可能主交流电源没有到达主电源板或主 板,用万用表测试看主电源的开关有没 有坏,电源板到主解码板的线材有没有 松动.保险丝有没有烧毁,电源有没短 路. 更换主电源开关或者查出短路原因. 查看系统+5V,+3.3V电源是否正常,有 无短路,如正常,用示波器查看信号是 否已经到达主芯片,如正常,则需要重新 烧录程序. 液晶屏到主解码板的线材有没有松动, 没有松动 更换连接线或更换屏
需要查看给高频头供电的5V,3.3V,1.8V 是否正常 查看本机周边是否有其他频率的干扰 源,如正常,需要查看5V,3.3V,1.8V是 否正常
查出短路原因,主芯片I/O口坏的,则 需要换主芯片;程序运行不正常,重新 更新程序.
如是电压不正常,查出电压不稳原 因,如果是TUNER坏,更换TUNER.
如有干扰源,把干扰源挪走,如是电 压不正常,查出电压不稳原因
6 开机后有图像无声音
遥控声音,看是否开的太小,或者声音 信号有没有插上,如果上述都正常,则 需要检查静音电路及功放电源和功放 IC芯片
首先查12V供电是否正常,主芯片到功放 芯片有没有声音信号输出,静音电路是 否正常,有侧AV输出的检查侧AV连线是 否接好,最后检查功放芯片有没有坏.
如果12V没有,则需要检查主电源及保 险丝;主芯片无声音信号输出或功放 芯片坏,更换主芯片或功放芯片.
