemljenja je poseban otpad.

Montiranje spiralne opruge
♦ Luk spiralne opruge gurnite do graničnika u za to predviđeni
otvor na stanici za lemljenje (vidi isklopnu stranicu).
Umetanje/promjena vrha lemilice
POZOR! OPASNOST OD OPEKLINA!
► Lemilicu
nikada ne zagrijavajte bez vrha .
■ Vrh lemilice smije se skinuti samo ako je uređaj isključen i ohlađen.
■ Vrh lemilice ima navoj pomoću kojeg se vrh može brzo i jedno-
stavno zamijeniti.
♦ Vrh lemilice odvijte u smjeru suprotnom od smjera kazaljke na
satu.
♦ Vrh lemilice zategnite u smjeru kazaljke na satu.

Puštanje u pogon
Uključivanje / isključivanje i podešavanje
temperature
Uključivanje i podešavanje temperature:
♦ Utaknite mrežni utikač u prikladnu mrežnu utičnicu i pritisnite
prekidač za uključivanje/isključivanje
u položaj „I“.
♦ Okrenite regulator temperature
i na taj način podesite
željenu temperaturu.
NAPOMENA
► Prije uporabe skinite zaštitnu kapu s vrha lemilice
.
► Prije prve uporabe stanice za lemljenje i prilikom uporabe no-
vog vrha lemilice, vrh lemilice najprije treba obložiti lemom.

NAPOMENA
► Pretpostavka za besprijekorno lemljenje je uporaba prikladne
žice za lemljenje. Osim toga, savršeni spojevi lemljenjem mogu
se postići samo ako je postignuta ispravna temperatura za
lemljenje. Ako je temperatura preniska, lem neće biti dovoljno
tekuć, što uzrokuje nečiste spojeve (tzv. hladne spojeve). Previsoka temperatura spalit će lemljena mjesta i lem se neće razliti.
Osim toga se mogu oštetiti materijali koji se obrađuju.
U nastavku navodimo postavke temperature za najčešće vrste uporabe. Moguće su razlike ovisno o lemu / proizvođaču.
Stupanj min = sobna temperatura
Stupanj 1 = oko 100 °C – stupanj zagrijavanja i za lem s odgovaraju-
ćom niskom temperaturom tališta
Stupanj 2 = 200 °C temperatura tališta najčešće korištenog mekog
lema
Stupanj 3 = 300 °C normalni način rada, npr. prilikom korištenja
bezolovnog lema
Stupanj 4 = 400 °C visoka temperatura, npr. za odlemljivanje
manjih zalemljenih spojeva
Stupanj 5 = 500 °C maksimalna temperatura, npr. za odlemljivanje
većih zalemljenih spojeva

Isključivanje:
NAPOMENA
► Vratite lemilicu
nakon svake uporabe u spiralnu oprugu .
♦ Prekidač UKLJ/ISKLJ
pritisnite u položaj „0“.
Kada se uređaj ne koristi, izvucite utikač iz utičnice.
Spužvica za čišćenje lemilice
POZOR!
► Vrući vrh lemilice
nikada ne smije doći u dodir sa suhom
spužvicom za čišćenje lemilice . U protivnom može doći do
oštećenja spužvice.
NAPOMENA
► Spužvica služi za čišćenje vrha lemilice.

Lemljenje
Pare u slučaju udisanja mogu, između ostalog, uzrokovati
glavobolje i umor.
■ Lemilica nazivne snage 48 W idealna je za lemljenje elektronike.
■ Zbog svog je oblika posebno prikladna za teško dostupna mjesta
i fino lemljenje.
♦ Vrh lemilice
očistite na vlažnoj spužvici .
♦ Nakon čišćenja, vrh lemilice treba obložiti lemom. Vrh lemilice
obložite lemom taljenjem male količine žice za lemljenje
.
♦ Stavite vrh lemilice na mjesto koje želite zalemiti i zagrijte ga.
♦ Žicu za lemljenje (s pastom) stavite između mjesta koje treba
zalemiti i vrha lemilice kako bi se rastalila.
♦ Nastavite dodavati žicu za lemljenje sve dok cijelo mjesto nije
obloženo lemom.
♦ Nakon toga odmah odmaknite vrh lemilice kako se rastaljeni
lem ne bi pregrijao.
♦ Ostavite da se lem stvrdne i izbjegavajte vibracije.
NAPOMENA
► Pasta za lemljenje se može već nalaziti u žici ili se koristi po-
sebno. Prilikom kupnje raspitajte se o vrsti uporabe i prikladnoj
žici za lemljenje.

Održavanje i čišćenje
UPOZORENJE! OPASNOST OD OZLJEDA! Prije
radova na uređaju uvijek izvucite mrežni utikač
iz utičnice i ostavite uređaj da se ohladi.
■ Uređaj očistite nakon završetka rada.
■ Za čišćenje kućišta koristite krpu i eventualno blago sredstvo za
čišćenje.
■ Ni u kom slučaju ne koristite oštre predmete, benzin, otapala ili
sredstva za čišćenje koja agresivno djeluju na plastiku.
■ Izbjegavajte prodiranje tekućina u unutrašnjost uređaja.

Zbrinjavanje uređaja
Ambalaža se sastoji od materijala neškodljivih za okoliš koji
se mogu zbrinuti preko mjesnih ispostava za recikliranje.

Za ovaj uređaj odobrava se jamstvo u trajanju od 3 godine od da-
tuma kupnje. U slučaju nedostataka ovoga proizvoda, Vama pripadaju zakonska prava na teret prodavača proizvoda. U nastavku
izloženo jamstvo ne ograničava ova zakonska prava.
Uvjeti jamstva
Jamstveni rok započinje danom kupnje. Molimo Vas da dobro sačuvate originalni račun. Ovaj dokument je potreban kao dokaz o
kupnji.
Ako u roku od tri godine od dana kupnje ovog proizvoda dođe do
greške u materijalu ili izradi, proizvod ćemo - prema našem izboru besplatno popraviti ili zamijeniti. Za takvo ispunjenje jamstvene obaveze potrebno je unutar trogodišnjeg roka uređaj s nedostatkom i dokaz
o kupnji (račun) predočite i pismeno ukratko opisati u čemu se sastoji
greška proizvoda i kada se pojavila.
Ako je kvar pokriven našim jamstvom, poslat ćemo Vam popravljen ili
novi proizvod. Popravkom ili zamjenom proizvoda ne započinje novi
jamstveni rok.
Jamstveni rok i zakonsko pravo u slučaju nedostataka
Korištenje prava na jamstvo ne produžuje jamstveni rok. To vrijedi i za
zamijenjene i popravljene dijelove. Štete i nedostatke koji eventualno
postoje već prilikom kupnje treba javiti neposredno nakon raspakiranja. Nakon isteka jamstvenog roka izvršeni popravci se naplaćuju.
