User’s Guide

Thank you for purchasing Panacom’s slimline telephone PA-7210.
Please read the manual carefully before operating.

INSTALLATION
CAUTION

• Do not place product in moisture or hot environment.

• Avoid splashing water or impact on product.

• Overload operation will cause damage and shorten the life of the product.

• Normally clean the speaker using a soft dry cloth. Always before
cleaning, disconnect the power line and all connection cables.

INTRODUCTION

Your Panacom PA-7210 slimline telephone is designed to meet
your business needs at home or in an ofce environment.
Because your time is valuable, and we know you want to use your
phone right away, not read about it, this user manual presents in­stallation and basic usage information up front, and discusses ad­vanced features later in the manual.

PARTS CHECKLIST

Your package should contain the following items:
Base unit
Handset
Handset line cord
User’s manual

PHONE INSTALATION

1. Remove telephone line cord from the pocket on the bottom of
the base unit.

2. Run telephone line cord through the guides on the bottom of
the base unit

3. Connect the telephone line cord to a RJ11C modular telephone jack.

P-T CONVERSION

Turn the switch to P for Pulse or to T for Tone.

PAUSE

During dialing press the PAUSE key, a of 3.6s pause will be inserted
between the 2 digits.

MUTE

During a call, press MUTE, the other person can not hear any sound
from you. Press the MUTE button again and everything returns to nor­mal.

REDIAL

Press the REDIAL key, the last number dialed will be dialed again.
