3 Grounds
Based on the GSM mobile network and the GPS satellites, this product can transmit its location via SMS or GPRS.
SIM cards with contract term can also be used. However, we recommend using a prepaid SIM card for the GPS tracker. Please do not use SIM cards that charge automatically as soon as they reach a specific account balance. This prevents you from incurring increased costs due to an incorrect setting.

Recommended for the first start of the EASY
Finder are places that are not covered, such as
the garden or terrace (not in the apartment,
garage, cellar or similar). Please note that the
GSM signal is not supplied in some locations by
the respective network provider.
ATTENTION:
Please note that the commands are case-
sensitive. In addition, the quotes in the SMS are
not to be sent. These are only for the purpose
of the command.

4 Starting up
4.1 DEACTIVATION OF THE PIN CODE/MAILBOX
(1.) Insert the SIM card into an ordinary mobile
phone and then deactivate the PIN code request of the SIM card. You usually have to do this under the menu item Settings or security settings of your mobile phone. A single input of the PIN code when switching on the mobile phone is not enough.
For a detailed description of how to disable the PIN code request, please refer to the manual of your mobile phone. Please also note that the PIN code query is not the screen number lock on your phone.
(2.) Turn off the mailbox to avoid any incurring
costs for the calling mobile phone. By most providers, the mailbox can be deactivated by calling "## 002 #".

(3.) Please note that you can only receive a
confirmation from the EASY Finder when you are providing your call number with a call. Switch on the number transmission (also caller ID) of your mobile phone
4.2 INSERTION OF THE SIM CARD Insert the SIM card into the EASY Finder. The
contacts of the SIM card must face inwards. If the GPS Tracker is located in front of you as shown below, the chamfered edge of the SIM card (as shown) must be at the bottom left.
In order to insert the SIM Card deeply enough, please use a sharp object. Please ensure that the contacts are correctly positioned.

4.3 SD CARD COMPARTMENT This has no function in the EASY finder. The
EASY Finder has the same hardware as the GOLD Finder, but a different software.
4.4 LOADING
Before the first use, charge the battery for about eight to twelve hours. Please do not leave the battery completely empty and charge it in time. A longer lifetime of the batteries can be guaranteed only in this way.
4.5 LAUNCHING THE PRODUCT FOR THE FIRST
TIME
Make sure that the battery and the SIM card are correctly inserted.
The EASY Finder takes approximately 90 seconds to establish contact with the GPS and GSM signals for the first time. The LED light will begin to flash.

5.2 NO GPS SIGNAL If your EASY finder has not received a GPS
signal yet and you call it for the location request, then this will send you the old coordinates as well as the mobile cell. With these data, you can go to the police in an emergency in order to carry out an evaluation. If the transmitted GPS data is
inaccurate, please call the EASY Finder again after 3 minutes. This makes the signal more precise.

5.6 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE KZF
CHARGER CABLE 6-36V (OPTIONAL - NOT
INCLUDED IN THE STANDARD SCOPE OF DELIVERY)
We offer you the possibility to attach the EASY Finder to a car, motorbike, boat or scooter with a car charger cable (voltage converter). This eliminates the need to charge the EASY Finder's battery manually. The car charger cable is not included in the scope of delivery for the simple design of the EASY Finder, but can also be ordered directly at www.paj-gps.de or directly at our website.
To avoid damage to the vehicle or the EASY finder due to incorrect current, the car charger cable is equipped with a standard fuse. If it happens that this fuse blows once, then you can simply order a new one from us in the shop under the category Accessories.
The voltage converter is connected directly to the battery. Should you install the EASY Finder in connection with the voltage converter, for

example, in the engine compartment of the car, we recommend the additional use of a small protective box. Please always observe the manufacturing requirements of your vehicle during installation. Claims for replacement due to incorrect connections are hereby excluded.
The fact that the EASY Finder is connected directly to the battery makes it possible to discharge the vehicle battery. In order to prevent this, please check whether your vehicle has a discharge protection and equip it if necessary.

Installation:
Connect the voltage transformer to the battery (6-36V) using the cable clamps.
Cable terminals connected to the battery

30
Important:
The red line with the fuse is plus (+).
The black line without the fuse is minus (-).
The poles must never be interchanged.
Otherwise, damages to the charger cable and
EASY finder may occur.
Ensure that the voltage transformer is not installed near fuel lines or other combustible objects in the engine compartment. We recommend the PAJ protection box for this.
Fasten the voltage transformer or the protective box so that no other components in the vehicle are damaged or disrupted.

33
(3.) How do I reset the EASY Finder to factory
setting?
See point 5.6.
(4.) Do the quotes in the manual have to be sent
as well?
No! This only serves to confine the
command.
(5.) Can the charging cable be connected
directly to the EASY Finder?
Yes! The battery does not have to be
charged with the charging tray.
(6.) Why can not the EASY Finder be turned
off?
While the EASY Finder is searching for a
GPS signal, it can not be turned off. If you want to switch the EASY Finder off, please remove the battery.
Page 34
EASY Finder v.1.1ENG

34
(7.) Why does the LED light turn off after 5
minutes?
If the EASY finder is not used for about five
minutes, the finder automatically switches to standby mode. This means that the LED light is no longer lit. The EASY Finder turns off the GPS signal, but keeps the GSM network upright. This process can save battery power. If you then call the EASY Finder or send an SMS, the EASY Finder will switch back on automatically. The LED light turns on and the EASY Finder will then search for a GPS signal.
(8.) What is the SD card slot?
The SD card slot has no function with the
EASY Finder. The EASY Finder is based on the same hardware as the "GOLD Finder", but with a different software.

8 Notes for the disposal of waste batteries
The following note is intended for those who
use batteries or products with built-in batteries
and are no longer reselling them in their form
(end-users).
8.1 FREE WITHDRAWAL OF USED BATTERIES Batteries must not be disposed of via household
waste. You are legally obligated to return old batteries, so that a proper disposal can be ensured. You can dispose of old batteries at a local collection point or in the trade on the spot. As a distributor of batteries, we are also obligated for the withdrawal of old batteries, whereby our obligation only restricts to the type of waste batteries which we have led or managed as new batteries in our assortment.
Old batteries of the type mentioned above can therefore be returned to us by paying for a postage or delivered directly to our dispatch warehouse at the following address (free of charge):
