• The maximum load for these roof bars is 90kg. Never exceed this weight.
• Make sure all fastenings are tightly in place and that everything is in order before
using the product. This should be checked periodically by an adult.
• This product is not a toy, and is only to be used for its designated purpose.
• Two people should fit and remove the bars to reduce the risk of damaging the
vehicle’s roof.
• Regularly check the roof bars and load being carried to ensure they are tight and
secure.
• Carrying loads may affect the vehicle’s handling and stability, especially when
cornering or in strong winds. Take special care and avoid heavy braking or
accelerating.
• The vehicle’s stopping distance will be longer when carrying a load.
• Ensure loads are stacked securely and the weight is evenly distributed over both
bars. Use straps to ensure the load is secure.
• In cases of long loads, secure the ends of the load with non-elastic rope to the
vehicle’s bumpers.
• Do not exceed 55mph.
• Always remove the bars when using a car wash.
• Remember, when the bars are fitted the height of the vehicle is increased.
• To improve fuel consumption, remove the bars when not in use.
• Clean only with a damp cloth. Do not use strong industrial cleaning substances or
abrasive materials as these will damage the product.

driven at high speed, being driven incorrectly or from the load or bars being badly
positioned or fitted. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is driven
