The Caller List for both lines is empty or there are no stored items in the directory.

This is a name from the Caller List. The display shows; —the caller’s name, —the caller’s number and the called line, —the time and date of the last call
(ex. Jan. 12, 11:20 AM), and
—the number of times called (ex. 3 times). This is a name from the directory. The stored
name and phone number are displayed.

Setting the Auto Talk Feature

Greeting Message

You can record a personal greeting message of up to 2 minutes for each line or a common greeting message for both lines If a greeting message IS not recorded, one of two pre-recorded greetings will be played when a call IS received (p 26)
