With the front equipment rails in the full forward position, front to back equipment rails must be set at 658mm (25.9") apart.

STEP 3
Slide Bottom Intake Duct (12V360BK) into position in RU’s 1-4 and fasten with (4) 12-24 screws.

STEP 4
Attach Front-To-Back Bracket LR (12V360BM) to the (3) studs on the inside of 12V360BK (making sure that the long plate on 12V360BM is perfectly level) and secure with (3) M5 nuts. Then secure 12V360BM to the front support rail with (1) M5 button head screw.

STEP 5
Attach Bottom Duct Rear Plate (12V360BL) to the (2) studs on the back of Bottom Intake Duct (12V360BK). (A) If 7018 switch is in, raise Bottom Duct Rear Plate (12V360BL) up to meet the bottom of the switch and secure with (2) M5 nuts. (B) If 7018 switch will be installed later, leave (2) M5 nuts loose until switch is in. When switch is in, perform step (A).

STEP 6
Attach Front-To-Back Bracket UR&LL(12V360BJ) to the rear side of the front support rail of the cabinet at RU’s 30 and 31 with (2) M5 button head screws and to the front side of the rear support rail at RU’s 30 and 31 with (2)
M5 hex head screws. The long plate facing out MUST BE COMPLETELY LEVEL before tightening screws.

From the inside of the cabinet slide the stud on Rear Inside Intake Upper (12V360BY) into Front-To-Back Bracket UR&LL (12V360BJ). Secure into place with (1) M5 nut.

STEP 8
Slide the fold on the top of Rear Inside Intake Lower (12V360BZ) into the fold on the bottom of Rear Inside Intake Upper(12V360BY). Secure the bottom of 12V360BZ to the equipment rail at RU 1 with (1) 12-24 screw.

STEP 9
Slide Side Inlet Upper (12V360BU) along the top of Front-To-Back Bracket UR&LL (12V360BJ) so that the stud on Front-To-Back Bracket UR&LL (12V360BJ) fits into the slot on Side Inlet Upper (12V360BU) and that the (2) studs on Rear Inside Intake Upper (12V360BY) fit into the (2) holes in Side Inlet Upper (12V360BU). Secure Side Inlet Upper (12V360BU) to Front-To-Back Bracket UR&LL (12V360BJ) with (1) M5 nut and to Rear Inside Intake Upper (12V360BY) with (2) M5 nuts.

STEP 10a
Slide the fold on the top of Side Inlet Lower (12V360BV) into the fold on the bottom of Side Inlet Upper (12V360BU).When sliding Side Inlet Lower (12V360BV) into place make sure that the bottom of Side Inlet Lower (12V360BV) passes under Rear Inside Intake Lower (12V360BZ) and over Front-To-Back Bracket LR (12V360BM) so that the slot in Side Inlet Lower (12V360BV) slides over the stud on Front-To-Back Bracket LR (12V360BM).

When in place the (2) studs on Rear Inside Intake Lower (12V360BZ) should pass through the (2) holes in Side Inlet Lower (12V360BV). Secure Side Inlet Lower (12V360BV) into place with (2) M5 nuts.

STEP 11
Slide the fold in Inlet Stiffener Bracket (12V360BW) over the edge of Side Inlet Upper (12V360BU). Secure to the front support rail at Ru’s 16 and 17 with (2) M5 button head screws.

STEP 12
Slide the (3) studs on Inlet Duct Stiffener Bracket (12V360BN) into Front-To-Back Bracket UR&LL (12V360BJ) and secure into place with (3) M5 nuts. (A) If switch is installed make sure plate "seals" down onto top of 7018 switch before tightening nuts. (B) If no 7018 switch, leave nuts loose. After switch is installed, perform step (A).

STEP 13
Attach Front-To-Back Bracket UR&LL (12V360BJ) to the rear side of the front support rail of the cabinet at RU’s 3 and 4 with (2) M5 button head screws and to the front side of the rear support rail at RU’s 3 and 4 with (2) M5 hex head screws. The long plate facing out MUST BE COMPLETELY LEVEL before tightening screws.

Insert stud on Exhaust Rear Lower Seal Plate (12V360BT) into the hole closest to the rear of the cabinet in Front-To-Back Bracket UR&LL (12V360BJ). Secure into place with (1) M5 nut.

Attach supplied flap seal to Exhaust Bottom Seal Plate (12V360BS) (As shown in image below).

STEP 16
Slide the (3) studs on Exhaust Bottom Seal Plate (12V360BS) into Front-To-Back Bracket UR&LL (12V360BJ) and secure into place with (3) M5 nuts. (A) If switch is installed make sure plate "seals" down onto top of 7018 switch before tightening nuts. (B) If no 7018 switch, leave nuts loose. After switch is installed, perform step (A).

Attach (1) Exhaust Rear Vertical Post Cover (12V360CE) to rear support rail with (3) M5 button head screws so that the bottom is flush against Front-To-Back Bracket UR&LL (12V360BJ). Attach a second Exhaust Rear Vertical Post Cover (12V360CE) to front support rail with (3) M5 button head screws so that the bottom is flush with previous Exhaust Rear Vertical Post Cover (12V360CE).

Attach (1) Exhaust Rear Bracket (12V360CA) to front support rail with (2) M5 button head screws so that the bottom is flush against Front-To-Back Bracket UR&LL (12V360BJ). Attach a second Exhaust Rear Bracket (12V360CA) to front support rail with (2) M5 button head screws so that the bottom is flush with previous Exhaust Rear Bracket (12V360CA).

Slide Side Exhaust Upper (12V360AE) along the top of Front-To-Back Bracket UL (12V360CF) until the (3) studs on the back of Side Exhaust Upper (12V360AE) pass through the openings in Exhaust Rear Bracket (12V360CA). Secure Side Exhaust Upper (12V360AE) to Front-To-Back Bracket UL (12V360CF) with (1) M5 nut. Attach Side Exhaust Upper (12V360AE) to the front support rail with (3) M5 button head screws.

Slide Side Exhaust Lower (12V360AJ) along the top of Front-To-Back Bracket UR&LL (12V360BJ), so that the folds in Side Exhaust Lower (12V360AJ) and Side Exhaust Upper (12V360AE) interlock, until the (3) studs on the back of Side Exhaust Lower (12V360AJ) pass through the openings in Exhaust Rear Bracket (12V360CA). Attach Side Exhaust Lower (12V360AJ) to the front support rail with (3) M5 button head screws.

Slide the (3) studs on Exhaust Top Seal Plate (12V360BP) into Front-To-Back Bracket UL (12V360CF) and secure into place with (3) M5 nuts. (A) If switch is installed make sure plate "seals" down onto top of 7018 switch before tightening nuts. (B) If no 7018 switch, leave nuts loose. After switch is installed, perform step (A).
