Do not move the appliance during use.
Turn off the gas supply at the gas bottle after use.
Any mod ification o f the appl i ance, mi sus e, or fai lure to f oll o w the instr u ct ions may b e
dangerous and will invalidate your warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Retain these instructions for future reference.
Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. Check that
the hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas bottle.
For Flare-up control please refer to the ‘OPERATION’ section of this manual.

If you smell gas:
1. Shut off gas to the appliance.
2. Extinguish any open flame.
3. Open barbecue lid or hood.
4. If odour continues, discontinue use and contact your local de al er.

Assembly
IMPORTANT!
TOOLS NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY: Medium size flat blade or Phillips/Crosspoint screwdriver,
adjustable spanner or metric spanner set.
Remove any internal components or packaging from the barbecue body.
W hilst every care is taken in the manufacture of this product, care must be taken during assembly in
case sharp edges are present.
Please read the Important Information section carefully before assembly and use of your
barbecue.

Attach the Front Fixing Support (C8) and Rear Fixing Support (C10) onto the Trolley Base (C9) by aligning corresponding holes and fixing with the 1/4-20UNCx12 Bolts (D8). Then attach the Leg s (C3, C4, C5, C6) to the trolley base assembly using the M6x25 Bolts (D7). Ensure that the legs with the Velcro attached to them are at the front of the barbecue, facing inwards.
Unscrew the Locknuts (D10) from both ends of the Axle (C12) and remove the Axle Washers (D9). Slide the axle through the corresponding holes in the left legs. Place axle washers on each end of the axle. Slide the Wheels (C13) over each end of the axle. Secure t he wheels into place with the locknuts. Place the wheel Hubcaps (C14) onto the outsides of the wheels.

Install a M6x22 Step Bolts (D6) on each leg, and then attach the Left Side Shelf (C1) and Right Side Shelf (C2) onto left and right legs using the M6x22 step bolts. Hook the side shelves onto the upper step bolts.

Remove all cast iron cooking components, lava rock, drip tray, and any internal packaging from the barbecue body.
