Panasonic Electronic Components, a worldwide leader in Semiconductor Products, is pleased to announce two new Series additions to our already successful line of Zener Diodes. The NE W DZ24 and DZ2W S eries provide significantly smaller surface mount packages and offer high power dissipation and wider thermal design margins. The NE W DZ2 4 Seri es 1W Type provides a zener voltage range of 2.4V to 51V while the N EW DZ 2W Ser ies 2W Type features a zener voltage range of 4.7V to 51V
