WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

nen gleichzeitig bedient werden!
Die Auslegung der Sicherheitselemente
beruhen auf einer gefahrlosen Bedienung
im “Einmannbetrieb“.
<< Während des Zerkleinerungsvorganges
dürfen keine andere Arbeiten (z. B.
Reinigung etc.) an der Maschine getätigt
werden!
<< Die Maschine ist kein Spielzeug und für
Einsatz und Benutzung durch Kinder nicht
geeignet!
Die sicherheitstechnische Gesamtkonzeption
(Abmessungen, Zuführöffnungen, Sicher
heitsabschaltungen etc.) dieser Maschine
beinhaltet keinerlei Garantien einer gefahr
losen Handhabung durch Kinder.

INBETRIEBNAHME
EINSATZBEREICH:
Der Datenshredder
Maschine zum Zerkleinern allgemeinen Schriftgutes.
Die Maschine darf nur zur Zerkleinerung
von Papier verwendet werden!
Die Zerkleinerung andersartiger Datenträger
kann Verletzungen an der Person (z.B. durch
Splitterung fester Materialien etc.), sowie
Schäden am Gerät (z.B. Zerstörung des
Schneidwerkes etc.) zur Folge haben.

<< Im Gefahrenfalle die Maschine am Haupt-
schalter, oder Not-Aus-Schalter
ten, oder den Netzstecker ziehen!
<< Vor dem Öffnen der Maschine ist der
Netzstecker zu ziehen!
AUFSTELLUNG:
- Gerät nehmen und auf den Auffangbehälter setzen
(Kabelausgang nach hinten).
- Gerät mit Netzstecker am Stromnetz anschließen
(Angaben über die erforderliche Vorsicherung der
Netzsteckdose siehe „TECHNISCHE DATEN“).
Um das Gerät vom Netz zu trennen muss
der Netzstecker gezogen werden.
Das Gerät muss in der Nähe einer leicht
zugänglichen Steckdose aufgestellt
werden!
Die Maschine sollte nur in geschlossenen
und temperierten (10-25°C) Räumen eingesetzt werden!

STÖRUNG / WARTUNG
PAPIERSTAU IM GERÄT:
Ergibt sich durch zuviel zugeführtes Papier ein
Stau, so blockiert das Schneidwerk. Gehen Sie
wie folgt vor:
- Funktionsschalter (1) (Abb. 1)
„REV“, danach in Stellung „OFF“ schalten.
- Schneidwerk läuft kurz rückwärts, gibt dabei
das zuviel eingeführte Papier frei und steht.
- Zurückgeführtes Papier knapp über dem Einlaß
schlitz abreißen, danach den Funktionsschalter
(1) (Abb. 1) in Stellung „AUTO“ schalten.
- Schneidwerk läuft vorwärts und zerkleinert den
im Schneidwerk verbliebenen Papierrest.
- Die Zerkleinerung mit geringerer Papiermenge
fortsetzen.
MOTORSCHUTZ:
Sollte der Motor überfordert werden, so schaltet
er ab. Schalten Sie den Funktionsschalter in
Stellung „OFF“.
Nach einer Abkühlzeit von ca. 35-40 Minuten (je
nach Raumtemperatur) können Sie das Gerät
erneut beschicken.
CHECKLISTE BEI STÖRUNGEN:
Sollte das Gerät nicht funktionieren, prüfen Sie
folgende Punkte:

Die Funktionen sind wie folgt:
- Stellung „AUTO“
Das Gerät ist betriebsbereit.

Das Gerät ist ausgeschaltet.
- Stellung „REV“
Das Schneidwerk läuft rückwärts.

Startet den Zerkleinerungsvorgang sobald ein
Blatt Papier in den Einlaßschlitz eingeführt
wird.
3 = Zusatzschalter (Abb. 2)
(Vorwärtslauf manuell)
Bei Betätigung dieses Schalters läuft das
Schneidwerk vorwärts.

BEDIENUNG
Der Shredder darf auf keinen Fall als
Sitzgelegenheit oder als Trittfläche
verwendet werden. Sturzgefahr durch
Materialbruch!
ZUFÜHRUNG VON PAPIER:
- Funktionsschalter (1) (Abb. 1) in Stellung „AUTO
schalten.
- Papier durch den Einlaßschlitz dem Schneidwerk
zuführen.
- Gerät schaltet auf Vorwärtslauf und zieht das
Papier ein. Nach dem Zerkleinerungsvorgang
schaltet das Gerät automatisch ab.
Führen Sie dem Gerät niemals mehr als
die angegebene Höchstmenge Papier
(siehe „TECHNISCHE DATEN“) zu!
Sollte trotzdem zuviel Papier in das
Schneidwerk gelangt sein, siehe bei
„STÖRUNG“ unter „PAPIERSTAU IM
GERÄT“.

INSTALLATION:
- Take the machine and put it onto the receptacle
(trip switch at the back).
- Plug in the machine (for instructions for the ne
cessary precautions see „TECHNICAL DATA“.
To disconnect the machine from the
power supply system, please unplug
the power plug.
The socket outlet shall be installed
near the equipment and shall be easily
accessible!
Only operate the machine in enclosed
rooms at temperatures between 10°C
and 25°C!
MALFUNCTIONS / MAINTENANCE
PAPER JAM:
If too much paper is fed to the cutting system the
cutting system will jam. Proceed as follows:
- Turn the function switch (1) (fig. 1) briefly to
position „REV“, then in position „OFF“.
- Cutting system runs in reverse, frees excess
paper and stops.
- Tear off the excess paper over the feed slot
and then turn the function switch (1) (fig. 1) to
position „AUTO“.

- The cutting system runs forward and cuts the
remainding paper left in the cutting system.
- Contnue the shredding process with less pa
per.
MOTOR PROTECTION:
The motor shuts down automatically, should it
become overloaded. Turn the function switch in
position „OFF“.
Allow the motor to cool down for 35-40 minutes
(depending upon room temperature) and then
continue shredding.

EXPLANATION OF THE CONTROLS:

The shredding operation is started as soon
as a sheet of paper passes through the feed
slot.

Operate this switch to put the cutting system

OPERATION
The shredder may not be used as a step
ladder or as a seat. Danger of falling
due to breakage!
FEEDING THE PAPER:
- Turn the function switch (1) (fig. 1) in position
„AUTO“.
- Feed paper through the inlet guide to the cutting
system.
- Machine switches automatically to forward
and draws paper in. The machine switches off
automatically after shredding.
Never feed the shredder with a quantity
of paper exceeding the maximum indi
cated in the technical details!
Should the machine be overfed, follow the
instructions under „PAPER JAM“.

EMPTYING THE RECEPTACLE:
- Turn the function switch (1) (fig. 1) in position
„OFF“.
- Take the machine and lift it up.
- The receptacle can be emptied easily.
- After the machine has been reset onto the
receptacle, you can continue shredding.

MISE EN MARCHE
DOMAINES D’UTILISATION:
Le destructeur de documents
S92 est un appareil destiné à détruire des docu-
ments courants.
Cet appareil ne doit être utilisé que pour
la destruction de papier!
La destruction d’autres supports de données
peut causer des blessures (par des éclats de
matériel dur) ou casser le destructeur (par
exemple: détruire le système de coupe).

<< Risque de blessure! N’approchez
jamais du bloc de coupe les vêtements amples, colliers, cheveux
longs, cravates etc!
<< Risque de blessure! N’introduisez jamais
les doigts dans l’ouverture!
<< Risque de blessure! Ne pas asperger de
liquides ou de gaz inflammables dans
l’orifice d’entrée!
<< En cas de danger, arrêter la machine
par l’interrupteur principal, ou par
l’interrupteur d’urgence, ou débranchez
la machine!
<< Débrancher le raccordement réseau avant
d’ouvrir l’installation!
INSTALLATION:
- Prenez la machine et mettez-la sur le récipient
(sortie du câble en arrière).
- Brancher la machine (voir les données de sécurité
électrique sous „CHARACTÉRISTQUES TECHNIQUES“).
Pour débrancher la machine du secteur,
il faut retirer la fiche secteur!
Le branchement électrique doit être à
proximité de la machine et facilement
accessible!
L’installation doit être mise en place
obligatoirement dans un local fermé et
tempéré (10 - 25°C)!
VOMMENT REMEDIER AUX
PETITES PANNES / ENTRETIEN
BOURRAGE DE PAPIER DANS L’APPAREIL:
S’il se produit un bourrage en raison d’une quantité de papier
excessive, le mécanisme de coupe se bloque. Procédez
comme suit:
- Amener brièvement le sélecteur de fonction (1) (figure 1)
en position „REV“ et le ensuite en position „OFF“.
- Le mécanisme de coupe tourne en arrière pendant un
court instant, libère le papier introduit en excès puis
s’immobilise.
- Déchirer le papier ramené en arrière juste au-dessus de la
fente d’introduction puis remettre le sélecteur de fonction
(1) (figure 1) en position „AUTO“.
- Le mécanisme de coupe tourne en avant et détruit les
résidus de papier qui s’y trouvent encore.
- Poursuivre la destruction avec des quantités de papier
inférieures.
PROTECTION DU MOTEUR:
Si le moteur est surchargé, il s’arrête automatiquement. Amenez
le sélecteur de fonction en position „OFF“.
Vous pouvez de nouveau alimenter l’appareil après un temps
de refroidissement de 35-40 minutes (suivant la température
de la pièce).
PROCEDURE EN CAS DE
MAUVAIS FONCTIONNEMENT:
Si l’appareil ne fonctionne pas, veuillez effectuer les contrôles
suivants:
- La fiche électrique est-elle convenablement branchée dans
la prise?
- Est ce que le sélecteur de fonction (1) est enclenche?
- L’appareil est-il bloqué par un bourrage de papier?
Suivez alors les instructions données à la rubrique „BOUR-
RAGE“.
- L’effort fourni par le moteur a-t-il été excessif?
Attendez alors qu’il refroidisse puis démarrer le à nou-
veau.
Si aucum des différents contrôles indiqués ci-dessus ne
donne de résultat, veuillez contacter votre agent.
ÉLÉMENTS DE COMMANDE:

Démarre la procédure de broyage dés qu’une
feuille de papier est introduite dans la rainure
d’admission.

Ce commutateur met le système de coupe
en marche avant.

UTILISATION
Le destructeur ne doit pas servir
d’escabeau ou de siège. Risque de
dégâts de matériels!
INTRODUCTION DE PAPIER:
- Mettre le sélecteur de fonction (1) (figure 1) en
position „AUTO“.
- Introduire le papier au bloc de coupe.
- La machine se met automatiquement en marche
avant et dédruit le papier. Après cette opération
de destruction, la machine s’arrête automatique
ment.
Ne chargez jamais la machine d’une
quantité de papier supérieure à celle
indiquée dans les dates techniques!
Si jamais trop de papier est introduit au
bloc de coupe, voir les instructions sous:
„EN CAS DE BOURRAGE“.

POUR VIDER LE RÉCIPIENT:
- Mettre le sélecteur de fonction (1) (figure 1) en
position „OFF“.
- Enlevez l’appareil.
- Maintenant le récipient peut facilement être
vidé.
- Après avoir remis la machine sur le récipient,
vous pouvez continuer le broyage.

ELIMINATION DE LA MACHINE:
ELIMINATION
En fin de vie, éliminez toujours la machine
de façon conforme à l‘environnement. Ne
jetez aucun composant de la machine
ou de son emballage dans les ordures
ménagères.
