2. Push a side adjustment bar into the corner support bar
using the metal flaps on the side adjustment bar. Ensure
that the metal flaps are held in place correctly. Repeat
this for the other side. After both sides are in place,
repeat the first step and attach that to the end of the side
adjustment bars. See the image to the left.
1. Lay an end adjustment bar on the ground, ensuring the metal flaps are pointing upwards. After this, slide
and secure a corner support bar into the metal flaps (seen in the image on the top left). Once done, put a
plastic foot onto the bottom of the corner support bar. Repeat this on the opposite side (seen in the image
on the top right).
3. Once the workbench frame has been completed, slide the remaining end and side adjustment bars onto
the outside of the created frame. Once the adjustment bars are secure, place the wooden shelves onto the
created shelving layers. Be sure that the wooden shelves are level once you’ve put them down to avoid items
sliding across the shelf when they’ve been placed on it. The bottom shelf isn’t necessary for the heavy duty
workbench to be completed, however it is useful to store tools and other large items.
