Please observe
Plug and Cord
⿟Do not use with the cord bundled.
(Doing so may cause re or electric shock.)
⿟Do not damage or modify, or forcefully bend, pull, or twist the cord. Also, do not place anything heavy on or pinch the cord.
(Doing so may cause electric shock or re due to a short circuit.)
⿟Do not use when the plug or cord is damaged or hot. ⿟Never use the appliance if the plug ts loosely in a household outlet.
(Doing so may cause burn, electric shock, or re due to a short circuit.)
⿟Do not connect or disconnect the plug to a household outlet with a wet hand.
(Doing so may cause electric shock or injury.)
⿟Do not wrap the cord tightly around the main body when storing.

Parts identication
nanoe™ and double mineral* effect
Controls waviness by balancing hair moisture content, making hair glossy and easy to style. In addition to making hair strong against damage from brushing etc., limits the inuence of UV on hair, leading to beautiful hair.
* “Double mineral” means mineral ions generated by two zinc electrodes.
Mineral ion outlet
What is nanoe™, mineral ion?
What is nanoe™?
nanoe™ is water‑wrapped particulate ion, generated by applying high voltage to split water. Their diameter is smaller than approx. 1/100 of steam and they cannot be seen by the eye. nanoe™ may not be generated depending on the usage environment because nanoe™ is generated by collecting moisture in the air. In low temperatures and low humidity it becomes difcult to collect moisture from the air. In this case, ions are generated.
What is mineral ion?
Ions generated by a zinc electrode that cannot be seen by the eye.
(nanoe™, mineral ion generation method: high voltage discharge)

nanoe™ ion charge plus panel
Hair is negatively charged when nanoe™ or mineral ions are continuously applied. Negatively charged hair repulses nanoe™ and mineral ions, making it hard for nanoe™ and mineral ions to be applied to the hair.
When this occurs, simply by holding the nanoe™ ion charge plus panel together with the handle, the negative charge accumulated on hair is released. By doing this, nanoe™ and mineral ions can continue to penetrate the hair, supplying moisture and moisturizing the hair thoroughly right up to the tip.
Quick‑dry nozzle
You can increase the drying rate by using the vertical strong and weak airows to dry and loosen bundles of damp hair.
⿟The quick‑dry nozzle cannot be removed.
Notice
Results of nanoe™, mineral ions and hot/cold alternating mode (P. EN12) on hair vary according to the individual, and the following people may nd it hard to experience an effect.

Note
Notice
Styling and treatment agents etc. can be used.
However, if you use sticky substances such as oil, gel or wax, the intended effect of nanoe™ and mineral ion may become dif cult to achieve.
⿟When drying is complete,  nish with a brush or your  ngers. ⿟After the hair dryer has cooled down suf ciently, keep it in a place with low
humidity.
⿟Keep a distance of over 3cm between the air outlet
and your hair.
⿟Keep the appliance at least 10cm away from your hair
so that it is not sucked into to the air inlet.
⿟Be careful not to bump the air inlet such as on the
corner of a desk.
In order to continue using the appliance for a long time, check it regularly. (P. EN19)

Maintenance of the hair dryer
Always turn the power switch off and disconnect the plug from the household outlet. (Except when performing maintenance on the air outlet)
Do this about once a month or over
If foreign matter such as dust becomes attached and blocks the appliance, in addition to causing the performance to drop, it may cause the following symptoms.
⿠Sparks may be seen from the interior when using hot air.
These sparks are caused by the thermostat switch, the protective device, and this is not dangerous.
⿠ Hot air repeatedly turns into cold air. ⿠ Hot air becomes abnormally hot.
Air inlet
Wipe to clean lint, hair, or other matter from the air inlet with a tissue or toothbrush.
If dust is attached to the inside,
remove it with a vacuum cleaner.

Note
Do not press or rub with your nails or sharp items. Doing so may cause the air inlet to break.
Air outlet
1 Plug into the household outlet. 2 Select [1], [2] or [3] with the power switch. 3 Select [COLD] with the mode switching button. 4 While scraping dust and hair jammed in the mesh
with a cotton swab, blow them away with air.

Is there any dust accumulated
in the air outlet or air inlet?
Perform maintenance. (P. EN17) If something is abnormal, contact
the authorized service center (described in the warranty).
Are the screws loose causing the appliance to be open or is it partially deformed?
When hot air is blowing, do any of the following symptoms occur?
There is abnormal noise or vibration. Air comes out or stops when the appliance is moved. There is a burning smell. The appliance (handle) is abnormally hot.
Air comes out or stops or part of the plug or cord is abnormally hot even
when a tight socket is used.
Air  ow is weak. Air is not emitted. The inner part of the air outlet

Smoke may appear at the same time as the symptoms described to the left. This smoke indicates that the protection device (thermal fuse) is operating.
If even one of these items occurs, stop using
the appliance and contact the authorized service center (described in the warranty).
Check periodically
In some cases you may use the hair dryer for a long time without noticing that there is a fault. For safety reasons, check on a regular basis.
