
Mini-Com BAS Connector Module
INTRODUCTION
The Mini-Com BAS Connector Module screw-down type connector is designed for use
with 18 - 22 AWG three conductor shielded cable consisting of (1) positive, (1) negative
and (1) ground. It is best to use cable recommended by the device manufacturer and
follow their installation instructions.

- 3mm slotted screwdriver
- Wire cutters
- Wire strippers
- Cable stripper

STEP 3
Before inserting wires for termination,
turn screws counter-clockwise
to ensure
all clamps are completely open.
(See Fig. 1)
With cable prepared, insert the three
individual wires into the three open slots
on the back of the connector.
Turn screws clockwise
to ensure all
clamps are properly closed and wires
are secure.
Terminate the field controller cable to the
plug in the same manner. Be sure to
align the wires as straight pass-through.

The connector and plug are
configured for the electrical signal
to be a straight pass-through.
Be sure to connect positive to
positive, negative to negative and
ground to ground.
