Introduction

Thank you for your purchase from The Outdoor GreatRoom Company® . This instruction manual will guide you step-by-step through the process of
assembling your Tuscany II-WB. The Outdoor GreatRoom Company® recommends visiting with your local authority for building codes, restrictions,
or requirements for this product. Please read through entire instruction manual before beginning installation.

This pergola is made of fire-killed ponderosa pine beams salvaged from the black forest in Colorado, with glass fiber-reinforced concrete columns.
Made in North America, your new pergola is designed to be sturdy, hassle-free , and requires minimal maintenance (see page 9 for full maintenance

information).

Important:

 Beams are a natural solid wood product. Some splitting of beams is to be expected. This occurs during drying and will not affect the

structural integrity of your pergola.

 Due to characteristics of natural wood, pockets in crossbeams may expand and contract due to humidity and temperature. Pockets

may need slight modification before assembly if a perfect fit can not be achieved.

 Anchoring Required—Contact your local authority for details (see page 9)
 Read all instructions prior to assembly
 Assistance is required and we recommend a MINIMUM of 2 people for installation
 If you have questions contact the place of purchase

Before beginning, make sure that all components listed on the next page are included with your hardware kit. Contact your dealer if any
parts are missing.

Tools / Materials Required

 Electric Drill with Philips tip and a bit set including 5/16” masonry and multiple size standard bits for drilling pilot holes (see optional attachment method on page 7)
 Measuring Tape (15’ minimum)
 Level (3’minimum)
 Step Ladder (2 Recommended)

 Silicone Adhesive

 Rubber Mallet
 Hammer Drill*
 Concrete Drill Bit*
 Concrete Anchors*

*Only Required for anchoring to concrete surfaces.
