Installation: Bonding Studs

1.1. Install bonding studs through the inside of the enclosure door until nuts contact the door surface. See Figu re 1.1.

1.2. Install bonding nuts to studs on the outside of the door to hold in place. See Figure 1.2.

Installation: Bracket

2.1. Align following components over located hole as shown in enclosure door: (1) #12 External Tooth Lockwasher,
(1) Grounding Bracket, and (1) #10 Split Lock Washer. Fasten with (1) #10-32 Thread Forming Screw. See

Figure 2.1.

Installation: Door and Equipment Jumpers

3.1. Install 90-degree lug of door jumper to grounding bracket and secure with (1) #12-24 screw. See Figure 3.1.

3.2. Install flat end of door jumper to one of the bonding studs and secure with (1) #10-32 nut. See Figure 3.2.

3.3 Install 1-hole lugs of (2) equipment jumpers to grounding bracket and secure with (2) #12-24 screws. See Figure 3.3.

3.4 Install 2-hole lugs of equipment jumpers to (2) switches and fasten with provided screws. See Figure 3.4.
